By far my most pleasant dental experience!! The doctor actually asked me questions a gave a thorough examination. Every other place Ive been to, the dentists pops in for 45 seconds to look in my mouth and I never see them again. Dr. Pass was excellent and kind. My hygienist was also great. She was thorough but gentle. I will continue to come here. Would highly recommend.

Foothills Family Dental has been absolutely wonderful to work with. They are welcoming and truly care about your comfort. Dr. Pass is informative, kind and professional. Before any work is done he explains the procedure and discusses it in detail to ensure you have a good understanding of why it is needed. He ensures you are comfortable as he works and if you are scared of needles he does a great job of making it painless! I drive an hour to appointments and it is well worth it. The hygienists are gentle and do a fantastic job with cleanings. I recommend this team wholeheartedly!

Foothills Family Dental is like going home...to get your teeth cleaned...which is weird at first, but where else would you feel more comfortable being uncomfortable? The staff is friendly (they laugh at your bad jokes) and Dr. Pass is as knowledgeable as he is welcoming (very). Is going to the dentist fun... No! But this is about as much fun one could ask for as youre under the drill.

This place is great! Everyone there was nice l, typical I guess for most dentist offices, but the vibe there was very honest. They didn’t try to force anything on me that wasn’t necessary and gave me straightforward information and recommendations, which was important to me, as I was coming from a dentist in the same town who I always got a really shady vibe from and always later found out he tried to force unnecessary procedures onto multiple people I knew who went there, but I digress. I didn’t not get a shady or untrustworthy vibe from these people at all. And things that the “shady” dentist would have called out as necessary for immediate procedures, this place said it was just at a point where they would need to watch it and suggested a night guard preventatively (preventative measures were recommended at the previous place :/)

Richard Pass is a wonderful dentist. Ive been a patient since he first came to Fort Collins. He and his staff have always been very thorough, kind and caring. Dr. Pass does excellent work and I highly recommended him.

This is a great dental practice. Utilizing up-to-date technology, Dr. Pass can effectively diagnose and treat all sorts of issues. The staff are also impressive and highly skilled. By the way, I have never felt “ripped off” with an unnecessary procedure—these guys are honest and straightforward. I plan to keep my teeth, and they are helping.

I sheduled an appointment to have my wisdom teeth examined. At first when i sat down the nurse thought i was getting a full cleaning. After informing her of what i was there for everything else went smoothly. Great office feel, and the nurse was great at calming my anxieties about having my teeth examined. They were also kind enough to call the surgeon and set up my first visit. This made me feel alot better about the whole situation. Overall good experience.

Great experience. I am new to this area, and had a bit of a sudden dental problem. Having just moved here, I didn’t know who to try. Foothills Family Dental had excellent online reviews so I thought I would try them. They got me in quickly and fixed my issue quickly. They were very kind, professional, and quite efficient. Dr. Pass and his staff are excellent!I have very sensitive teeth, and they are gracious about how much I complain and wiggle. My hygienist is very kind - she even remembered what I do for a living after 6 months.Additionally, they can communicate with you via a texting system. I had multiple back-and-forths regarding insurance over text and it was very convenient and efficient.Lastly, the office is modern, stylish, and clean.Highly recommend!

Dr. Richard was able to get me in last minute and was very thorough about coming up with a plan of action as well as explaining and suggesting priority care. I had a crown in my front tooth come off leaving me looking like a cast member in the movie Deliverance. I was boarding my flight to Denver from Dallas and texted Dr Pass of my misfortune. He was headed w family to spring break in Breckenridge hoping to leave around 4 ish but waited for me to get to the office which was around 5pm and he made short work of the crown repair.Who does that??? Talk about above and beyond level of care to go’s patients!!! Dr Pass sets the bar.

The entire Foothills Family Dental team was incredible. They fit me in for a dental emergency, even notifying me of an earlier appointment availability when they had a cancellation. The assistant was very thorough and informative and Dr. Pass saw me right away, explained my problem and was able to fix it (PAINLESSLY!) right there on the spot. I suffer from severe anxiety as a result of drug, food and chemical sensitivities. My crown from a root canal fell off and I was told that my tooth would need to be extracted. My anxiety went through the roof. Dr Pass was very understanding and explained the procedure and patiently answered all my questions. The hygienist and receptionist were so friendly and they all made me feel like I’d be very well taken care of.

Dr. Pass and his staff are exemplary. I don’t particularly enjoy going to the dentist, however, they ease my worries from the second I walk in to the moment I walk out. Dr. Pass is very gentle and tells you everything he is about to do before doing it. Though this seems like an obvious thing to do, I have had many experiences where this was not the case and it really makes a difference. The hygienists are also very well trained and gentle in their technique. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. I cannot speak highly enough of this dental office!

They ensured my comfort and safety while Covid is still an issue. Have all the latest equipment. And after my procedure (new crown) checked in on me to ensure I was doing ok.

I recently had a tooth cleaning advertised as covered by insurance. The technician said she would have to clean my teeth a second time. It was not scheduled.The tooth cleaning took 50 minutes. At checkout I was charged an additional (about $200) for something I knew nothing about. I was concerned about this additional charge, but I am by nature a trusting person.The charge did not appear on my credit card receipt. Please let me know what I was charged for and why. Also, will another teeth cleaning be scheduled?In the future I will request an explanation for any unscheduled or additional procedures. After your treatment they display the same level of care and check in to make sure things are going well. They explain things such as how your insurance coverage works and why you need the particular treatments they recommend in a way that is simple and makes sense (especially for someone like me who has no healthcare knowledge or background). They understand that dental care can be costly, and work with you to ensure you both get the dental care that you need to stay healthy, while also making sure that it is a realistic payment plan you can achieve. They don’t make you feel guilty for any choices you make that result in issues with your teeth, but instead are supportive with options that can help make things better and encouraging on how to make better choices to support your oral health in the future.
