Rose has been my dental hygienist for many years and always does an exceptional job. She even let me come back for a small adjustment right after I returned home, and did it with a smile. I highly recommend Rose, Dr. Rouse, and all of the staff!

I’ve been coming to Flat Rock for several years. First, the office is beautiful-really well done. Secondly, they are extremely patient with me as I am just not a fan of having dental work done. They take the time to go through the scope of the work thoroughly and give breaks along the way as needed. Highly recommend. Great place and people.

Great visit today. My appointment was for a routine cleaning and checkup. My hygienist was Marina, and she totally rocks! Marina is very personable and extremely good in her role. She takes time to get to know her patients, she explains what she is doing each step of the process, she is very conscientious regarding patient sensitivities, and she does not rush the work she is doing. She is, without a doubt, the best hygienist I have ever had! And I must mention Nicole as well. Nicole is the queen of whitening, and she goes the extra mile to follow up with suppliers in getting the best products for her patients. Thanks to the Flat rock team!

Today was the consultation from impressions that were taken 2 weeks ago. A very detailed treatment plan was presented by Dr. Rouse and explained in depth, using the model, photos, slide shows, etc. All questions were addressed in language that was quite understandable. I had sticker shock and am now pondering the plan cost. I agreed to a follow-up call next week. The staff was very friendly and competent.

Had a cleaning with Rose and a visit with Dr. Crosland today. As usual they took great care of me and made one of my least favorite activities less stressful. I will never love going to the dentist, but I have to say that when you go see them, they always make you feel like they are in the chair with you, and take great care to make the visit as pleasant as possible.

We’re new to Greenville and needed to be seen rather quickly (before the end of the year), so I just Googled a dentist and hoped for the best. To my surprise, the location was great, the building/decor was aesthetically pleasing (inside/outside), they had ample parking, the inside/outside was clean and everyone that I came in contact with was really nice. The doctor actually sat and talked with me for more than 10 seconds. I was impressed and I DO NOT impress easily nor do I give 5 stars without folk having TRULY earned it! Good job!!!

This practice is wonderful. First off the facility is so nice and clean with massage chairs, TVs in rooms, and more. I went because of constant tooth pain and they got me in right away. Dr. Crossland seen me and he is so nice, gentle, and honest. His assistant was wonderful as well. They made me feel comfortable and heard my concerns. I haven’t been to the dentist since high school due to a bad experience but now I can say I will be seeing Dr. Crossland and the practice more often.

Ive been evading any type of dental work for a while due to a very bad experience that I had after a maxillofacial surgery in Florida. When I booked my appointment I was kind of anxious to find out if this was a mistake or the right choice, but I have to say that it was the best experience that I ever had with a dentist. Rose was my Dental Hygienist who took care of me, she understood my situation based on my past experience so she was very patient and overall awesome!!Dr. Rouse took time to explain to me everything they found and the options that I have to correct the issues and to answer all questions I had before leaving the office. You dont really see this type of service often, most of the time the doctor comes right after the hygienist for a few minutes and doesnt take time to answer a lot of questions.Overall I had an A+ experience with Flatrock Family Dentistry and I would recommend it to anyone!

The care given by Flat Rock Family Dentistry is beyond great. Covid 19 has caused them to add a few additional steps to starting your appointment but you know that they are important steps. I had to have 2 very old fillings replaced and the procedure went smoothly. Coloton did the preprocedure checks and then escorted me to the treatment room where he finished the predental procedures. Tammy assisted Dr. Rouse and was just so personable. She made sure the pillows I needed for my bad back were correctly positioned and thet I remained comfortable. Of course, Dr. Rouse had his great personality and skills ready to provide the care I needed. Dental appointments are never fun but all of the staff make it pleasant.

People think its weird when I tell them I love my dentists practice, but its true! Dr. Roush and the staff at Flatrock are fabulous. They take the time to get to know their patients and really care about them. For example, I have issues with X-ray films in my mouth, and they have worked to find the least traumatic method to get the job done.

I was in a lot of pain last Friday afternoon (10/26/18) when I called Flatrock Family Dentistry. Even though I wasnt an established patient, Dr. Michael Crosland accommodated me into his schedule at the very last minute. All the staff was very compassionate. I broke my tooth off last night and Dr. Rouse met me at the office at night. Then came in early to fix my tooth so we could still make our trip out of town today! He made sure I was happy and comfortable and went above and beyond to help me. I am so very grateful for his help. Also the office was so beautiful and clean. Mr. Rouse also made alot of the beautiful pieces in the office. I definitely plan on coming back!

My sister broke her tooth right before she got her braces off. She was in a panic because she’s away at college so her regular dentist is in FL. The last time I was at this office, I saw a different dentist which happens a lo. I went to get my teeth clean and varnish was applied the dentist walked in I didn’t see any xrays so he just sat down looked at my teeth. He said Im going to fix this before it gets worse. He started drilling the back of my front teeth, then the front of them and then the bottom. He said would cane in looking like a model and will leave looking like a super model There was an assistant standing army left shoulder the whole time. All that happen was drilling to smooth my teeth. No was said about any feelings. None of the processes were done to prepare or do a filling. He only drill/smoothed what he did for at the most 10 minutes. No mixture for fillings no drying with the light they use and no scrapping the cavity which wasn’t theteWhen I checked out, I signed the paper then I noticed there were a charge for 3 fillings. I told her I didn’t get any fillings. She said you signed the paper. I never would have thought I would be cheated. This was filed with my dental insurance and of course amount was owedI will be notifying my insurance company Looking at my teeth is this only thing will show the truth
