Dr. Grey and his staff were very friendly and helpful, and felt confident in any advice or answers given to me about any questions I had. The office is very clean and comfortable, and they worked very quickly! I needed a root canal done and was out of pain very soon after it started thanks to them.

If you are looking for a fear free dentist look no further! The staff is amazing and make visiting the dentist something to look forward to. I cannot thank them enough for helping me reach my dental goals!

Dr. Gray is the best dentist I have ever had. In fact, I fly all the way from Seattle to see him every 6 months! What I appreciate most is how genuine and honest he is. Anytime I have wondered if I need a specific service or treatment, he tells me if it’s unnecessary instead of nickeling and dime-ing like other dentists do. He is extremely kind and personable! Jennifer is also amazing at what she does! She always wears a smile, is extremely responsive and an overall joy to converse with any time I’m in the office. Their Covid protocol has also been phenomenal. I would highly recommend Poudre Valley Dental!

Dr. Gray was friendly, professional, and honest. He didnt push unnecessary products or unnecessary procedures. He explained everything he was doing. The friendly exchanges between him and his staff was more entertaining than your typical TV sitcom. And best of all: he actually told me prices (or price ranges) up front -- no surprises. (Full disclosure: Ive had a lot of bad dentists. Product pushers, unnecessary procedures, yellers, etc. This was different and a very positive experience.)

I cant say enough about Dr Gray and his staff. They are all so kind and caring. I get anxiety when having to have work done and they always make me feel at ease. I write this in hopes that it helps anyone whose dental anxiety has reached the point where they long ago stopped receiving dental care. This dental practice will change your life. The entire staff is highly skilled at helping people like us cope, and better yet actually understand where the fear is coming from. They will help you identify what you need so that you feel very comfortable, both physically & emotionally, no matter how long it’s been or how much work you need. If something hurts they won’t poke at it until you’re comfortable, both physically & emotionally. This is 21st century dentistry at its’ finest, practiced by highly skilled, compassionate, empathetic & kind human beings. If you can’t call for an appointment ask a friend to do it for you & then have them surprise you when it’s time to go. Let that person help you make the walk from the car to the office. Heck, I’ll do it if you need a dental buddy! Use anti-anxiety medicine if desired & then know the staff will be in the waiting room ready to help you from there. If I can do this, you most certainly can & as I said, your life will forever be changed. I have been a regular patient since he began this Fort Collins practice and have been 100% satisfied with all service and procedures. His attention to detail, exceptional skills based on training, use of the latest technologies, patient communications, and easy interface with my insurance company, make this a winning choice for me to continue here for years ahead. I have my teeth cleaned several times annually, and of particular note: oral hygienist Rachel does a top-notch job with her attention to detail, friendliness, and breadth of knowledge on dental and health care!

Great initial experience here -- highly recommend for folks who are anxious about going to the dentist.I had a bit of a dental emergency with severe pain -- I filled out their contact form online, and they called back promptly to schedule me early the next day (!!). Their referral got me into the endodontist that same day. My follow up visit was also great. Their office manager explained my payment options/insurance before scheduling appointments and treatments.Dr. Gray and Marcie are professional and friendly . They didnt make me feel horrible for how long its been since Ive been to the dentist. So glad to have found a good dentist after moving here from out of state.

All my life I live terrified of dentists and this is the first time I’ve been able to go more than once without an anxiety attack and I know that I can still go to Dr Gray from now on , the one and only 😊

Dr. Gray has been great! I dont enjoying going to dentist, but going into Dr. Gray office is alright. You will not find any better staff working at a medical office.
