I absolutely hate going to the dentist and this is the first time in my life I both have a good understanding of what they are doing and why and know exactly what is going on with my teeth. I have seen Devin twice and he is absolutely amazing, patient & knowledgeable! Now maybe I wont put off my cleanings for forever to avoid going!

Front desk is not enforcing CDC mask rules for a medical facility so not impressed by personnel.Still apprehensive about “new procedure “ used by dental hygienist. Dentist is experienced and friendly. Overall, I think the patient is the top priority.

So glad I get to be the first reviewer of this place! I went in for a check-up and new patient intake/x-rays. Everybody was so nice and friendly. The waiting room is so cozy and nice. The charges for the recommended procedures are clearly laid out and they show you exactly what everything will cost after insurance before you even make the appointment.

I moved to the area recently and left behind my dentist from last 10 years or so.Well, these guys made it easy to switch. Initial visit with X-rays was inexpensive and detailed. They took my insurance information,and they are awesome in providing quotes for future work. I’ve had three visits so far and they’ve been nothing short of amazing with me, with quality, painless procedures. Highly recommended!

This team is excellent. I have had a ton of work done by the team. Phenomenal job every time. I dont mind novocaine shots, but am still amazed that each time I barely even feel them giving me the shot! Far better than any other dental team I have worked with in the past. I was blown away by this dental office. I went for some emergency dental treatment and felt like I was treated as a life long patient. Breanna at the front desk was so kind and helpful. I ended up having a cleaning as well -that was the most comfortable and thorough cleaning I’ve ever had!Dr Mueller and Amy were professional, attentive and very knowledgeable. The standard of care here is excellent and I’ve been to my share of dentists over the years. Outstanding people, procedures, atmosphere, experience!!!

Amazing conservative approach to your dental needs. My wife got me an appt here as we haven’t been to the dentist in a few years as life gets busy. The entire team was extremely easy to talk to and explained everything thoroughly. Devon my oral hygienist was phenomenal spending a LOT of time with me explaining his findings and tips on how to help future dental care. I will go back to fix some cavities as i felt comfort with their approach to my dental needs.

I had some wear on my teeth and the dentist said I needed to go to a prosthodontist. I thought he was very rude and dismissive. Dr Mueller was his name. I do not recommend this office and would not return there. He made me feel very bad he looked at my teeth for a total of about 5 minutes. I felt very upset when I left there. I asked for a referral for a prosthodontist and he did not have one. I said I would Google it. I would not return there even for a cleaning.I was a new patient that was my first experience there, and my last.

Friendly, professional, thorough, and informative from front desk staff to back office nurses and doctors. They are compassionate and understanding of those who have limited funds and wont make you feel lile garbage because you dont have enough money. They can give you a breakdown of what to expect and plan for cost wise, they also offer a discount program as well as accepting care credit. They give you realistic expectations on your conditions and treatment options. Very much recommend.

I went in to have a crown re-seated that fell out around Christmas time. I, like many people am not a fan of going to the dentist and therefore do not go unless absolutely necessary. The staff made me feel very comfortable and my experience overall was fantastic! I’ve already scheduled my next appointment for a cleaning and x-rays and oddly am looking forward to it.

Dr. Mueller and the team at Harmony Dental in Fort Collins are Fantastic!!! Im a 52 year young lady and have high anxiety going to the dentist. Dr. Mueller has completely changed that. If someone is afraid of the dentist, he will change your mind. The shots are given with an unusual application. You dont even feel a pinch. He said you will but if he wouldnt have told me, I wouldnt have known he did it. Everyone from the front desk young lady, to the entire staff are so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure youre comfortable.

My cleaning went well, found out I need to use a water pik dailywill work on that to stop peri do tap disease, my fillings went fine today the dentist and assistant was awesome. I love my dental hygienist.

Dr. Josephs manner was impressive, he was professional and thorough. l like knowing he is conservative in treatments but cares about his patients knowing exactly what their options are and what is happening with their teeth. ~It is refreshing to find a dental office that offers everything under one roof...There was absolutely no arrogance or pressure with this dentist, something we have been looking for. ~I was, although, giving information and full knowledge of what may be expected in the future. I went in for a deep cleaning and the staff were so welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. During my cleaning the dental hygienist name Devon was fantastic at getting my teeth cleaned and looking like new. He is so friendly and best of all we both have the same name which just makes him that much better. Honestly a 10/10 each visit.

It is unfortunate that I am having to write this review today, since I originally felt comfortable with using this office. Since that is no longer an option, I want everyone to know what I am dealing with.I was charged an amount to a care credit account for a balance of services owed after I paid over $400 upfront cash for a separate operation. The difference of $700 was paid back to the office by my insurance, and so I am owed that $700+ refund. However.. The balance remains on my care credit statement while this office holds my money.I have called the office 5 separate times to resolve the issue and have spoke with over 3 different people, all who say they will simply email accounting. Today I have called indicating if the issue is not resolved, I will be filing a complaint with the CFPB.Sincerely, I wish there was more consideration taken into account since besides this issue, I didnt have much of a problem. I feel at this point that care was only given to me while they were still being paid, and now that they have their money, I am of no concern to them. This is regrettable since I had further operations I was hoping to have done with this office.

I felt like the hygienist was very thorough and took a lot of time explaining things to me and he also listen to me. Dr. Josephs did a great job at evaluating and explaining everything to me too. The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful. The office was clean, bright and cheerful. This was the best dental visit I have had since I came to Fort Collins. I am very please with my experience there.

Full oral x-rays were taken, my teeth were cleaned and a thorough, meticulous oral exam was performed by Dr Joseph including screening for head and neck cancer. I was attracted to the office because of special pricing for new patients. I’m retired and no longer have dental insurance. I have had some terrible experiences at the dentist. So much so, it had been 10 years since my last appointment. But they were extremely companionate and caring in every way. They were up front and honest about cost. I am actually looking forward to getting back to having a healthy mouth.

I had to switch dentists when my company changed insurance providers and I have no regrets. They are the best dental group I have dealt with in a long time.

2 stars because they could perform basic job functions, but total lack of courtesy & “bedside manner”. I was unaware that my former dentist had left EHD. If a dentist is going to perform any sort of treatment I would love it if they could introduce themselves - or even just acknowledge the patient, before getting into my mouth. Instead it was as if I wasn’t even in the room. The dentist and hygienist conversed about a different family and began treatment for cavities before deciding I didn’t actually have cavities.Another woman came into the room and did not take sanitary measures before touching the equipment that was going to go into my mouth. The procedure itself - sealants, was actually mildly painful, though it shouldn’t have been.I will be choosing a different dentist for my next cleaning & further service.
