Falls Park Dentistry is located on N. Main and Coffee Streets in Greenville. The staff is friendly and professional. (The dentists, hygienists, and receptionists.) I see Dr. Price. She is very skilled. Her crown work is excellent. She has a great chair side manner and is happy to explain what she is doing and answer all your questions.

I notified them that my insurance had changed, and asked whether my new insurance would cover my routine cleaning. They said they were not in network but that its fine, come on in, because they were still able to bill my insurance. So I went in for my routine cleaning, and now Im stuck paying $120 that my insurance wont cover, even though I pay for dental insurance. Feel very misled, especially since I specifically asked them about my new insurance and they assured me it was fine. I would not visit this place again, as you dont know whether theyre misleading you into a large bill.

This place blew my mind away! This was my first visit, and the staff was warm and friendly. They offered complimentary hot wax for my hands, made my teeth super clean, and did a great job explaining what they found. Words cant begin to describe how awesome this practice is!

I’ve never been so excited to get my annual cleanings! The way the staff, hygienists, and doctors treat and talk to us patients is more like a spa and is always an absolute pleasure. They’re passionate about their job and do it well and with pride. Recommend 100%!

I am so glad I chose Falls Park Dentistry. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Parks was really nice, he examined my teeth and told me he didnt see any cavities. I previously thought I had at least two, so that made my whole week! Plus, the price for the cleaning, X-rays, and exam was very reasonable. If anyone I talk to needs a dentist, I will definitely be referring them to Falls Park Dentistry!

We have been coming to Dr. Derrick for the past 6 years. He is awesome with the entire family, my daughter started seeing Dr. Derrick when she was 2; she loves him! Dr. Derrick and his staff are the best in town.

The whole crew always demonstrates caring and is very interested in the care you want and need!! I love the evening hours, as I have a crazy schedule and they are always willing to work with you!!

I was able to schedule an appointment and get checked out in the same day. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. This office was very comfortable. No bright lights or awkward doctors. I really appreciate the help and kindness towards me. I have no insurance and the price was affordable and quick. Will be back and would reccomend to all friends and family.

This place is excellent! I enjoy going to the dentist here, they make the visit so enjoyable you want to come back. Everyone is nice and they have taken me back ON TIME, not after my appointment time but ON TIME! I know all the extra stuff is nice but they do take excellent care of my teeth which is why I am there but they do it so nice that makes me want to go back. After my teeth were cleaned the dentist came right in to inspect/examine my teeth. By extra stuff I mean they have a tv to watch and have warm hand wax while you get your teeth cleaned. Like I said the extra stuff is a nice touch but the care they put into your teeth is why you go to the dentist and they have been excellent at taking care of my teeth. I normally do not right things but after todays visit I felt I had to.

I highly recommend Fallspark Dentistry. All my experiences from tooth cleaning to getting a crown was very good. Dr. Derrick and his team does an outstanding job and would recommend him to anyone. The office and the dentist rooms are very good equipped and comfortable, so that you can really relax during your visit. Best dentist experience that I have ever had.

I have been going to Falls Park Dentistry for a good while now and have LOVED my experiences with them! I love that you can get a paraffin hand wax, and a warm neck pillow! They are very quick, which is ideal for me, since I am either coming or going to/from work. I seriously wouldnt go anywhere else!

Friendly and efficient hygienists, Dr. Derrick is wonderful, scheduling an appt. is easy! I love that they stay open late on Mondays and Tuesdays (until 8pm) so you can go straight after work and not have to take time off! All of the latest technology! Great experience every time!

Had an emergency filling put in after one that I had for 10+ years fell out. Being new the area made me nervous as I didnt know a good dentist, called Falls Park Dentistry and they were able to get me in the next morning. It has been about 2 months since Derrick did the filling and Ive had no issues. Highly recommended.

FANTASTIC experience there. Staff are SUPER nice. Ive had cleanings, crowns, fillings, etc there and every ONE of them were by far the best dental visits Ive had as an adult (this is my 5th dentist as an adult). Love the hand wax and love the extended hours.

Living in downtown Greenville, it is so nice to be able to walk to their office. More importantly though, the entire staff are incredibly professional and the head Dentist in chief - Dr Brian is cool, easy to talk to and almost treats you as part of the family.Dr Brians office is very welcoming.

Nothing but great things to say about Falls Park Dentistry! They are efficient and always kind. Ive never felt so comfortable in a dentist office because of the way they make sure things are clearly communicated and that I am comfortable. When Im getting my teeth cleaned, the hygenist is very gentle and talks me through everything she does. They are up to date on technology and even have a bonus luxury of a hand wax while youre getting your teeth cleaned! Highly recommended.

There are other dentist offices closer to our home, but we love Dr. Derrick! I never have to wait more than a few minutes and the whole visit is relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Derrick never makes you feel rushed and hes not quick to jump into treatment if its not totally necessary. I am so glad my family found this practice.

Always a pleasant experience at Falls Park. Everyone in the office is always extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Derrick is very personable and always seems to have the newest gadget or updated system so that his patients receive the best care possible.

My family moved here recently. I had to find a new dentist sooner than I thought because one of my wisdom teeth started bothering me. I was able to get a next day appointment. From the moment I called I was treated so friendly. My insurance has not kicked in yet, so I just knew it would be crazy expensive but I was wrong. On my appointment day, Jennifer was so kind to me. Once I got in the chair, Deborah was fantastic! Then Dr. Derrick comes in and I find out his school and my school were rivalries. We graduated the same year, we are the same age, etc. Hes from Charleston, where my brother lives! He removed my tooth right then and there. I ended up getting a dry socket and had to go back 4 more times. Each time was exactly the same. The entire staff is phenomenal! They are super people and trwat you like an old friend theyve known for years! I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs!

I went on Monday after work, my 1st appointment there, and I had never been to the office as I picked them from my Health insurance provider list. The office is gorgeous! The staff was very pleasant and professional. I felt like I was at a dayspa! As I was getting my xrays they gave me the option to have my hands Parrafin treated! It was wonderful. My hands never looked better. I had the pleasure of having Jennifer as my hygenist which was just a gem! So gentle and explained things in away that wasn’t dire. Dr.Derreck was very kind and funny. Super approachable! I cant believe Im saying this but I can’t wait for my next visit!

My fiance and I both made appointments and we both had to have a filling done. After the filling both of us had problems and went back two to three times each. Our mouths on the side of the filling had shooting pain and we would go back and he would file it the filling down and say it was because our bites were off etc. So after nothing worked and he didnt have any other solutions we stopped trying and went to a new dentist.Our new dentist (signature smiles) took x-rays and each of us had chips in the fillings that Falls Park did. I also had a large chunk of the filling digging into my gums and in the xray you could see that it was a piece of filling that wasnt shaped the way that it was supposed to be.Each of us had to have our fillings removed and re-done. So yeah you may get a paraffin hand wax but I would rather have a dentist who knows what hes doing than soft hands.
