I’ve seen Dr. Lindsey since her practice started, and have never had a bad experience. The thoroughness of regular exams leaves me confidant that there will be no surprises in my dental care. Dr. Lindsey has also done two crowns, both fabricated in her office, which means the permanent crown is placed in a single day! I can’t tell which tooth has the crown, the fit was so exact. Cannot recommend highly enough.

A little weird to be escorted by Jordan into the office and then checking my temperature before being seated in the war chair. This was followed by the efficient Jordan who proceeded to do her thing with my teeth and finally ending when Shiloh came in and did her thing. All went well and I passed with no cavities and was escorted out the back door with Jordan’s goody bag. A memorable afternoon!

I have been a patient of Dr. Lindseys since prior to the opening of Aspen Dental over 19 years ago. The practice and entire staff are very personable and operate with the highest practice standards in the field. Over the years, I have also received treatment from Julia, Jordan, Michelle, Christina (to name a few) and most recently Dr. Zimm. All have been extremely professional and genial. The office operates with patient comfort and safety as a priority. This includes the front office staff (Robyn, et. al.). They work hard to be the best, but make it look easier than it really is.

The COVID precautions made me feel incredibly comfortable and safe, and I was treated with the utmost professionalism from Dr. Lindsey and Julia as always.

Although I have been going to Dr. Lindsey for over 15 years, she currently has a new office staff in the front office. I have been very unhappy with the Shari as I have called her MULtiPLE times for information about my bill, tried to work with her and receive information from her that she says she would give to me and she still had NOT supplied any of the information that I have requested. I have been waiting since JULY for information about my sons bill as she states insurance has not paid it and Insurance says they have not received it! I asked for a copy of the bill to fax to them...she did not send. I asked for when she received payment...still NOT REPLY!!! However, she is still willing to charge me interest! I truly miss the other Sheri...she was awesome and followed through with patient requests. My family is considering looking for another dentist, not because of Dr. Lindsey, but because of these office issues. Not fun to be kept on hold for 8 months!!We tried to pay our bill on line, and SHE took that option away from us. She has no idea of our situation as this was set up BEFORE she got here!! Very unhappy!!!

I am re-writing my review of about 10 months ago because my original seems to have disappeared. Odd.Like many others, I was impressed with Dr. Lindseys office . . . she has the latest in dental equipment.I found that her expertise did not match her equipment though.Ive had two specific problems: 1) Dr. Lindsey, after replacing a crown for me on a lower tooth, left the crown too high. I woke up in the middle of the night with excruciating pain, because, Im told, of strained ligaments related to this procedure. To this day, that area is still sensitive.2) To work on me, Dr. Lindsey would lay the dental chair back, beyond horizontal, then would turn my head WAY to the side to work. Can you picture that? My neck is suffering from what is now a chronic ache. My medical Dr. gave me a trigger point injection to alleviate the immediate pain, which included a steroid to relax the muscles plus an anesthetic. This was wonderful for a while, but, after the injection dissipated, the pain was/IS still there.In touching on pricing, her prices ARE exorbitant. I do not mind, at all, paying top dollar for top work, but her pricing is roughly 30% higher than other dentists Ive seen. Insult to injury, except for one lingual filling, her work is just not very good.There is one good side to her practice: Her hygienist, Julia. Julia had a soft, gently touch, and did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth. I will miss her.Luckily, a dental assistant, Melissa is now gone. While she was polishing my fillings, a first for me, she polished the porcelain right off of a crown! Seriously. While joking with another assistant out in the hallway, her burr slipped, I guess, and too the porcelain off down to the the gold crown. Except that it looks black, and appears to be a cavity. Isnt the saying with doctors First do no harm? Ive gotta say that appears to not apply in my case. Ill have to replace the crown to fix that area. At 70 though, I guess I can decide to not be so vain. *sigh*I have returned to my last dentist of five years, realizing that one should NOT jump from a smoldering pan into a fire. I left my last dentist because I realized that he had not, in FIVE YEARS, recommended fluoridating my teeth. After much study, I now understand why. Im back and I am very happy with his work . . . and without caries for two visits now. Yay! I bemoan the fact that I have my mothers bacteria, which influences caries as much as anything, but with diligent brushing with a 1.1% prescription fluoride toothpaste, plus the local water fluoridation, I think Ill have a good chance of holding what Ive got. I suppose time will tell.

This dental office is a complete scam. I see they had my negative review removed as well. I am reporting them to Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies because they violated the new House Bill 19-1174 by lying over the phone to me stating they accept all insurances. Then as soon as I had a lengthy exam, they billed me by surprise for over $400. This law is supposed to protect consumers from these type of surprise out-of-network billing scams.

Dr Shiloh Lindsey and her staff are incredibly skilled and competent. They take their jobs seriously and they make customer service a number one priority. The office staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. My dental hygienist has formed a close bond with me, my husband and our son. Julia, you are truly a joy to spend time with every six months. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking quality patient care as well as friendly and caring service.

Tried to schedule a dental cleaning and check up, I am fully covered by a Dental Insurance plan. After finding a good date that would work for scheduling the receptionist informed me that they charge $100 to schedule a dental cleaning. I have never heard of a Dentist charging $100 to schedule an appointment, must be the best dentist in Fort Collins I guess? Ill just go to the one my insurance covers.

I had an accident that significantly damaged my two front teeth and one more. I needed significant reconstructive dental work - eight veneers. Dr. Lindsay and her ENTIRE team were outstanding during the months it took to finish the project. The professionalism, attention to every detail, the consulting, videos, education were great. Aspen Dental is not the cheapest option in Ft. Collins, but its not about luxury, either. You will get serious, extremely knowledgeable, comprehensive care. If you have issues, they will be resolved. If you dont have issues, they will make sure you never do.Aspen Dental understands your teeth and mouth in ways I feel a lot of dentists dont...they are truly holistic. For example, a family member of mine was having gum issues, even though they were very diligent to brush and floss daily. Our previous dentist kind of threw up his hands and kept putting the issue on the patient.Dr. Lindsey was able to diagnose the real issue and help us begin to actually fix it.

I have been having a lot of anxiety recently because my daughter-in-law has brain cancer. I have started to clench my teeth at night. At my last cleaning Julia and Dr. Lindsey recommended a bite guard because I have broken two teeth at the gum line. Today I had two fillings and impressions for the bite guard. Michelle and Dr. Lindsey both did a great job. They both tell you as you go what is happening. Dr. Lindsey also gives a great shot and information as what to expect in the following days. Everyone asks about my daughter-in-law and Julia told me about a book to help with what we are going though as a family. Not just the best in dental care but they treat me as family. Wow! I called to schedule and appointment and the lady that answered the phone was very rude and not helpful at all. I am trying to get in for an emergency dental appointment and she seemed like I was a burden and she needed to get off the phone. Glad I didnt schedule here.

My husband and I love coming to Dr. Shiloh Lindseys office. Both Julia and Jordan are rock star dental assistants and weve had nothing but great experiences here. We definitely recommend to friends.

I have been a patient of Aspen Dental Care for the past 20 years, and became an employee in 2012. Dr. Lindsey is and always has been the most compassionate, conservative and preventive oriented dentist. Having her as such a huge part of my oral health since I was a child, speaks volumes. She works so hard to help people understand all their options and educate patients on their oral health. Aside from that, she cares about everyone individually and works to create relationships with all our patients. I always have and always will come to Aspen Dental Care for my dental needs.

Dr. Lindsey is a terrific dentist and the entire staff is welcoming and supportive. My appointments are always on time, they are collaborative when coming up with solutions that work for me, they are patient if Im nervous about a procedure, and the waiting room has good magazines.

At the time I scheduled an appontment for my wife it was understood that Aspen Dental was a participant in my dental insurance plan - Delta Dental. Aspen Dental is NOT a participant in my plan and when I asked the staff to adjust the billed amount to the amount allowed by my plan they refused. I had intended to schedule future appointments for both my wife and myself but with the unwillingness to adjust the bill has put us in the unfortuante position of finding services elsewhereServices provided were on-par with other dentists we have used in the past for annual checkups and cleanings.

Dr. Lindsey and her team are professional, efficient, and genuinely pleasant to be around. My teeth always feel great after a visit!

EDIT: Aspen Dental did a several botched fillings for me over the course of a month. Those fillings lasted less than 4 months and have since been replaced, by 3 more fillings, a ROOT CANAL and a crown. No excuse for such terrible work- I brush and floss twice a day.To Aspen Dentals Response: If Christy didnt delete the appointment she made while I was there, then she failed to save it- which WOULDNT show in an audit trail. Thanks anyway, Doc, Im getting my dental work done elsewhere.The front desk: was poorly coordinated. my appointment was deleted twice, causing me to wait over 2 additional months for fillings. Upon my first appointment, I was told that I was incorrectly quoted by $350.00.The assistant: was terrible- despite her experience she was unable to fit the guard (small metal piece) around my tooth without it slipping off and crashing into my other teeth. (This happened multiple times.) I find it no coincidence that two nearby, in tact fillings (their words, not mine) from a previous dentist fell out of my mouth, one during the procedure, and one a week after when I was flossing at home. I am 24 years old. Needless to say, the assistant continually told me during one of the fillings- how difficult it was to complete... clearly it was too difficult because she left a layer-like ledge on my tooth where, I feel, it will likely leak in the future. Too bad they SAY they stand by their work- but they wont replace it- they will only redo it for a weak discount. (That is not standing by your work...)I was then undercharged an additional $20.00 and sent multiple invoices about it until my next appointment to get the remaining fillings done. That appointment was a waste- it left me with HORRIBLE increased sensitivity in my tooth and it has been 2 months since the appointment.Dr Shiloh Lindsay is informative, yet painfully fake in her demeanor and her policies and staff do not align with the values she claims to carry.I will not be returning.Madelynn

Dr Lindsey is the best dentist and so is everyone on her staff. Im so happy that I found her after moving to Colorado.
