First, they need to say they are for children. But, they did see me several months ago for an exam and pretended they were going to do my work. They were unable to do all the x-rays, so were going to call me back. They never did.My attempts at contacting them were unsuccessful and I finally reached a different office in their chain that said this one here was closed. I left a message for when they reopened and I never heard from them.What I needed were several extractions and a denture. I went to another practice here in town and got my work done.Today I received a call from this office wanting to do a cleaning. Uh...no. First, what are you going to clean? And why would I ever go back there anyway?

My daughter is a new patient and we have had the best service and care from the woman that are employed here. I love Smiley Dental & Orthodontics! Theyre great with my hole family and very fixable with our schedule. My son somehow pulled his spacer out, I called Smiley Dental and had an appointment that very same day.

Fantastic service. The employees were very caring and friendly. I brought all three of my children in at the same time and they made it a breeze. One of my daughters was really nervous but the staff were comforting and patient. I would definitely recommend this place.

I just started going to Smiley Dental and had my second visit this morning. The staff is friendly, the services are excellent and Im highly impressed with the pricing. The dentist didnt use an unnecessary tools or procedures to hike up costs, verbally walked me through the procedure and was very attentive to my needs and wants.

Love the Doctors and the staff. They are very caring and kind and do great work. That have good prices too. We will definitely be using them for ALL our dental needs.

First appointment here for my kids and the staff got us right in and things moved along quickly. The youngest was done in about 15 minutes, and the second oldest was done in about 45 min. Im looking forward to continue my kids appointments here. Great service!

After having a really good personal experience at another smiley location, I brought my grandma here to have a new set of partial dentures made. The front office helped us get the most out of her insurance allowance, and planned out her treatment seamlessly. Very knowledgeable and compassionate team.

Made an appointment for my kids and I to get a cleaning and exam at 4:30. I received several calls prior to my appointment confirming the time. The last call I received a gentlemen told me that the appointment was at 5 and I asked him if he was sure and he confirmed. I showed up to my appointment at 5 only to be told it was at 430, so no cleaning was possible all because of their error. Taking off of work isnt easy but taking off of work for no reason and missing money is ridiculous. GET IT TOGETHER.

Yesterday I got my bottom right wisdom tooth pulled out & let me tell ya the pain that tooth was giving me was so HORRIBLE mainly because it was turned all the way to the side. But anyways Dr. E was AMAZING it probably only took him about 45 mins to a hr to remove & the pain wasnt bad. & here I am today & I have ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN I cant feel anything 👌🏽 I even went back to work today cause I cant even tell I got a tooth removed. He was amazing I am most definitely going back to have him remove the rest!

Well I thought this was a great place now I dont I have to have to teeth pulled they referred me to a oral surgeon well my insurance wont cover it so I have been calling around for two months trying to find away to get them out I have been in extreme pain had to go to the er twice now for antibiotic called them back up told them I cant find a surgeon to get them out I cant afford it what do I do they said they had a dentist who could pull them great Im excited day of the appointment I get there waiting to be seen and the guy comes in oh we cant do it insurance wont cover it only simply pulling they knew this upfront but gave me false hope didnt offer to give me any antibiotics so Im setting here in pain still taking 8 to 10 tylenol and ibuprofen and trying everything under the sun to get some relief thanks for the false hope I will not refer anyone ever to you allBeth reeves

My son gets great service from the dental assistants and the Orthodontic himself. However, the Administration needs more work. Originally, signed up to have automated payments to be made on a specific date each month for a specified amount. It took 3 months to get my monthly amount correct and they have yet to automate my payments. I have to go in and pay every time and produce my card, not convenient all the time since my appointments are not consistent either. What was the point of filling out the form for this if they dont utilize it????Now, another child has braces from here (not much choice due to availability to my insurance carrier). Her first appointment was way too painful. The assistant was rough and after being told repeatedly that what she was doing was hurting, she continued. My daughter was literally in tears and crying, not just hurting. Her lip was quivering from so much pain from just the tools. THEN, the assistant add more wires to PULL her teeth in the right direction and was even more painful. My daughter was literally screaming at this point. She still had to get the bands on the braces...another painful step. I refuse to have this assistant work on either of my children from now on and seriously considering another orthodontist clinic in Rockwall. I will drive the distance to just stop the pain when she TELLS them she is in pain. She doesnt say that to talk, she is in PAIN!! That means STOP!The orthodontic himself is very personal and great. Unfortunately he has some HORRIBLE staff in the front office and SOME of the assistants need a lot more training!!!

This place is the worst place place you can go to in Greenville .Its a Medicaid ring where they just take their money and dont give you proper dental care. Ortho does not know how to work on patients and students that work there will do half the work which means if anything goes wrong your child will suffer through pain cause they do not care .They dont not keep paper work amd if you pay cash they will steal it from you so better keep receipts .Corp will not answer after they know they are on wrong and you can kiss your money good bye even if he down at finish the job. Very unprofessional place
