Heritage Dentistry provided easy parking, a very relaxing environment, and a friendly smile when I arrived. The process was extremely easy from check-in to check-out and the information and education was superb regarding my oral health from all the staff members. The oral hygienist was very nice and gentle when cleaning my teeth. She offered ample time to wash my mouth out and readjust after each passing of the instruments and was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. The dentist was extremely friendly and provided factual, quality information with state of the art technology WITHOUT making me feel as if I didnt know anything. Great experience.

I had the pleasure of visiting this office on 3/24/21. I thought I had a significant problem with my teeth. I was rather concerned. Right off the bat I had a feeling of comfort as far the people working in that office. The nice lady at the front desk was so pleasant and told me I could have a seat. Shannon escorted me to the dentists chair. I explained to her my situation. She listened and helped me feel not as concerned. As soon as she looked in my mouth she indicated I might be in luck, thus, she knows her stuff. Dr. Hamrick then came in. He was so pleasant, calm, and caring. I acknowledged my concern to him as well and he eased my mind. Confirming what Shannon had preliminarily indicated, he said I was in luck. He took pictures of my teeth and showed me on the screen what was going on. It was incredible. All indications are it is a relatively simple fix. It was a phenomenal experience. They got me scheduled immediately for the next appointment. Just a top rate dentist office through and through. If you want the right dentist to go to in town: it is this office.

I’m so thankful I found this office and highly recommend them to everyone. I just googled emergency dental and went with the place with the highest ratings. Dr. Hamrick and his team were so kind, helpful, and accommodating. I have almost zero pain tolerance when it comes to dental work (which is why I put off dealing with my problem until it became an emergency). Dr. Hamrick was very patient and reassuring and also very skillful and caring - all of which minimize pain and discomfort. And, although emergency dentist visits are never pain-free, this visit was the least painful that I’ve experienced. My three year old had to come with me, and she keeps asking to go back again (a day later) because of how kindly they treated her as well. The environment is geared more towards adult patients, but my daughter felt safe there (as did I)!

Doctor Hammrick is the best! He is a perfectionist when it comes to my teeth and is always so kind and personable. He always asks about my family and remembers previous conversations from visits 6 months back. I had a filling replaced and it was so quick and painless. All the staff are kind and helpful. I just received two crowns from Preston and I couldnt be more satisfied. The work, customer service and overall experience I received from Heritage Dentistry was the best Ive ever had from any dental office prior. All of their staff was top notch, they all had great personalities and Preston was willing to work around my budget by providing many convenient payment options. The vibe of the place is very relaxing and upbeat, I literally felt like I was around family, so the anxiety of the whole process was toned way down compared to your average dental office. My wife and I will be going to Preston as long as we live in the Greenville area and I reccomend you do the same.

Regina does top notch cleaning and Hamrick is very through and precise. Shannon is beyond helpful and friendly to work with. Kim is always on her game and amazing at dealing with insurance and keeping up with my family as she usually makes sure I know the next few appointments for the family. Dr. Preston Hamrick is a fabulous dentist! I’m 75 years young and am still taking care of my teeth. Preston’s great grandfather, Clarence Preston was my first dentist (pulled 2 wisdom teeth when I was 12). His son, Fitzhugh, took care of me for the next decade. His other son, Buddy took care of Carolyn, my future wife. Eric Hamrick, Buddy’s son, is now my periodontist and does my implants when needed. Preston, my “everyday” dentist, is competent, up-to-date with the newest devices, equipment, and technology. He is a kind man who also will go “the-second-mile” when emergencies occur. My wife, also his patient, and I could not be happier.
