Starting at the initial consult and continuing all throughout the treatment process, I’ve been extremely satisfied with how Dr. Gray and Dr. O’Sullivan, the clinicians, and the entire Northwest Orthodontics staff handled my experience of having braces for the first time as an adult. Any questions or concerns were always addressed promptly and in a manner that I understood. Truly, I do not have words to express the amount of gratitude I have for everyone at NWO. They were able to make my teeth be something I’m not afraid to show when I smile, which is something that I never thought would be attainable. Ratings may be out of 5 stars, but I give Northwest Orthodontics a 15/10.

Dr Gray at NOrthwest orthodontics was amazing. His staff is so sweet & so much fun too! My daughter has had bad experiences elsewhere but she always looked forward to seeing this staff of wonderful people. The atmosphere is also clean & tidy, and my daughters teeth are beautiful. When we were searching for the right orthodontist to get my daughter’s braces we had been to a couple of other offices for a consultation. They had put my daughter off due to a baby tooth she still had at 14. I searched around online and came across Dr. Gray’s office. I read tons of good reviews and decided to make an appointment. This place changed my life! The entire staff is friendly and fun to be around, they make you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. I’m probably older than the average patient , being 27 when I had them put on. I was so nervous, but everyone there quickly helps put your mind at ease. The waiting area is super nice and where they work on your teeth is one big open area with a casual atmosphere and pretty cool music. They were able to completely straighten my teeth in such an amazingly short period of time. They put my braces on in April 2012 and by September 2013 they were already taking them off! My teeth were so badly out of place with several teeth laying completely sideways and others all jumbled with a massive overbite and severe jaw pain. The main reason I came to get braces in the first place was to help with my jaw pain, so having my teeth perfectly straightened was a super bonus! Dr. Gray was able to completely change my smile without pulling a single tooth. That is amazing since most people I know that have had braces in the past had to have several teeth pulled before they even got braces on. Also, by the time my treatment was complete , I had zero jaw pain ! I had been dealing with it for years prior to braces, and it’s been almost 5 years now since my braces got taken off and still pain free. I truly am thankful to Dr. Gray and the entire staff for everything! I highly recommend this place ! It’s so amazing to be able to smile big and laugh without putting my hand over my mouth like I did for 27 years of my life. That’s thanks to you guys for changing my smile and giving me confidence I never had before 😊

My oldest daughter was treated by Dr. Gray over 10 years ago. Her case was very challenging. We were living out of the country at the time, but we wanted her to have the best care possible. My experience at Northwest Orthodontics has been consistently positive! I had braces twice throughout middle school and high school, and they were wonderful both times that I received them and throughout the whole process. Five years later, I had a wire break on my permanent retainer, so I went in for my replacement wire and they were wonderful again! I was in and out with a my wire replaced in under 25 minutes!
