The eye doctor was great she is kind and friendly. The staff are not honest I was told my daughter glass would be ready 24 to 48 hrs. Now not for 3 weeks. Told since I dont have vision. Insurance that there be a price breakdown if I pay cash not true. They will get your eye script right I will give them that.

Service and professionalism is poor. The recent reviews speak to the current state of this locationI Received a text and called to verify my order was ready to be picked up. My order was confirmed by the manager. I arrived and was told the frame I chose was discontinued. This was after I was called and told to pick up a previous pair only to arrive and find out that their machine broke down and the glasses were ready but didn’t meet standards. The managers excuse was that they were working with old and inferior technology.On my most recent visit the staff refused to give me a customer service manager or district manager telling me it was against policy. They refused to refund my money or offer any solutions. They threw the lenses in a bag and told me that’s the best they could do. I showed them my receipts and demanded a solution, was told they would be calling the police if I refused to leave. Police arrived. I finally got the customer service and home office number. The home office was able to handle the issue over the phone.The was never discontinued, they just didn’t have it or didn’t know how to order. This is the frame the manager recommended by the way due to my prescription. I located the frame at another location near by and the home office ordered it and sent to me, they apologized for the store and offered full refund since the store will not honor their warrantee on frames and lenses. When you strip screws and mis-cut lenses i guess it’s easier that way.Great job at the corporate level but the store level is awful. Poor communication, dishonest, won’t stand by their work or offer solutions to their mistakesI hope this review does not reflect on the eye center inside. They were professional and did a great job.Ken

Not only was I able to get a same day appointment but I got 2 pairs of glasses for a very reasonable price, and they were ready that same day! I would give them 5 stars, but I had an experience that was slightly off putting. So I came here for my eye exam and the doctor I saw was professional and kind and did her job well. I then went and got two pairs of glasses and was written up a quote for the pairs. I had to put the glasses on hold because I didnt have enough money to cover them at the time. They had said they would hold them for however long I needed. When I returned about two or three weeks later to pick up the glasses, they had lost my quote and the frames we had picked out. I was upset because I really liked the pairs wed chosen. But they were very helpful in finding two new pairs and getting me the best discounts we could. I walked away with two prescription pairs, one of sunglasses and one of regular for $90 total. 10/10 would recommend, 7/10 service for my instance, 10/10 helpful and professional

We came in this morning (Saturday) with our nephew whose glasses had broken overnight. The entire staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Our nephew is only visiting for the holidays and we needed a miracle! We were able to find not one but two stylish affordable glasses for him that were both done in less than 2 hours on a Saturday morning! Jessica was wonderful at helping us with fitting and frame information. She was also extremely understanding of the challenge of our nephew only being here for the holidays. The in house lab did a great job with the lenses and frames. We are absolutely thrilled with our purchase and the warranty attached to it. We definitely would recommend you try this place for courteous customer service and great lenses done quickly.

The Doctors are Great! But the support staff of the Clinic is the worst customer service I have seen. I felt Ike I was on a used car lot. They would not even talk to me unit I paid another 80 dollars ti them, For a contact fitting that I never received. Was told by Dr. that I would not need to come back if the contacts are fine. When I called back to order my contacts the staff acted like they had never heard of this, I told them I would pay the $80 when I picked up my contacts, They pretty much told me That I was criminal , and had to pay the $80 for service I never received, before they would even talk to me about giving me my contacts or prescription to go else ware to get filled, I have been A Customer for over ten years, And this will be my final visit. And My family will be finding a new place for out eye care needs.

First time at Eyemart express I was greeted by Julie she was very nice and assisted me in picking out some really good pair of glasses . Then Jess took care of me during my measurements for my glasses to make sure they fit well and and provided me information about my insurance which I found out I could get another pair so I was ecstatic . When I came back to pick them up that very same day Alexandra was so friendly She made sure that my glasses fit well and let me know if anything was wrong with my glasses to come back and they would fix them . Honestly this company is a scam. They just want to take your money and they do it with a smile on their face. They dont seem to know what they are doing and i have been disappointed more than once. In my opinion Vision Works is a much better place to go. Vision Works has much better customer service. Vision Works staff is more knowledgeable and never have I had a bad experience with them. I will never be going to Eyemart Express ever again. Its Vision Works from now on.

Great place. The employees are very professional and polite. I would recommend to anyone in need of glasses. Plus the eye doctors are in the same building. Excellent service. Wasnt very satisfied with the service from the people that put my lenses in. They stripped the screw. Also did it again when I ordered a second pair. When I ordered online my uv lenses had bubbles in them plus they took off some of the lenses in an area that didnt need to be cut to fit. Not happy at all with the actual lenses or glass service

So I needed something quick.They got me an appointment within just a couple of hours (cant say it will always be that way)I got the pleasure of seeing Nicole Ethridge as my Optometrist.So it was suppose to be just an eye exam, but she was very thorough and took the time to make sure, not only my eyes were healthy but that I got just the right prescription, took her time and was extremely professional and kind. (By the way, I have not been able to see this well in a very long time)Off to the store section, I was met with Maria, she was incredible, helpful, and made me feel comfortable as I found all of it very taxing and stressful at first. (as its been quite a while since Ive had to deal with getting new glasses)She helped me pick out wonderful frames and truly made the experience a valued one.All I can say, is everyone I talked to treated me like a person and they all went above and beyond as far as what most would require out of an experience such as getting glasses.I was so happy in fact, I went ahead and had my wife make an appointment the same day to get some new glasses for her as well.You know? , Anyone can do a job, but not everyone does a job wellThese people know how to make a customer smile as they walk out the door. Alexandra did a phenomenal job in every way! She explained everything that my insurance would cover (almost everything!) and she was patient, fast, and so nice to work with! I got glasses, prescription sunglasses and two pairs of glasses for my mom! She wouldnt let us leave until we were happy with every aspect of our purchases, ensuring the fit and detailing the coverage on the lenses and frames. Couldnt have been more pleased!

This was my first time using them, my old eyeglass place moved away and I thought I’d try Eyemart Express.I wanted Oakley frames like I previously had, but they did not carry them. I was going to go to another place that did have them Eyemart showed me some glasses that were just as nice and MUCH cheaper. I ended up getting two pair for what I would’ve payed the one pair of Oakley’s.So I was very happy.

I had a contacts meltdown (an eyemergency if you will); mild eye damage. I didnt have a backup pair of glasses and was in a state of temporary blindness. My outside opthamologist botched my prescription and I had to get re-examined for a new one after already paying for two pairs of glasses with the bad prescription. Went with my daughter to get glasses for both of us at Eyemart. They have a huge selection here. The hardest part was trying to choose between 3-4 different pairs. Our Sales person was very helpful and got both of our information and orders placed quickly. My daughters glasses were ready in 10 minutes and mine were ready over a week before I was I initially told they would be. I was very impressed and would recommend Eyemart Express in Fort Collins, CO very highly.

I found Eyemart express because I had a prescription that was about to expire and needed some fast turn around to get my glass filled before expiration date. I live 40+ miles away and couldn’t make it there till after work and driving. Didn’t get there till the last hour they were open. My insurance wasn’t the easiest to figure out but Eyemart Express was able to get it figured out and they heard I had driven so far and worked till after their closing time to get me my glasses that night so I didn’t have to drive back there to pick up.

I am new to wearing glasses. My first experience purchasing them was not great. But thanks to Eyemart Express I now know what its like to have experienced friendly assistance with chosing frames, lenses and fit. And with in an hour for two pairs! Amazing job!

My son is on a limited budget and needed a new pair of glasses and some RX sunglasses as well. We had gone to another optician where they told us they could not provide polarized lenses or UV protection on the glasses they made within his budget. We then went to Eyemart Express where they said they most likely could meet his budget. They asked him to select some frames and they would ring everything up to see if it would fall within his budget. Not only did the total fall within his budget, but the rep was courteous and helpful. To top it off they said the glasses would be ready within an hour! We were very pleased with the service and treatment. Highly recommend this place if you are on a budget. They have a wide selection of frames and excellent service.

I dont normally leave reviews, but I felt like the staff were working overtime on hyperdrive. They were rushed because it was the first day since re-opening from their temporary shut down from COVID. The staff were super friendly and on point. This was the only glasses location I could get a new pair of glasses made same day. The rest were telling me days to weeks for delivery of new lenses. My CSR, Alex, made sure both my main and backup pair were done on time - even though they had only about 30mins left until closing. They had both pairs completed. I wouldnt expect them to rush order like that again, but was super appreciative they did it for me this time around. I hope Alex gets a raise.

I went in without my wallet. They let me pick out my glasses and told me I could call on with my card. I forgot and the lady I was working with called me back 3 days later and had my glasses done by the end of the day. What a great experience.

The atmosphere isn’t the same as vision eye land. The employees didn’t seem qualified, the lady Ashley helping me pick glasses wasn’t sure of anything, how many I could get, the price limit with my insurance. While she was helping me her boyfriend? Brought in Taco Bell, she stopped helping me to go over to him and kiss him as he gave her the Taco Bell, very unprofessional. Although I did get my glasses the same day which was nicer than waiting a week. The quickness of my glasses being ready was the only positive change from vision eyeland.

Where you buy glasses good service. The doctor say not too good. I both a pair of contact lens I told them I never had any before. After almost a month now they contact me to pick up the glasses, I went all the way to Fort Collins to figure out that I have to do another appointment for them to teach me how to do it so I went back home without glasses and we die new appointment 2 weeks later

***UPDATE *** One old man ruined it all! Went in to pick up new lenses and the guy was rude and condescending. Super disappointed since the rest of staff was wonderful.Long story short...paid extra for all coatings and transitions...2 months and cant see straight because of the scratches...called in. GLASSES FIXED!! Staff was super helpful and offered to replace immediately. Best experience that could have been a nightmare!

Love this place. I was desperate to get a new pair of glasses after losing mine in a lake. My eye doctor told me two weeks and I needed them that exact same day. Long story short, walked into Eyemart a bit skeptic about getting my glasses the same day, but it was possible regardless of the prescription strength. David was extremely helpful and attentive when it came to picking out frames. They are very reasonably priced and even gave me an extra pair for free. Oh and when my eye doctor got the prescription strength wrong, I called eyemart and they changed my lenses in like an hour..for free! Super happy you guys are in FOCO!!

There was a bit of a wait but a few kids were there probably doing last minute ordering before school starts next week. (Many orders are completed in an hour!) I was EXTREMELY frustrated with my discount plan provider. I had to make 3 different phone calls to them and finally gave up and gave the phone to the Eyemart Express employee (Desiree) assisting us with my order. Instead of faxing the info they made Desiree WRITE DOWN each discount. Lenses, scratch coating, frames, etc. All in all, Desiree could probably have assisted 3 customers in the time it took to help me.EVERYONE working at Eyemart Express was understanding and patient. A definite 2 thumbs up and a HUGE thank you to Desiree for the best customer service I have experienced in a long time.

I went to the new eyemart on 10th Street in Greeley this am. For an appointment. They tried to tell me I had a 20.00 copay when my eye exam is free with my insurance. Had my birthday wrong on my Medicare and Humana. I would never recommend them to anyone. They do not deserve even 1star.
