While going to the dentist is likely not a favorite place to go, this one should be! I was very impressed with the time Dr Kennedy spent with me today. I was greeted warmly upon my arrival and had a plan for my situation. His competent and sweet assistant complimented the team approach. Dr. Kennedy encouraged me to reconsider my treatment thoughts with facts and a diagnostic X-ray. I chose further testing but appreciated not being pushed to that conclusion. It clearly indicates that he is focused on educating his patient before a decision is made. I like that. I pressed him to fulfill a dental need which I feel he might eventually do because he focuses on excellence and pleasing his patients. Don’t forget your yummy cookie when you check out with his friendly receptionist! 5Star!

This is not my favorite place to visit. My anxiety level go through the roof the day before until I sit on the chair. Let me tell you... the staff is AMAZING they care about how I feel and make sure I am comfortable throughout the whole cleaning process. Dr. Kennedy is also the best at what he do. I don’t say good things about dentist office but BELLA VISTA is #1 my list.

Went in for a long overdue cleaning and extraction (I mean 10+ years overdue -- I have a dentist phobia). For the first time in my life left the dentist feeling better, not worse, than when I went in. A+ group of people, and Dr. Kennedy is an ace. Also they were really up front & honest about pricing, which I really appreciated. Super recommend, especially for someone like me who avoided dentists for a very, very long time out of fear but are starting to need some help.

Competent: I came to Bella Vista needing a lot of dental work done (or redone, in some cases). Dr. Kennedy did a great job fixing the majority of my teeth, and sent me to specialists for my root canals and implant (learn from my mistake before I came to Bella Vista, and dont have a regular dentist do a root canal, or you may end up needing it redone, which is about as fun as it sounds). I also got Invisilign at Bella Vista and I love my new smile!Caring, clean: The staff is so nice and friendly, and the office is very nice.Comfortable: Dr. Kennedy will make sure you are not having any pain.Cost: Reasonably priced, and works with your insurance.Convenient: Great location, and I never have trouble getting appointments.Conclusion: My whole family goes to Bella Vista Dental and if you need a good dentist, you should too. :-)

After avoiding the dentist for over 10 years, Bella Vista has turned me into someone who genuinely doesnt mind going in for dental work. The minute I walked in I felt calm and relaxed, and everything is clean and cozy and feels set up to make a person feel at ease.Every employee is calm, kind, and patient and will take the time to explain procedures and help you to feel comfortable without ever making you feel rushed. They have also done a wonderful job working with my insurance, which in itself is a monumental task. I love Bella Vista and I would recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend this place. I had a deep cleaning done and the hygienist was amazing: thorough, dedicated, precise, and a pleasure to talk to. I came in for a routine exam, and the deep cleaning procedure was recommended. I asked a lot of questions and decided to go for it, leaving a wisdom tooth extraction for later (no one pushed me to do anything, they give you recommendations but do not pressure you at all). The deep cleaning had been recommended to me before, so I went with it. It was a bit costly, but they gave me a detailed pricing, taking my insurance into account. I checked with the insurance ( better safe than sorry) and it turned out they reimbursed less than calculated: but Bella vista had actually figured that out when I came back, and they honored their initial pricing for the first half of the procedure (saving me a lot of money). I was really thankful for their honesty. I had figured out the insurance thing but had no intention to ask for a rebate , given that I needed that procedure. They said that they strive for precision and honesty when they give a quote, and that since there had been a mistake they would held themselves accountable for it. I really appreciated that. So yes, I highly recommend the place, I will not be going anywhere else!

I had a wonderful experience at Bella Vista. The facility itself is very, very nice. The modern furniture and decor is very luxurious and comfortable. The hospitality is great, with water, coffee, and cookies at your dispense. Its just as great an experience when you get to the operating room, when you sit down youre handed a remote and theres a big flat screen in front of you, and when youre laid back there is one on the ceiling, Ive never seen a doctors office as nice. I hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Kennedy was so considerate, and gentle making it the easiest dental experience/procedure Ive ever received. I didnt feel any pain during, or post-procedure. The staff were all nice. Bella Vista is my new dentist office.

Ive been going to Bella Vista for almost 2 years now and would recommend them to others.The place is very nice and clean. The equipment seems high tech and they offer a lot of neat gadgets to make your experience more comfortable. I could tell you but I dont know what theyre called.Kathleen, up front, is very nice and helpful in explaining things. Jennifer is a friendly hygienist who seems to love what she does. The assistant, Kayla, is very gentle and comforting. Dr. K is very nice, tells you what you need to hear, quick and gentle. He gives you options and always makes sure youre comfortable.Overall, they are a friendly, professional group who are able to make what could be a stressful situation a lot easier.

Very homey feeling! Everyone is incredibly nice and they even knew my name (and pronounced it correctly) by the second visit. Its the only dentist Ive gone to that didnt make me nervous and they not only tell you what you should have done but also WHY they recommend. They left no question unanswered.

Dr. Kennedy and his staff are simply amazing! Im 29 years old and up until last year I never smiled because I had such large gums and small teeth. Dr. Kennedy performed a gingivectomy and placed an implant and crown and gave me the most beautiful smile just in time for my wedding day! He takes great pride in his work and you can tell he enjoys what he does. He makes going to the dentist a pleasure and not a chore. The staff is always courteous and pleasant. They genuinely care about the patients. I could never thank Dr. Kennedy enough for giving me the smile I never knew I had!!!

I had a good experience getting my wisdom teeth removed here. Dr. Kennedy was an extremely good oral surgeon, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was awesome as well. My one problem was that in preparation for the procedure, I was given a sheet with estimated insurance coverage from them that was extremely off. I ended up having to pay for a whole lot more than what they said I would have to for the procedure that they did. I hate posting a bad review for them because the overall experience here was quite good. However, I also really dont like being mislead on the financial side of things.

Dr. Kennedy was able to achieve the impossible in my very first visit with him - by repairing the tooth with a low-cost repair that has now withstood years of daily abuse. Not only that, but due to Dr. Kennedys perfectionist nature, the tooth looks so good that no one can tell that it has even been repaired! You simply will not find a more skillful, conscientious dentist than Dr. Kennedy. Ill be a patient for life!

I hate going to dentist. I have a really bad gag reflex so I hate things in my mouth not to mention the pain with shots and the sounds of the drills and other equipment. Dr. Kennedy is by far the best dentist I have ever had. He was so nice. Seemed to actually care about me and not just getting my money. Staff was very nice as well. I have lots more dental work to do and my intention is to back to him until its done.
