First off, Staff are absolutely the friendliest and polite here at this location. From privacy to explaining all of your benefits and procedures that need to be done. First time ever being at this location for myself as a patient and now they will be my primary. Dr. O was amazing and constantly checked on me while undergoing my oral surgery. I forgot my hygienist name but super informative and nice! Kiddos to the entire staff, and to Jennie and Melissa front desk, made me feel welcoming.

At my last orthodontist appointment/ cleaning they found a small cavity. Went back today to get it filled and they were amazing. Everything went smooth with no pain at all. I can’t say enough how they make you feel like family here. Highly recommend for all your dental needs regardless if its a yearly cleaning or orthodontics.

This is the WORST location regarding having dentures and or partials done. It has taken one year to have just a top denture and a bottom partial completed. As of this date, 07/08/2021 11:56:10.0 This has not been completed. They DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS!!I am now forced to retain Legal Council. A Law Suit has been filed with the State Board and is Pending Notification.My gums are sore, painful when trying to eat semi soft foods. The doctor has been great, however; the practice has been and still is in total and complete neglect.SincerelyRoland

Went in for a dreaded root canal.I get so much anxiety going to the dentist.My dentist and staff made me feel comfortable that I napped on and off through the while procedure! 😊 I have been going here for a few years and the customer service aspect and treatment is always excellent!

I came in as a first-time patient with an emergency issue and Amy, Darlene, and Dr. O was able to treat me the same day. I received timely and exceptional customer service. Everyone is very professional and nice. Their just some outstanding people. They make you feel comfortable from the time you come in to the end. Great for kids as well I took my 2 year old and she loved it. The doctors and nurses were very patient and gentle.

I’ve always experienced great service at Lane. All of my family is seen here; they get us in and out but also take the time to thoroughly clean our teeth and talk through any concerns. I recently saw them for jaw pain and they were able to get me in quickly and get a TMJ referral.

I love this office! I’ve been to many dentists throughout my life and this one is one of the best! The front desk is efficient and helpful and so kind. The doctors are fun, caring and explain what they are doing before they work on my teeth. They create a fun space so if dentists make you nervous like I get these doctors and assistants take away those nerves with laughs, stories, and explaining of what they will do to your teeth, Answering any questions you might have. Doctor o is amazing and has filled in many of my cavities and has helped me find out better ways to floss and brush my teeth so I can take better care of them. She also is so fun and easy to talk with about any concerns or questions I might have throughout my visit.

They have great staff dentist is great but am having the same problem as Roland been going through with my dentures I got covid-19 and miss my appointment in April this year after I got cleared been trying to get a appointment scene June I cant get a answer or no check back finally got them last week they said it will be January 2022 before they could see me I got upset and said I wii find someone else but being that I have such a fear of dentist and I been going to them for years I know they very patient with me I guess am do the waiting game

My first visit was on 3/15/21 with Dr.N and Dental assistant Crystal Jones. I was pleasantly surprised of how well they took care of me and took pride in their work. The young ladies at the front desk were also kind and helpful. I had a second visit today (3/22/21) and the same special treatment I received on March 15 was the same special treatment I received today. For starters, the office is very nice & the staff is so exceptional with their professionalism and customer service. I chose this dentist based on reviews after moving from out of state and I am very happy with the services provided. They work so quickly to get you back and I was able to have 3 fillings done in less time than it took to wait in the lobby at my prior dentist. Lane singles out medicaid patients and so not take everystep to insurw thwy arw getting best treatment..They recently had a breach by Jessica and Bee they used dirty instruments on patients that day they had a patient with aids i thought u were suppised to call all pts amd let them know to be tested but I was told no not to..so instead they covered the accident up..and told noone..I qouls not go or trust this place at all..they have done alot of shady stuff here

These people have poor follow through after a new patient visit. They were supposed to call me back after the 1st visit on scheduling some more additional cleaning, but no calls. Find someone else that is a bit more professional and cares about new patients.

I had to have a very old filling repaired. Crystal was the dental assistant and Dr. Dro was the dentist. The work performed was excellent. I barely felt the drill while it was going through my filling and tooth. Crystal and Dr. Dro were very nice. Crystal has a great personality and puts the patient at ease with great conversation. Dr. Dro was very mindful of how I felt while she was working on my tooth. Ive got to tell you the two of them performed their jobs together like a well- oiled machine. I did not feel uncomfortable while sitting in that dental chair. I felt like the procedure went really smoothly and fairly quickly. Dr. Dro shaved down the new filling to make sure my bite lines up. My bite is in perfect alignment. I would have no anxiety knowing that Crystal and Dr. Dro were to perform work on my teeth in the future.

The best dentistry in Fayetteville North Carolina. I will never go anywhere else. From the moment I called, cara was super nice and friendly. When I walked in she greeted me with a smile, and she asked how I was doing that day. Once I was called to the treatment area, Darlene was friendly and engaged in conversation. She kept my mind off of the issue of why I was there. I asked her a trillion questions, and she answered them all without attitude. She was very sweet and helpful. Next I saw Kelly who did X-rays, and she kept me comfortable. She made me laugh so much. By the time I stopped laughing, she was done. She was well educated and knew what she was doing. After my X-rays, I had to get my teeth cleaned by Jessica. I hate getting my teeth clean cause my teeth are sensitive, but she made sure I was doin ok the whole time. She repeatedly asked me if I was ok. She gave me time to catch my breath and let me spit as much as I wanted. Jessica been doing it for twenty years, and her manners showed it. She was amazing. Kelly with the pretty lashes went over my treatment plan with me. She answered all questions, and she made sure I understood everything. She helped me choose the best care for myself. Dr. Brashir was the dentist that saw me, and he was very gentle. He answered my questions, and he ensured me that I would be taken care of. He is a great dentist as well. He wanted to go the best route for my care,!and I appreciated it. Once I was done, Julie checked me out, and she was all smiles. It didn’t take her long, and she was very polite. The overall experience was really awesome. I will never go anywhere else. I love this place!!!!! If I had to rate this place out of 1-5.........Hands down this place is a 10!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I called Lane & Associates on a Wednesday morning and I was able to get an appointment at noon the same day. I was able to be seen and get my tooth that had broken fixed the very next day. Staff was great with explaining every step of the process to me and was very efficient in every manner. I highly recommend Lane & Associates! Jasmine was one of the staff that helped and she did an excellent job!
