Today was my first visit as my former amazing dentist is retiring. The first thing I noticed when I walked in to Dr. Smith’s office is that the office is gorgeous! I was then greeted with the sweetest staff. Jamie was so kind and did an amazing job with my dental cleaning. I was so impressed with the entire exam and all of the detail that was involved; Dr. Smith and Jamie answered any questions I had and were so thorough. Another plus- Dr. Smith is one of the kindest people you will ever meet!

Dr. Smith and his staff are amazing. I recently had my teeth cleaned by Sonya and she amazed me at how much detail she put into my cleaning and how much effort she put into cleaning my bottom permeate retainer. It sounds gross, however she used a sandblaster to clean around the cement and it was the best cleaning I have ever had. I will request her every time going forward! Highly recommend this dental office! They really know how to take great care of their clients!

Our family loves Dr. Smith and his entire staff! They have been exceptionally kind, performed miracles in what wed consider emergency situations, and given us the best of care while offering conservative treatment. Ive had dentists in the past tell me I need an inconceivable amount of work done, when a second opinion would tell me the complete opposite. It was incredibly difficult to find a dentist I could trust. Dr. Smith does only what needs to be done at a cost that makes total sense. My husband, children, and I equally adore everyone in his office and I would highly recommend them to any and everyone out there! Best crew ever!

I’ve been terrified of going to the dentist after years of horrific experiences involving both myself and my son. We’ve both suffered PTSD at the hands of dentists who most assuredly did not have their patients best interest at heart. The first time I walked into Dr. Smith’s office I was crying and absolutely scared to death. Unfortunately, the issues I was having left me no choice but to seek help, and my sister and her family highly recommended Dr. Smith. The entire staff handled me with such care that I still get choked up about it. They were so understanding and showed the utmost compassion toward my situation. I don’t even have an email address, but I have never felt more driven to make sure that other people who may have the same fear as me know there are great dentists out there. Therefore, I’ve asked my niece allow me to do this through hers. I started seeing Dr. Smith over 10 years ago and I am always impressed with how compassionate he is. He is able to provide a plan of care that is reasonable for my budget while delivering high quality dental care. Ive had been treated for various things but I am most impressed by his technique. I have NEVER felt a shot/injection he has given me. I mean what more can you ask of a dentist?!

Dr. Keenan Smith is an excellent dentist. He is very professional and friendly in dealing with patients. His staff is equally friendly and pleasant. The new facility is modern with state of the art instruments and equipment. The facility is very clean and comfortable. It was easy to get an appointment and there was not much wait time after getting to the office. Overall visiting Dr. Smiths office was a pleasant experience. I strongly recommend Dr. Keenan Smith for any dental issues.

Additionally, the staff is generally the same as when our family became patients here. The first time I went, was at the recommendation of my wife, and I have never thought about leaving. Back in 2013 I brought my daughter in to see Dr. Smith. This was when he was practicing off of Roper Mountain Rd. She was in the 3rd grade. Her two front baby teeth would not come out and her permanent teeth were coming in at the same time and she was in a lot of pain. I suggested that he pull her baby teeth to one give her relief, and two so her permanent teeth would have room to come in. I had trouble loosing my baby teeth as a child and I had reason to believe she was going to have the same issue. HE REFUSED!!!! This one decision has caused us to have now two sets of braces due to the fact that her permanent teeth came in Parallel to each other. We could have waited until now to get one set of braces but because he would not listen to a MOTHERS instinct my child has to go through this again and it has cost us a ton of money (over $3,000). Do NOT use this doctor!!! If I could give zero stars I would!!!

Dr. Keenan W. Smith and his staff are very kind and they do excellent work. Dr. Keenan W. Smith have such a light hand whenever I get the numbing shot to get a filling done I dont ever feel the needle going into my gums. I definitely recommend this dentist office! And whenever I need to be seen they get me in pretty quickly. My husband and I moved to this dentist office after having a bad experience with another Dentist office near Duncan area who we feel were just trying to milk us for money. Dr. Keenan W. Smith and his staff are honest, personable and this place is children friendly which is a plus as well 🙂

I’ve never had a filling before where all I felt, was nothing more than I would have felt during a cleaning. Dr. Smith used a technique other than Novocain to numb my tooth and it...was...wonderful! I found Dr. Smith and his staff to be kind and honest. I practically skipped out of his office after stressing about going for most of the week. I highly recommend Dr. Smith and his staff for your dental needs.

I love going to the dentist !! The staff goes above and beyond each and every visit ! I’ve had a few fillings changed out, and have never experienced any pain or discomfort whatsoever ! They treat you like family here . Dr Smith does a great job and so does every dental hygienist I’ve had . The front desk and check out area girls are wonderful as well . All costs were given to me before we ever got started , when I asked . I highly recommend this office and Dr K Smith !!

Excellent and prompt care. My son was seen right on schedule and finished promptly. Staff were courteous and helpful, particularly in making payment arrangements. Enjoyed a cup of Keurig coffee while I waited. Dr. Smith came out after finishing with my son and explained what he did and care for the future. Overall was a great experience.

You dont have to be afraid to go to the dentist! Let Dr Keenan and his wonderful staff take care of you as he has me and my family for last 6 years. Recently he replaced (6) metal fillings with composite, eliminating a potential health issue in my mouth from mercury, no problems and done in only (2) visits.
