This practice was amazing with my two daughters 5 and 10. The staff exhibited patience and answer their questions. I truly appreciate the staff and dentist for the educational information that was given to my babies.

7/13/2021 POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I received a text at 11PM saying/reading, I had an appointment the next day at 11:30AM. I showed up for my appointment and they said I was not on their schedule.So I wasted my time and money showing up for my appointment.Not to mention they wanted to rescheduled my appointment and have me PAY IN ADVANCE for my AUGUST APPOINTMENT before I left????????? LOLI WILL NOT BE BACK!!! They are unorganized, incompetent and they are not the only dentist in town. I did not appreciate the way this was handled. Obviously they are Money hungry and are having money troubles. The office manager was VERY unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this place.Their response:They tried to reach me by phone???I never received a phone call... Why would I want to talk to a manager when it was the manager that was unprofessional.. or She stated she was the manager... NO THANKS

Chipped my front tooth and they were able to squeeze me in the next morning. I was so thankful for that

Had to revise my review. After my service from this location I got a serious infection and could not get any help. They just told me to contact my doctor. Then when I came back they said I owed them all this extra money even though I paid and my issuance paid. They couldnt even tell me what it was from and of course the person who handled it was not in. They do not follow up on returning calls. Today I got a filling on a tooth they said needed one all though I never had any pain in it. I went home and Im experiencing serious pain and there is nothing I can do about it until Tuesday 4 days after they messed up. The staff that answers the phone are not pleasant and they will talk over you and not listen. I would not recommend. They seem good at first but no.

Everyone was welcoming and sweet. From the person who took my temperature at the door to the person who gave me my suggested dental plan, I was treated like I was important and I mattered. I felt well informed and was asked repeatedly if I had any questions. They listened and answered them. I have had a few not-so-nice dental experiences in the past, so I havent gone as much as I should. Im nervous and afraid of any dental procedure, but this whole office made me feel taken care of.

I got my cavities filled in today and the doctor Tyrone walked me through everything and made it an easy process. He made sure i was numb and couldn’t feel a thing. I’m happy he filled in my cavities i’m time for my bottom braces. 10/10 recommended.

I called in and spoke to the most pleasant young lady (I think her name was Jasmine or something with a J) she was extremely nice and helpful. She answered all the questions I had and eased any anxieties I had about this office (per reviews). I will be setting an appointment soon. Thank you.

This was the worst experience I had with a medical office. I scheduled this appt with the rates confirmed on the day scheduled. When I arrived today for the procedure, they had different charges that were not the rates per my insurance. When I disputed the charges and had my insurance company on the phone to confirm, they had no choice but to acknowledge they were wrong.Then the woman proceeds to try and reschedule me to come back for the root canal a month later. She tells me that now my scheduled appt time has passed and the doctor has to catch a flight later today! It’s their fault they were trying to over charge me and I called them out on it to be corrected and now the doctor can’t see me. You spoke to my insurance company earlier this week and still tried to overcharge me and I called it out! Then you walk away and start helping other ppl, leaving me waiting and then deny me service today! I will never come back to this location or any other location! Bad business when you try to support each other!Beware!!!!

Horrible service. I had an abscess occur during the holiday weekend. I called the after hours Doctor twice to schedule an emergency appointment. On both occasions I was told the doctor would call me. They never called. 4 hours later I ended up going to the Urgent Care. Do not patronize this office. The customer is not there top priority. Vacation time is. It does not take much effort to have a doctor return a call.

Ill give them one star because they answer the phones. As far as appointments I can never keep one because they ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS CANCEL my appointments. I went with this location because the one near my house kept doing the same exact thing. I dont know what I was thinking. Same company different location. If the company cannot accept new clients say that. Dont book appointments and cancel them constantly. After the 4th time I shouldve found another company to handle my dental needs. The staff here are excellent. They go out of their way to make sure that your trip to the dentist is as comfortable as possible.

They offer great hours, but they constantly cancel appointments and don’t even bother to help you out with rescheduling or trying to work you in with another provider. I’ve spent more time taking off work just to find out the day off that they cancelled the appointment. They don’t value my time. I’ll take myself and my 2 kids somewhere else.

Its usually a breeze and the people are very personable. They take their time explaining things to you when you need it.

This was my first visit here and the staff were nice. Ms.China was the assistant helping me and she was awesome and knowledgeable!!!!

I had a crown pop off at 9:30pm, I called Dental One at 7 am the next morning and they were able to get me in for a 7:45am appointment. DO re-cemented the crown and I was on my way at 8:40am. This is my second visit to Dental One and they are great with their customer service. Easy, but strict, COVID check in processes.

From the time you walk in you are greeted by the professional staff. It causes a calmness to come over you in the dental office.

Dr Perez is amazing. We all hate the dentist, when mine died ( Dr Joe ) I was devastated. I needed work done and I didn’t want to switch to another dentist office. I’ve had to get work done twice now and he is so good I didn’t even feel the shots! He’s efficient but silly and light hearted. And now with COVID-19 the office is very structured, because they are being so clean it’s awesome. If you are looking for a new dentist he’s the one.

My mother always taught me if you dont have anything good to say dont say anything at all. So for that reason, I dont write bad reviews. But I could not help myself in this instance, this is my 2nd BAD experience with this location. And I did not want anyone else to experience the disrespect, unprofessionalism, lies, and outright lack of accountability that this location dishes out. I left this office today knowing that I will find a much better dentist office that respects their customers. My 1st bad experience was a couple months ago, when I called to get an emergency appointment after being told by Dr Q(whom I loved and is no longer working with them and I understand why) told me to call back after a procedure she did if I needed to and she would fit me in. I called and explained that to the receptionist and was told to come right in by 10:00 AM. When I got there, I was told my the young girl that greeted me at the door that my appointment was for the next day and they could not see me. I explained that there was no way that I could have got the days mixed up because I called for an emergency appointment for the same day. I asked to speak to the manager, and Im pretty sure her name was Amanda( and explained to her that it must have been a miss up on the receptionist part. She condescendingly put the total blame on me, the customer. I was not seen after driving all the way there in pain. Fast forward to todays appointment, which took me two months to get, I must add. I show up at my appointment time and was again COVid checked in. After sitting where I was told, the female that checked me in told me to have a seat, gave me a COVid checklist and told me she would be right back. When she returned, she told me that they tried to call me to confirm my appointment and since they did not get me, they pushed me to the side, her exact words. She then told me if I wanted to be seen, I would have to wait 30 minutes. I told her I never received any call or message and she could look at my phone. Note, they have called and reached me &/or left a message for every appointment I ever had. She dismissed all that and rudely said, Well do you want to wait 30 minutes? I told her I guess I would wait 30 minutes, since it took me so long to get the appointment, but I would like to talk to the person that said they tried to reach me. She immediately told me she wasnt there. As I sat & waited, she proceeded to the front window and called Amanda. What happened next had me in disbelief. She started to talk about me like I couldnt hear her, then told Amanda I wanted to speak to the person that said they attempted to reach me and Amanda told her that I could not and I would just have to wait and closed the window they were talking thru. Again, I was in disbelief of the nerve and disregard the manager showed towards me without never even making eye contact with me. It was like two teenagers talking about someone they didnt like in High School. I was done after that so I got up and told the young lady I was leaving and was changing dentist. She sarcastically told me, Well have a nice day. There was no accountability for the miscommunication or any attempt to try and make the customer that is spending their hard earned money happy. I hope this helps someone else that is on the fence of choosing this location. Dont!

Because of COVID, the Dental One team takes office visits very seriously and I love that ! Everyone in the building is using PPE for their safety and mines. Having my teeth clean was like NOTHING that I have experienced before. It wasnt painful, and I didnt leave the office with hurting gums because of the cleaning. The Hygienist was fantastic! Thanks again Dental One....Ill see you guys on my next visit.

My experience here was perfect. I just moved here and am SO happy to find such a fine dental group.

I have been a patient of this location for sometime only because I was completely comfortable with my dentist and hygienist. However the customer service went all the way to hell on a stripper pole. It started with me updating my insurance with them in January 2020, well Covid-19 hit and my appointment was rescheduled not a problem. The problem came when my insurance information disappeared out the system,and my old insurance was billed. I paid my half of balance due for services, and I get a bill,I call and its because they are using my OLD insurance. After speaking to someone in the billing department, BCBS told them they cant verify my information with my SSN. Which was a total lie, I contacted BCBS 5x and was given the same information. Well today my appointment comes,and the claim was submitted to BCBS,but they didnt send to the dental department. So I call BCBS, and there is no evidence of a claim ever being submitted. So not only did someone lie they wasted my time and money. Do yourself a favor and find a dentist location with better customer service.

My appointment was at 2:30 pm. I went through the the admission process and filled out the paperwork and saw the dental hygienist. However I had to wait for over an hour to see the dentist, Dr. Blissett. So I ended up spending 2 hours at this office. This was very inappropriate and totally unprofessional. For this reason, I would not refer anyone to this practice. The schedule for patients needs to adjusted so the wait is not so long.

Thank you Dr. Blissette and assistant China for a great experience in the office today. Kudos to you all for being very professional, knowledgeable, experienced and for listening to my concerns regarding my smile. As a first time patient I felt as if this team genuinely cared about their patient. You all are truly amazing and might I add - I left with a beautiful smile. Thank you again!

FYI - dont bother wasting your time filling the new patient registration form online - as it appears it doesnt transmit to the office ; just go in early and fill out the forms.

Office appeared dirty like a clinic. Dr Shatz had no concern about restorative care of my teeth, he was ready to pull several and do implants to the tune of $10 grand!!!! I had read other reviews that he was only concerned about money and I should have listened. Got a second opinion and only needed a deep cleaning!!!!!!!!

Efficient and very professional.

This office is well run, well managed. A critical aspect for me of health service providers is how respectful are they of my time. If I set an appointment with you, and show up 10 minutes prior to it, then I should not be sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes after my appointment time, and have to wait another 10 - 15 to see the doctor. Time is the most precious resource in the universe. Once you spend it, you never get it back. So apologizing to me for my wasted doesnt give me the ability to cash it in for my time back from the Universe. The apology has absolutely no value to whats important to me. They understand that simple fact here. Ive had several appointments with this service provider and in no instance was my wait to see the doctor longer than 15 minutes. In addition the actual service provided has been very good. My dentist worked with great skill and care to deliver my total service with better than expected results. Very nice work!

I’ve been going to them for years..I changed insurance in 2019 and gave them my new insurance but somehow my old insurance was ran for the visit and of course my old insurance didn’t pay for the visit. I come back for a cleaning in 2020 and they’re telling me I have an outstanding balance..I ask how bc I paid my copay..they tell me BCBS didn’t pay for my last visit and I’m like that’s my old insurance..she looks and says oh well yea..they ran that one and not the Cigna insurance and and since it’s been a year, they prob won’t pay it so I’m like okay..who’s problem is that bc I didn’t tell y’all to run the wrong insurance..she proceeds to say well u can just pay for half the bill and I’m like why am I paying anything for your mistake and then she’s like that’s fine..I’ll run it through your new insurance and see what they do. A month later..I get a collections notice going against my credit..smh I call and get the run around with speaking to a manager. Don’t go here! They don’t even have an actual billing dept and don’t take accountability for any of their mistakes!!

I love the dental hygienist that I see at this office, she is so kind and fun and diligent about her work and I really appreciate this. I have also had positive expediences with the front desk and the check out people. I personally do not care for the dentist that I worked with I dont care her attitude and I dont trust her quality of work. I will be trying a different dentist in the same office, and I hope for a better experience so that I may stay with this office

All they do is lie about prices and fees, they dont take the time to explain anything. Doctor makes you wait like 45 min sitting in the chair before she comes in. never going back. horrible service

The first point of contact at the door on 6/08/20 between 4 - 6:30 p.m. was horrible. We are paying patrons and this young lady was rude. There has to be a better way to call patients from their cars. Is yelling from the door the only option? Our information is on file to call via cell. Please work together to develop a better system internally and externally so that the climate can return to a welcoming atmosphere.The doctor and hygienist experience was excellent but that first impression was awful from the point of entry to the intake inside the door. I had to select a star but the real option was 0 for me.

Everytime i go here everyone is really nice and professional havent had a bad experience yet! So Ill keep going until i do.

I recently attended Dental One in Fayetteville for a cleaning and it was one of the best experiences I’be had at a dentist office. Everyone in the office was genuinely pleasant not only to me but to each other, and for me that speaks volumes. They explained every procedure to me before they did anything and took the time to show me how to floss correctly. All these years I thought I knew how to floss, but I was truly educated when I left. If you’re looking for a dentist I highly recommend Dental One.

I broke a tooth and was in pain. I called the office for an appointment and was told they were a doctor down and that someone would call me back in a day or so. Im still waiting for my call 2 weeks later! Needless to say I changed dentists!

Made an appt well over 3wks in advance. The day of my appt 10/12/2020. I called because I misplaced the address. Office clerk texted me the info. Who answers missed calls when the number is not logged in your phone? Any the office Dental one called my cell and I missed the call. Got all the way to the office mind you after waiting 3wks for my appt. For them to tell me they called as I stand at their door to cancel my APPOINTMENT due to technical difficulties. The worst experience I have ever gotten poor dental work, But God is going to handle you guys doctor Blissett and the dental director

It took 3 hours for them to put a crown back on that fell off and to do a teeth cleaning. No one wants to spend 3 hours in a dental office waiting around in between patients because the patients are being juggled around.

Dental One in Fayetteville is a great, friendly, and family oriented office. Dr. Perez is very kind, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I also enjoyed speaking with Ms. Ranjan, the dental assistant. She made me feel at ease and comfortable. Everyone I’ve encountered so far has been friendly and professional. I have a few more appointments this year and I’m sure they will go as smoothly as my last ones. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Nurse by phone was rude and demanded a referral from a doctor I saw last year in NY. Of course Your doctor in NY would not provide it. I was seen by doctor Cohen who did not introduce himself as the doctor wanted me to signed release document saying that I have been given options for my treatment which I never did. When I asked to see the doctor he replied “who do you think I am the tooth fairy? “ That wars the most disrespectful and unprofessional answer that has ever been given to me for services I am paying for. I was about to walk away and do not complete the service but decided to stay because during COVID-19 rescheduling somewhere else will take me a long time although deep inside I knew I should of have gone somewhere else. I will never go back to this Dental Clinic and I hope people can see all the other negative feedback people have been given.

Had appointment with Dental One In Fayetteville to have some major dental work done. Particularly impressed with Tyrone. He was very conscientious in taking impressions to make sure they were perfect. He advised me all along the way of all actions he was taking on my teeth. He was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, patient and extremely professional. Dental One is lucky to have such a competent employee.

They never called me back to reschedule my appointment (waited two weeks) after they canceled my original appointment on the day of the appt! Also, I had to call them to find out it was canceled. When I called back after making sure I could get more time off from work, another receptionist asked if someone went over Covid procedures and I told her no. She said we will call you back. They never did. I ended up going to another local dental office that took me in two days with no issues.

Please do not go here they are very unprofessional. Not sure how they got all the 5 stars but I gave them tries with my husband, son and I. Where do so start! They will bill you because they don’t know how to bill the insurance correctly. They will lie to get more money. I was also billed for root canal that they had to correct which still gives me problem. I had to fight to get it taken off my bill. Why would you charge me to fix work you done. They appears friendly but expect problems and lies in the future. As far as appointment goes, I’ve arrived early and still had to wait an hour before being seen not to mentioned other arrived after me were taken back before me. Read all the reviews and compare the pros and cons and make your decision l. Or pay unnecessary fees. Missed my dentist in Snellville, I guess I need to keep searching or make the hour 1/2 trip !!! You say you dont have me in your system. Of course you have me in there. You cant possible find T Jackson. Here is your proof

You will REGRET using this dentistry. Read the comments. The REAL comments. They have billing issues!!!! TERRIBLE!!!!!!! And they still did not extract his tooth. He went for an extraction they cleaned ONE HALF, left side, of his mouth. DID NOT EXTRACT!!!!! Afterwards there were BILLING ISSUES.The next dentist he went to was APPALLED when he extracted my husband teeth. They just wanted to bill for an unnecessary procedure to obtain additional reimbursement. I wished my husband and I wouldve read the comments. I couldve saved him the pain and agony. You have been warned !!!

TRUST ME WHEN I SAY THIS PLACE IS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR! Dr. Blissett is truly an angel. Shes very kind and takes time to explain exactly whats going to be happening, making you more at ease. All the girls in the front office are so sweet and friendly. The dental assistants are very kind as well. Never a long wait and always leave out feeling satisfied.

Dental One in Fayetteville GA is a gem! Who enjoys going to the dentist?....but the staff and Doctors create a friendly non-stress environment. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted and called by name by front desk staff. Wait time is minimal. During patient care, the Doctor and Assistants are chatting, friendly, approachable and show the utmost concern for your comfort level.I might be biased, I’ve been here for at least 10 years, but this truly is a dentist you can trust and put your confidence in!BTW, cleanings are super fast.I highly recommend

I have always been one who avoided and procrastinated on making dental appointments. I must say my experience with Dr. Blissett, Tyrone and China her assistants was very pleasant. I love the convenient hours. Dr. Perez is very nice and approachable. He answers questions patiently and understands that his patients may be nervous when they sit in his chair. There is also a nice black young man that often assists him, he is the best as well. I like this duo! The office is clean, modern, and has a positive environment. Everyone that Ive encountered has been friendly and inviting from entrance to egress. My hygienist for the day was Shaqunta, she was exceptionally well and didnt even try to crush my skull during the flossing (which is a plus). Dental One is a good place to go for any of your dental treatment.

My 59 year old mother was turned back at the office today.She had a bad toothache and she was unable to eat or sleep.We finally got an appointment with them and she was told she couldn’t be seen because of her temperature.I tried explaining to them but they refused to listen.She left there crying in pain and they did not care or show any compassion!At this point getting another dental appointment somewhere else may take days and my poor mom is in pain😭Worst dental office ever!!!!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! I’ve had a horror story from A prior dentist. This place worked to get me in quick and in a hurry. I had some issues with Insurance approval because of the prior dentist but the front desk went above and beyond to get me cleared to keep my appt. The dental assistant was knowledgeable and great at her job. Dr. Perez really spent some time with me helping me understand what was going on and coming up with a game plan. I have definitely found my primary care dentist. Thank you for the amazing service!

Although i had relocated an hour+ from my long time dentist in Marietta, whom I had continued to see, when I snapped a veneer on my front tooth, Dr. Perez agreed to work me in immediately. He made a temporary and ordered a replacement; but when it was set, it darkened to an unattractive yellow. It took two more orders before the correct color match arrived, but the final result is a work of art! I never wouldve believed it could be a perfect match. I have no reservations about having found my new dentist or recommending him to anyone.

Ive been a patient at Dental One for approx. 10-12 years. The dental hygienists are the best.. very personable and quick! I appreciate that they always remember to schedule my 6 months appointment before Im finished and then I get a text reminder! This works for me! Dr. Joe is personable and honest about your teeth… he does work when he truly needs to and looks out for your best asset = your smile! If youre in South Atlanta, I highly recommend Dental One .. and promise that youll be taken care of and treated with care.

Fabulous facility. Great staff and doctor. I wish I could remember that amazing lady who cleaned my teeth, she was hands down exceptional. Linda who did my patient intake/X-rays was so friendly and had amazing bedside manner. It was like chatting with an old friend. Front desk staff was patient with my insurance annoyance and was very welcoming. Thank you all for the wonderful experience. Actually excited to come back for my follow up appointment!

What an amazing dental experience! I contradict myself saying amazing and dental in the same sentence. This office from 1st to last impression was nothing by A+. I felt not only comfortable but truly appreciated as a patient and my care was beyond perfect!!!

I’ve been going to Dental One Associates of Fayetteville for approximately 10 years. It’s in a very good location and I have yet to encounter an issue with parking. The staff is friendly and professional. The over-all atmosphere is pleasant and calming. The waiting area and bathrooms have been clean. The wait time from the moment of check-in until I was seen has been less than 30 minutes. I’m very satisfied with the quality of the services they provide as well as the professionalism displayed by their staff members.

I am in love with the work ethic of this dental office. From Dr. Blissett & her team I would highly recommend anyone I know to come to this location. I felt welcomed from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Great job

I cant tell you how conforming this office will make you fell during these trying times. Safety is first and on time appointmens. The personal goes above and beyond as they always have. I even felt so confident with my granddaughter visiting.It is always a pleasure to go here. They have the greatest staff of friendly, caring and professional people. I make the 45 minute drive to get to this office because I know that I will be well taken care of from everyone.

This place is just AWESOME! The energy is always positive. Ms. Toni does my cleaning and she is the sweetest! Always quick, thorough and painless! Dr. Jo follows up and he has the warmest eyes and demeanor. I was checked out by Ms. Phyllis is so adorable and sweet. She scheduled my next appt. I was in and out in an hour! If you want a clean environment and professional courteous service make your appointment! Trust me you wont regret it!😘

Dental One is a great facility with exceptional staff. Nobody I know likes going to the dentist, but this office makes it a great experience. The receptionists are attentive and oh so nice. The hygienists are knowledgable and have great chair-side manner. The dentists are down to earth and yet...well versed in their craft. I am very pleased to have them take care of my family and me.

HORRIBLE experience! I was refused service because I was exposed to someone with COVID-19 two months ago. That person has now tested negative and it has been 2 MONTHS and they still refused to see me. I was also wearing full PPE as a physician at the time of exposure. The office manager told me Dr. Blissett stated she would not see me unless I had a negative COVID-19 test despite not having any exposure in 2 months. I was told I could never be seen in this office again until I have a negative test despite how long it’s been since exposure.I am a physician and didn’t feel I needed to explain to another doctor that that is not the way COVID works! 2 months past exposure is not a reason to get tested and a negative test today, does not mean anyone will be negative at the time of appointment. There are no guidelines that recommend this and Dr. Blissett is making up rules and refusing to see whoever she doesn’t want to. Dr. Blissett refused to speak to me about this despite my driving 40 minutes for the appointment and waiting 30 minutes outside. They could have asked me these questions at the time I made the appointment or when they confirmed the appointment over the phone instead of wasting hours out of my day to refuse me service. My husband was seen yesterday and paid over $300 for his service, and they still refused to see me today.I have been a loyal customer to Dental One in Fayetteville since my childhood, over 20 years. I drive from smyrna because this is where I have felt most comfortable. My family and I have had multiple bad experiences in the past few years, but this is the last straw.The customer service and care has gone way down over the years. They obviously do not care about inconveniencing people. Dr. Blisette’s reasoning is not rooted in guidelines, science or LOGIC and I wouldn’t want someone like that as my doctor. I will never go back!

Awesome experience from beginning to end! I came in for receding gums, and the doctors set up a a treatment plan that was quick and easy. I had me teeth cleaned today, and the staff was gentle and amazing. No hurting teeth!! I recommend them for any procedure you need involving your teeth and gums!From office staff to hygienists to doctors: all were kind and helpful.

Ive been to a few dentists, but now that Ive found them...Ive found my forever dentist. They are all so nice and patient. They are efficient...knowledgeable..and understanding.

Dr.Blissett and Hygienist Hodges were amazing. They were professional and made me feel comfortable. Both talked me through the process of a root canal and filling.
