Honestly, I Had been putting off dental work for some time. However The staff here was more than gracious and professional at getting me back on track. And with no mouth shaming HaHa. Teeth are now fixed and clean and I am extremely happy.Thanks to the entire staff for working me in on such a short notice and doing such a great job on my choppers.

After years of avoiding dental care due to fear and trauma of past dental experiences, I found Dr. Lesko’s office. Dr. Lesko and her entire staff have gone completely out of their way to make my entire experience a very positive and comfortable one. I had to have extensive dental work, and so far, I am beyond impressed with the outcome and care. Having experiences with multiple dental and periodontists offices, I can truly say that Dr. Lesko and her staff are the most skilled. I can’t recommend them enough !

My nine year old daughter had to have a tooth extracted. She has sensory issues, so dental work can be very intense for her. The whole team is incredibly thoughtful and responsive to her needs. She left the dentist today saying, That was fun! Im an adult, and Ive certainly never had that reaction to an extraction. I could not recommend this office more highly. The Fort Collins Dentist is amazing. The office is beautiful and inviting, the reception staff are friendly and helpful, and my hygienist, Jess, was knowledgeable and wonderful during my entire cleaning. I was not a patient at the time but I was experiencing extreme tooth pain and I couldnt get ahold of my regular dentist. TerryLynn got me in first thing and we got all the pain treated that day. Sadly I did need a root canal but it was as easy as a root canal can be. Everyone was super kind and friendly, they have gained a patient for life. Would highly recommend!

I went to this dentist absolutely dreading going but now I have totally changed my entire outlook on dental health. They took 2 and a half hours with me just making sure I was comfortable and going through my cleaning. They walked me through tips on how to get my teeth healthier without being pushy and were incredibly encouraging it made me actually want to floss and brush my teeth and Cat my dental hygienist was incredibly kind!

I am new to the area, had a broken tooth with pain, called was able to get in same day wonderful caring staff. I do appreciate and highly recommend Dr. Allison.

I dont like going to the dentist, but the staff here are exceptional, professional and almost feel like family! The office is light and bright and the whole aura is very positive and comforting. I discovered the Fort Collins dentist a long time ago before they moved to this location. They are just won’t! I’m impressed with the customer service they provide! My family has lived all over the country and in that course we have had many different Dentist. By far our experiences at this office have been the best. With a family of four we have had experiences with just about every single employee there. Also can’t forget about one of there main employees at the office. I’ll just say that we hope ion get to meet Minnie and leave the surprise at that.The front office staff is extremely helpful and found times for our appointment that would make things go as easily as possible. The front staff has done an amazing job dealing with our 3 different insurance companies.One person in my family has a medical condition that has caused allot of dental problems. We had seen several dentist in the area to get treatment plans. The other two dentist we went to have is astronomical quotes. When we meet with Dr. Lesko she had a very different opinion about the situation. She felt that the work needed was more complex fillings rather than root canals and crowns. She has done an amazing job of working to get the work done in a timely manner. And her work is nothing less than amazing. She is not only a dentist but an amazing artist with her work. She truly is the best we have ever meet. She has saved us a considerable amount of money and pain from work that was not needed. Also not to mention that this patient is absolutely terrified of going to the dentist due to a horrible experience 10 years ago. Dr Lesko has made it where this person no longer fears going.The whole office has also made an amazing experience with our children.I absolutely can not show all the love and respect we have for Dr Lesko and her staff. I am not one to write reviews or even recommend places to co-workers. But this office truly deserves it and I have found myself recommending them to quite a few friends and co-workers.

The dental office is one of the last places I want to be, but Dr.Lesko and her team did a great job of easing my anxiety. They were able to do my dental work while I was sedated and I was surprised that despite having a lot of work completed and even an implant placed I was in very little discomfort. Overall I was greatly relieved to have my dental work completed especially after avoiding the dentist for many years.

Friendly and kind staff. However, Dr. Lesko is too aggressive with treatment. I went in to get guidance on a pain in a tooth. She convinced me a different tooth was a higher priority so i had crowns installed. Insurance denied coverage saying the treatment was unnecessary. Now im stuck with crowns too sensitive to bite with and all of my annual dental coverage wasted. A DOUBLE whammy. Ouch

I was really impressed by my hygienist. Sarah was very comforting and really took the time to listen to my concerns. Ive had issues with my gums for years, so knowing that there is something I can do to fix them was a relief. She and Dr. Lesko were very encouraging and I feel better knowing that the infection is treatable and I wont lose any more teeth.

Dr. Lesko and her staff are great, my gums are fairly sensitive and my hygienist barely touched them but definitely gave me a thorough cleaning and scraped every bit of plaque out of there. I also had several cavities filled and the Drs work was quick and steady handed and the fillings feel great. I couldnt recommend them more.

Seven hours after an extraction in Dr. Leskos office, the numbing has work off and I am almost completely pain free.Im not the best dental patient. Ive had many teeth pulled due to just having bad teeth to begin with and not being the best at attending to my oral care myself over the years. Ive had a lot of root canals, gum disease and other issues. I dont handle pain well and dental anesthetic wears off on me rapidly.The last time I had a tooth extracted -in fact, anytime I have had to have an adult tooth extracted except for my wisdom teeth- it took about twenty minutes of the dentist yanking and pulling on me before the tooth finally eased out. There was a lot of blood and trauma. I was always pretty well numbed but when it started wearing off my mouth ached with pain that didnt begin to subside for a week.Dr. Lesko took a lot of time to numb the area around the tooth and make sure it was completely numb before she began the extraction. I mentally dug in, expecting something like I had experienced previously. After about five minutes of some gentle pressure and back-and-forth with her assistant, Dr. Lesko walked out from behind me and said, well, thats it, were all done.She has a beautiful office, very kind professionals assisting her and working as hygienists and at her front desk, a very sweet therapy dog named Minnie and the best bedside manner of any dentist Ive known. And I am a HUGE fan of now-retired Dr. Pixley, whose practice she took over years ago.Dr. Lesko is patient and friendly and real and honest and genuine and has a heart of gold and razor sharp dentistry skills. I am absolutely her patient and will urge everyone I know to go to her especially if they deal with dental anxiety/phobias as I do. I hope I dont ever have to go to another dentist again. Im ever so grateful.

Dr. Allison Lesko and her team are amazing and the top of the line in Dentistry. They took care of a tooth that was really causing stress for me and helped get me past my disappointment in what condition the tooth had been left in, from a specialist. What was a traumatic experience for me before I saw Dr. Lesko was turned around into a positive and the crown she did for me is beautiful! I ask a lot of questions and both Dr. Lesko and her awesome assistant, Judea, were patient with me. I trust Dr. Lesko and her team completely. Everyone here is top notch at what they do- Sarah, Cat, and Steph are phenomenal hygienists, Jen and Judea awesome assistants, and TL and Tawny are always willing to help with any concerns I have whether it’s about financial arrangements or my appointment. I can’t say enough good things about this team and am so grateful!

I have had a fear of denist/dental work my entire life. Cleanings gave me such Anxiety that I avoided having it done as long as possible. Dental repairs often caused such fear I was sick for days before and then days after seeing the dentist.But that has all changed as Dr. Lesko and her entire staff are the first dental practice I have gone to that took my fears and treated them as Real. It was excellent service.

This review deals primarily with the aesthetic/teeth whitening side of Dr. Leskos practice. I have tried all the over-the-counter teeth whitening products, and they are not inexpensive. All the while, I avoided the “real” professional teeth whitening because I deemed it to be too expensive.The problem is that, at least for me, the over the counter products did not work. My teeth stayed yellow. I finally broke down and asked Dr. Lesko about professional teeth whitening, the kind with custom teeth molds and strong whiteners.The molds help the whitener stay on the teeth and actually do the job. It’s true that it is more expensive than anything you will buy in the store, but I only wish I went the effective route in the first place. Now I have the molds, and I can choose to purchase more whitener if I want, which is not expensive at all. The real cost is in the molds that must be fabricated by a lab, so once you have those, you have real whitening capability.Clinically speaking, Dr. Lesko is a welcome addition to the middle western part of Fort Collins. She is aggressive on the preventive side of dentistry, which I believe saves money (and pain) down the road.My teeth have been healthy, but never white. Now they look as good as they feel, and I think I smile more as a result. If nothing else has worked for you, this will work. If a powerful whitener stays on your teeth (thanks to the molds) for 15 minutes at a time, it pretty much has to work. Thank you to Dr. Lesko for helping me to finally brighten my smile! — Greg T.
