My visit was very professional and the staff there were friendly and made you feel very comfortable. Since it has been a while since my last visit, I use to feel uncomfortable about getting the X ray exam. But the updated version of the x ray exam was much better than the older x ray exams. I really enjoyed my visit.

At the time of posting this, I have one or two more appointments just to put finishing touches to my dental works with the Dr. Glennda Wash outfit, but generally, I have had a wonderful and very pleasant experience.Dr. Wash is a thorough, caring and painstaking professional whose bearing and demeanor put you completely at ease no matter your dental problems.Dr. Wash has a first class team, all very courteous and welcoming. I wont forget Sheila, Tia?(who assisted Dr. Wash on my crown procedure), the other slim and young receptionist and the dental cleaning lady. I thank you all.

Im writing this review because this dental office was so nice to my elderly father today that has dementia. They were kind and understanding of his problems and tried to make the experience as painless as possible. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends. Worst experience at a dentist office ever.Was there 8hr just for an root canal?And now the dentist is at another office and can’t complete my crown that I paid for in full..and I always have to reschedule to be seen.wish I can give no stars.

I have been to this office twice for emergency dental work and both times, the staff here were very courteous and helpful on fitting me into their busy schedule last minute. As an uninsured student, they were also very quick to offer me their office plan to help me save money. What I appreciated the most during my visits was how Dr. Chang spent extra time to make sure that my crown would fit well while taking a conservative approach when shaving my tooth. The whole procedure was relatively painless and I knew what to expect because Dr. Chang or the assistant explained to me what they were doing. This was my first time getting any dental work done besides a cleaning and cavity filled and I am really happy to know that I can trust Dr. Chang in providing me with comfortable and quality work when I visit now.

This was my 1st time here and the staff was very nice. The hygienist Donna was gentle with my teeth and gums. The dentist Dr. Wash was very informal and gave good treatment recommendations.

I have visited this office twice; once for a cleaning (Melinda did a thorough job!), and again for a filling. With both visits, I was impressed by the friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism displayed by the staff. For me, the two most important traits that a dentist should have are honesty and gentleness; both of which were exhibited by Dr. Chang. He let me know what was being done every step of the way. I was not surprised during my visits because he made sure I was aware of my options, and his decisions. Gentleness is also important to me because I cannot tell you how many times I have sat in a dentists chair, extremely tense, praying for my procedure to be over soon because of the roughness of the examiner; however, Dr. Chang and his assistant were gentle and warned me of any pressure or pain I might feel prior to me feeling it. I was very appreciative of the ease that I felt under their care. Overall, I can say that I have found for my teeth a caretaker who is professional, knowledgeable, and gentle. Dr. Chang has certainly earned my trust!

I have been to the office several times the first few visits were fine but I’ve lost confidence in them since. I had a scheduled appointment, thought February 12, even received a text reminder.I get to office and I’m told I’m not on schedule. I show Office Mgr. text she says she doesn’t know anything about that . I make another appointment with her. For February 23. I get a call a week later saying they won’t be open that day, I call and reschedule.I come to Office February 26 and I’m sitting here for 20 minutes before Office Mgr. tells me I’m not on schedule and I’ll have to wait for them to finish 3 other patients.Needless to say I won’t be back.I like Dr. Wash but it’s not worth the hassle I have gone through considering how much it cost for dental services anyway.

This is the second time I’ve had a scheduled appointment in which their system showed an appointment for the next day. So I show up the next day only to find there is no hygienist (scheduled) there. As if the incompetent person at the desk couldn’t see that yesterday. So they referred me to their other location down the street on Jeff Davis. They really need some organizational skills.

Dr. Wash was great. She was friendly and warm and explained the xrays and treatment required. She took her time and answered all my questions.

Even though I wasnt a nee customer, since I was last there in 3014, they have new staff. My visit was great and all the staff handled me with gentle gloves. Im was very pleased and satisfied with my visit today.

I rarely write reviews unless Im disappointed with service, but this dental office deserves recommendations! The staff is really friendly, knowledgeable, and HELPFUL! Furthermore, Dr. Chang shares those same traits and has a great personality, unlike many doctors Ive dealt with. I dont think Ill ever change dentists!

9/10/15 UPDATE:Unfortunately Im changing my 5-star rating to a 1-star because Dr. Chang is no longer there and the majority of the staff has left as well. I found out he is at the Great Expressions in Lawrenceville, which is much further for me but I may have to think about driving up there to see him because the doctor makes all the difference when it comes to trusting someone with my dental care. What a shame.Original review: Like a lot of the reviews already say, this office has such a wonderful dentist and staff. The entire team made the visit extremely pleasant and kept me at ease, which is difficult to do at a dental appointment! Dr. Chang was very thorough and really took the time to make sure I understood everything. I left feeling like I knew exactly what I needed for my teeth and why it needed to be done. Its rare to have such confidence in dentistry these days but this office really goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this Great Expressions office!

My only regret about this office is not coming in a lot sooner! I put off seeing a dentist because of prior bad experiences, but let me tell you, Dr. Chang and his staff are wonderful. Dr. Chang is intelligent, thorough, and most importantly, an honest dentist. He took lots of time explaining to me what I needed and why I needed it. He told me all of my options and which ones he would personally choose to do himself if he were the patient. The treatment option he recommended for me was actually the cheaper of the two because he said in my case I should make a more practical decision rather than an ideal one. Appointments can take longer because he seems to be a perfectionist, but he makes sure you are comfortable the entire time and his work is superb.

The beginning was kind of rocky but it overall ended up as a good experience. This was my first time coming to the facility and right when I walked in I barely got a greeting. The office clerk handed me a sheet and told me my balance for the visit and to go ahead and pay. She was clearly ready to go and I think she noticed from my look I was shocked at my greeting. Once I got to the back the DH answered my questions and we had good convo. She also did well on my cleaning.

Great dentist people are nice and friendly and explain everything great and help you with whatever you need and have and there office is clean you get in and out quickly and they remember you by name and have an actual relationship and conversation with there patients

I have been to this dental office twice and decided to leave a review after my most recent visit. I was searching for a different dental office due to my previous experiences have never been so great. Im so glad I found this one because Dr. Chang actually takes the time to make sure Im always at ease and not in pain (as opposed to the other dentist that forcibly pried my mouth open with tongs). I moved locations, due to this one being closer to home. Dr. Northcut, Vera, Maggie, and Melenda were just awesome. They all worked together to make a treatment plan, without any pressure. They let me decide what and when to do the procedures. Did I happen to mention, NO PRESSURE!!!! What needed to be done now, I made an appointment for and the rest I am thinking over. They dont make you feel like you are just a number or a dollar sign.The prices are fair and the location is good. The location is clean and the workers are professional. I needed to have a crown done. I’d previously saw Dr. Chang at this location, but was informed that he had been relocated. When I met Dr. Northcutt he told me that he and Dr. Chang were class mates and had a similar dental philosophy, which put me at ease. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable throughout my procedure (constantly checking up on me) and even gave me a call later that night to make sure I was doing ok. I had a great experience with Dr. Northcutt and will continue to go to him as long as he’s there.

Dont get invisalign here. The office is so disorganized. It takes 4 weeks to get retainers from invisalign and I was sized for mine in February and they still havent arrive 4 months later because they never sent them in.

Dentists are great but billing and scheduling are a mess,first I get written estimate so I schedule an appointment then the call and say that appointment has to be rescheduled I reschedule for next week,call next week they say no appointment.so I get new appointment I come to appointment and they say written estimate is wrong the price is too low.

As entered facility the front office staff was unfriendly. I waited 25 minutes before being called back. When I asked how much longer, no time frame given. This is the 2nd time I had to wait longer than 10 minutes.
