Hands down my best dentist experience I’ve ever had in my lifetime. The staff here are very personable and pleasant. I don’t ever write reviews but felt like I had to show my appreciation and share my experience. Great hospitality and service goes a long way in any industry. I come from a nightlife background in NYC and Michael’s & Gauquie made me feel like a VIP at a top notch 5 star venue. The facility appears to be brand new with all the latest equipment, technology, procedures and it’s done all in house. I need to get a considerable amount of work done due to previous dental decisions, neglect and living on my own from an early age. I now have proper dental insurance for the first time in my life and Caryn has been amazing with navigating the process with my dental insurance company along with my long term dental plan. I’m looking forward to getting my smile back and I’m 100% I’ve found the team that can do it. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a dentist.

Who really enjoys going to the dentist? I’ll tell you- the patients at Michels & Gauquie! They have the most helpful and friendly staff. Staff is friendly but insurance coordinating area is very complicated. They’ll tell you to pay half up front when your insurance pays them. They love saying insurance pays you and not them.

The absolute BEST dental office ever! They are conveniently located in the medical district of Greenville and have ample parking adjacent to their beautiful facility. The absolute BEST dentist hands down! They are extremely accommodating and try to make your experience as enjoyable as they can!! I was offered a neck pillow and blanket, headphones and even a warm scented towel after I had some dental work done. Everyone I came into contact with was very nice and professional. I was having issues with a tooth and my previous dentist kept putting me off. My friend Carol Phelps highly recommend Dr. Michels give me a second opinion. She was so helpful through the scheduling process. Suppling me with contact info and a address to find the office. Dr. Michels was able to get to the root of the problem along with his lovely assistant Emma. I had a root canal and crown. They worked together and did a wonderful job! Tooth feels good as new!! I will definitely be back and switching our family as well.

$600. Insurance said they will pay with the proper paperwork. 5 attempts and still cant get it correct!

The best thing I can tell you about this practice is that I’ve never been told I’d need a referral to someone else here. They do my cleanings, they did my implant, they’re doing my braces. At my old dentist, that would’ve involved going to three different offices. This place is a supercenter for dental practice! Not to mention it’s just a nice place with lovely people. Excellent practice, I definitely recommend it!

Amazing group of individuals. Very attentive & quick. I came in never ever being a patient with severe pain. They got me in & out appointment set up for Monday & pain level dropped drastically. My boyfriend had split his back molar tooth and needed an extraction this morning. We called and was able to get an appointment and was seen right away. Upon arrival we were greeted and checked in. The environment was very sanitary, relaxing, and welcoming. My bf doesn’t speak english and they were very ever so kind and polite. It was a judgement free-zone.The ladies and gents were very accommodating and kind. They were very understanding of our concerns and my boyfriends pain. Amanda and our Doctor was so patient and took their time to make sure my boyfriend was comfortable, and not in discomfort. They were able to extract his tooth and made sure no pieces were left.The staff here made sure to explain his problems and what procedures, and steps they were going to do in order to help him relieve his pain and issues. This was his first time ever going to the dentist here in Greenville, and he said that he would most definitely come back in the future to this location if he needed to.We were nervous at first of dental costs without dental insurance, but the cost was cost-friendly and affordable. When I first started coming here I hadnt been to a dentist in years. I hated the dentist. Now I actually love coming here. The work I needed was fairly expensive and they worked out a plan that allowed me to address the most pressing issues while saving for the rest. They also help me to maximize my insurance benefits. My most memorable experience was this: once while I was in the chair I was scared. The anesthesia was just starting to kick in. As a few tears rolled down my face, the last thing I remember was Dr Gauquie wiping my tears and saying youre ok. They NEVER made me feel ashamed because of my fear and anxiety. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!!
