Dr. Owens has provided me conscientious and expertly executed dental services. I particularly like how Dr. Owens gives me the straight story on what is needed and what is not needed. I have found other dentists to recommend dental work that is not truly needed. I am very pleased with the dental work he and his staff have done.

With a wedding coming up I had a front tooth that was a little stained that I wanted fixed. I went to Owens Dental and saw Dr. Owens. He and his staff were very nice and comforting. He was able to fix my tooth without any discomfort. As someone who hates going to the dentist I was very satisfied at how much my comfort was a priority to him and he was very gentle. After having great experiences and a wonderful outcome, my sister referred me to Owens Dental and Dr. Packer. Several years ago, I had a root canal on one of my upper front teeth, and over time, it yellowed and began to flake. Using new technology and materials along with an exceptional attention to detail,  Dr. Packer created a crown for my tooth that looks very real and is a better fit than the original tooth ever was.Dr. Packer, and all the Owens dental staff, are supportive, kind, pleasant, and do excellent work!With these beautiful front teeth Im smiling all the time. Little did I know! When I called the welcome I received was so natural I felt like a regular patient. I was thinking this is too good to be true. Why am I feeling so assured and confident? I don’t even know these people! Then the visit! Seamless! I mean Seamless! One can easily tell how well the workers are treated by management by the way the workers treat the people they interact with. Dr. Packer is in my opinion world class! Tim and his team are phenomenal. They are courteous, take the time to explain what is going on and are very delicate as they work with our family. Our kids are so comfortable with all of the staff. In particular, Megan is a thorough hygienist who knows her stuff. They even play comforting music.

All the hygienist I’ve had here are excellent and so kind.Dr. Packer is a great dentist. He explains things thoroughly and always is willing to show me on the x-ray so I understand what’s happening.I have had a few instances where I’ve had to return to get something fixed. Everyone was super nice and flexible when I needed a crown ASAP. I had one of the most painful feelings in my mouth and Packer and the hygienists made eating pleasurable again.

My husband had a dental emergency where he needed a tooth extracted. I reached out to over 15 offices in town and Owens Dental was the only one able to squeeze us in that day. He was in immense amounts of pain and Dr.Packer and Shay were extremely patient and understanding of his condition. They got us in within the hour and after days of agony he was finally able to get some relief. I am so grateful to Dr.Packer, he is an incredible human being who actually cares about his patients. He has a gental hand and is able to accomadate a variety of situations. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist who has a heart and puts his patients first. Best experience I have EVER had getting my teeth cleaned! I have a terrible dentist phobia but my hygienist (Tori) put me at ease from the minute I checked in. I normally gag and freak out during just a teeth cleaning but she was so smooth and attentive to my need to pause or requiring suction.I spent two weeks stressing out that I almost canceled - but glad I didn’t. No need for me to get worked up about next appointment.Discovered Owens Dental when my old dentist tried to replace a crown but didn’t offer the full services they do. Yes, needed to be sedated to just have a crown replaced. Dr. Packer did an awesome job replacing the crown. He was sympathetic to my fears and worked with me to find the best option to get my tooth fixed.Can’t say enough about how glad I am to have found Owens Dental.

I just want to share how wonderful I feel this practice is. I suffer from extreme dental anxiety.I had been seeing another dentist who I just never felt truly cared that I had anxiety.I made an appointment with Dr. Owens on 2/8 and he was very caring, listened and then was gentle with my exam. I needed an endontist and he referred me to one who was wonderful!I went back to Dr. Owens for perm filling after my root canal temporary filing, and again great experience. I have a routine cleaning scheduled soon. In the past I had let my routine visits lapse due to fear-this cost me a tooth along with money, and only enhanced my fear of returning.I believe I have found my dental home with this practice.

That was the best and most thorough first-visit I have ever had the pleasure to experience.i know that many of us dont want to do this, but this was the easiest and gentlest visit I think I have ever had, and I have had a lot of tooth problems. That includes resistance to visits and sticking my head in the sand at times.I am very sorry that I didnt catch the name of my hygienist. Cory/Tory? I am very pleased with my experience at Owens Dental! I have been searching for a good dentist in Fort Collins for years and am happy with who I’ve found. Dr. Packer, the hygienists, and reception staff were all very welcoming and kind. I have a lot of dental anxiety, and the staff here all worked hard to be sure I was as comfortable as possible to make my procedures easy and anxiety-free. They showed no judgement, only compassion, when I was anxious and it helped immensely. Dr. Packer clearly explained all of my procedures, gave me great specialist recommendations, and checked in with me before, during, and after my appointments.The facility is clean, modern, comfortable, and their COVID precautions were great.I definitely recommend this office.

Dr. Packer is very good but his nurse wanted to bill me $2004 instead of $204, she argued and didn’t even apologize for this huge mistake. It was very disappointing.

This is an excellent dentist. It was nice how the the dentist actually talked to me directly about my teeth and any concerns. He was detailed, personable, and didn’t seem rushed. It was quick and painless, Dr. Owens did a wonderful job. Everyone was very nice and professional especially Shailene and Megan who made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. They had great attitudes were very knowledgeable in their field and they made sure I knew and was clear on what was going on the whole time. I have not had very good experiences going to the dentist but this time I had no complaints and because I was so impressed with these two bright individuals I will be a returning customer in the future. As a person who relies on reviews as a means of trying to obtain the best quality so as to avoid additional problems in the future, I am disappointed that so many people either pump their reviews or are satisfied with a much lower level of quality.My experiences with Dr Owens have been disappointing as my expectations were much higher than I have received. Functionally no appliance has lasted more than a couple of months and asthetically it is subpar as well. I dont believe the product is worth the high end prices.Dr. Owens did offer to continue trying but I declined. I think Ive spent enough time and given enough chances to get it right.

The people that work at this dental clinic are top notch. I went in for two fillings and a night guard today and was out in less than 45 minutes. Leah was so quick and friendly, as was Dr. Owens. They made me laugh, gave me great information, and were the definition of compassionate care providers. I truly cannot express how comfortable and supported I felt in their clinic today, even in the times of COVID. Great conversation, great people, amazing care.

This office is very heart warming and comfortable. It’s like visiting friends. Dr. Awesome, I mean Owens helped me out on a Saturday when I had a bad tooth-ache. I was not a patient of his and everything else around town was closed. But it didnt matter to him. He got me taken care of right away with starting the process for a root canal, while providing me with much needed relief immediately. On top of all that, he personally txted me the next day to see how I was doing. Absolutely remarkable. Facility is super clean too. Tim Owens is a hero!!! He is probably Batman or Ironman. Dr. Owens and his staff fit me in for an appointment right away. They were kind and thoughtful about my situation and schedule. Dr. Owens is polite, respectful and explained everything very and took his time. This is where my mom goes and Owens Dental is where I will continue to go. Plus, on certain days they are open until 7:00 pm or so. That is very big for me.

Dr. Owens is very kind and caring. He truly cares for EACH of his patients. I was having trouble and pain with a tooth and went in for xrays. He was able to pull the tooth then and there and sent me on my way in no pain at all.

We just moved to the area and needed to find a dentist. I’m incredibly particular after other dental experiences I’ve had in the past. After reading the reviews, I made myself and my husband an appointment. The reviews were right! From those in administrative roles to the dentist, staff were incredibly kind, supportive, and informative. Cleanings were informative, gentle, but incredibly thorough. If you’re someone who has dental anxiety or worries about dental exams, I would encourage you to check out this place. They offer beyond what would be expected at any dentist when it comes to care, taking time to get to know clients, and answering any questions.

Great experience with Dr. Owens and the entire staff. I had 4 veneers replaced and was very particular that I found a credible, trustworthy dentist who has expertise in cosmetic dentistry. From the first consultation to the final appointment, I was beyond pleased. He took time to ask me what I liked and disliked about my current veneers, took photos, reviewed my options...all during the initial consultation. No pressure, not pushy at all. They also were always great at communicating and making sure I was comfortable. I couldnt be happier.

I am a new client who is TOTALLY satisfied by my first visit from check-in to check out. Nice office atmosphere, great receptionist and streamlined registration as a new patient. Then Tori, the dental hygienist was extremely thorough with my cleaning, giving very helpful advice about keeping my teeth (which aint great) in the best shape possible moving forward, and hustling through an array of X-rays. Also super friendly with insider tips about fun stuff to do in town. Dr. Owens was very personable and talked me through what might be coming up for me in terms of filings that are aging and crowns that might need to happen. Super happy that my Primary Care physician recommended this practice. Brand new to FC and it is such a trauma to find a new set of medical folks. I went in to fix a minor problem because I am an out of state student, and they were very friendly and quick. Great location for Fort Collins.

I got a toothache while touring with my band. We had a show in Laramie Wyoming that night. All the emergency dentists in Laramie were closed by 1pm. I called Owens Dental and they told me that they were closing at 3pm but could see me if I could make it there by 2:30.I got there by 2:30 and Dr. Packer and Jessica immediately went to work on me. They took x-rays and removed the nerve from the bad tooth quickly and painlessly. Still, they had to work well past closing time because I am very difficult to numb and they refuse to send anyone away who is in pain.I highly recommend Dr. Packer and the staff at Owens Dental. He is an excellent dentist and a really nice guy. If I lived anywhere near Ft. Collins, he would be my regular dentist for sure. Very reasonably priced as well.Thanks again for the great service that enabled the show to go on!

Ive seen Dr. Owens and his team for my general dental care and Ive always had a great experience. In March of this year, I needed a dental implant. I felt nervous about the procedure but Dr. Owens and his assistant, Jess, were very reassuring, making me feel very comfortable. They were gentle and ensured I wasnt in pain throughout the two hour appointment. I just visited the office for a check and the implant has completely healed with no issues whatsoever. Came here a few months ago for a New patient special. Their office is beautiful and welcoming the gals at the front desk are very inviting and upbeat. Doctor Owens is absolutely wonderful. He took his time to go over everything. Megan was my hygienist and she did a fantastic job. My teeth havent felt this great in years! I cant wait to come back and have another cleaning. Musical Doctors, Hygienists and receptionists . Never the same people when I show up for an appointment. Does not give a sense of reliability or security. In addition they dont verify insurance until after the appointment so if there is a problem you pay cash. This makes more money for less work on their part.

All the office staff are professional and friendly. Dr. Owens and his dental team are excellent; kind, caring, and very good at what they do. I would highly recommend this dental office!

Above and beyond!This was my first visit to Owens Dental. I had a sore spot on my gum that started bleeding with brushing. I probably would have ignored it but Im leaving on a trip in a few days. They got me in right away to take a look. Dr Owens determined that it was an abscess and wanted me to see a endodontist. His office got me an appointment immediately, explaining that I would be leaving in a few days. They all were so kind and friendly and professional. I have always had a fear of dentists, but I will be happy to return for regular dental care.

I have known Dr. Owens for many years and Ive had the opportunity to work closely with him as weve coordinated treatment between mutual patients. I have always been impressed with his attention to detail and his genuine caring attitude towards everyone with whom he interacts.
