If I can give negative star I would. Been with a lot of different Dental Clinic and this is the only one I had a terrible experience. Had a appointment with them twice and paid everything up front. Over a year later got a text from them telling me I owe them and it’s already with the debt collection. The whole time I never received a mail or email that Indicate that owe them or a bill statement. Called them asking how that happen when I paid everything up front and if they could explain it. Costumer service was VERY RUDE when I try to resolve the matter. They made me feel like I was the problem when I was just trying to pay the bill that I didn’t even know I have since I was never notified till it almost got to Debt Collection. Go take your business somewhere else where they actually take care of you. I do not recommend this clinic.

I don’t understand why every time I come in and pay, I am told a difference price every time. Because of this I call before any procedure and ask what the price will be. This time was very upsetting because I called in advance again about an email saying that I have a balance due when I paid already. They didn’t really have a good explanation. I come in and the 3 teeth that need work is the same price as I paid for 5 teeth. Plus I had a pass due after already paying. So I paid whatever they said was due but I refused the next procedure. I don’t feel comfortable coming to get work done and the price is different every time. Also the dental assistants are much sweeter and show good bedside manner compared to the actual dentist doing the work.

I am not sure why there are so many negative ratings. My first visit was fast and easy. Everyone from the receptionist to the person at check out were very professional, they explained everything. The dentist was very kind and professional. I was very happy with my first experience. I have an appointment for fillings coming up, I hope the experience the 2nd time is as good as the first one. Number 1. I was told by the front desk receptionist who is black with those sister locs that I never told them I had insurances. Number 2. I had to move my dental appointment and when I explained I can’t wait that far because of an temporary filing she looked at me and said “you never called and told us about your insurances.” I explained her I did call not only one time, but two times due to the fact I called after my appointment in southern pines after my root canal and the first person I called was supposed to call me back and she never did so I called back again and the second lady was able to help and get me scheduled. The front desk receptionist proceeded to tell “we don’t have notes about this encounter.” So, because someone didn’t do their job the first time I got to be the one who suffer and lose my appointment.

Loved that they offered Free exam and x-rays for new patients paying out of pocket. The staff is friendly and courteous. Fair prices. So far so good!

I brought my mother in a few times. Wanted to give them a chance but The wait time was horrible! They don’t care about you, just want your money. The energy was not welcoming. There was blood on her chair. Doesn’t seem like they’re taking Covid serious because it could of been cleaner. The floors were dirty multiple times. It’s always someone new my mother had to deal with. Seems like they have a high turnover rate. Definitely not family oriented. We tried to give them multiple chances but it doesn’t seem like they’ll get any better. Don’t waste your time.

While 8 month later, when I have all my braces, nothing changed with my outriding has not improved. They just make my teeth tidy. And, they say this is the final result.

Aspen Dental on Skibo is awesome. This is the first time in my life Ive had a filling without any pain whatsoever. And Im almost 60. The staff were very friendly, reassuring, professional, compassionate and understanding of my phobia. I highly recommend them to anyone.

The best dental experience Ive ever had. I had my wisdom tooth pulled today at 10am. I was numbed so well its just now wearing off and its 4pm. The staff is very helpful and caring to their patients. Customer service was absolutely dirt poor. The agent sounded like I was wasting her time. And annoyed all I asked for was the price of the cleaning. After I asked agent to cancel appt I was going to ask another question but she said ok bye and hung up on me. Apparently you have to do exam and x-ray first before they will do your cleaning. Id much rather go somewhere where they do everything at one time anyway. Def glad I called instead of coming to the appt. Def wouldnt recommend this place solely based on their customer service

Staff was friendly and explained as they were doing tests. While they couldnt do the procedure (to much inflammation) they were able to reschedule after antibiotics.

I had an appointment at 9:00 they called several people before me I was on time. I listen to others appt time it was after mine. And I drove an 1 hr and Aspen dental waited till I got there to tell me my insurance was a Reimbursement plan and they don’t take Medicaid so they didn’t offer other plans or options truly a waste of time I hope they don’t bill my Medicare. Seek other options before you go here....lady at front desk was nice worth 1 star.

This place is beyond frustrating. I checked in and was asked if I wanted a cleaning with my exam I said yes. I did my X-rays and was put in a room to see the hygienist and dentist was asked again if I wanted a cleaning. I said yes again. Then I was pulled to checkout and was told that if I wanted a cleaning then I’d have to pay which makes no sense because I looked at my insurance policy and X-rays and cleaning are both completely covered by my insurance. And I was told last minute that I couldn’t do a cleaning because they were short staffed and that I needed to make another appointment. I would have been fine with making another appointment if they told me that in the beginning instead of constantly asking if I wanted a cleaning that day. I don’t know if they are just trying to overcharge people or what but I will never be coming back here again.

Team was super sweet and caring! They are more affordable than any other dentist Ive been to; and they offer payment plans if you qualify! Not a long wait time either.. maybe waited 10 min when I got there (even tho I wasnt able to be there15 min early like they ask).

Confirmed Appointment only to drive to Fayetteville after working 3rd shift in Lumberton and taking the day off to get this done. For them to say my appointment wasnt confirmed. Showed them on my phone it was confirmed that Monday and my appointment was on Wednesday. Only thing they say is thats weird and Ive been moved on the computer and they are short staffed. They also didnt answer the phone that Friday or Monday after calling several times throughout the day. Do Better.

WARNING TO ALL: get a print out of the charges. There was a $135 on my sheet, and that specific brush only costs $80. They are scam artists!So many hidden fees. Over $500 for cleaning, an additional $2,404 for 2 cavities and crown. After looking further into dental costs I learned I was overcharged. I will be requesting my money back and seek dental services elsewhere.

The care was beyond my expectations. The staff is kind and truly caring. Melissa (my hygienist) is very knowledgeable. Im happy to have met her. Definitely very accommodating. Will continue to come to Aspen Dental for all of my dental care.

Would not recommend.I had an appointment scheduled for 9:45am. They called me at 9 and told me I could come in early because they had a cancellation. So, I did this, arriving by 9:30am with my 2 year old son in tow and being 4 months pregnant, and sat there for nearly two hours in the waiting room while others came and went like normal for their appointments. Not only was I called and told I could be seen early, which made me stop what I was doing and pack everything and everyone up, but I wasnt even seen on time for when my appointment was originally scheduled. Eventually I had to be the one to say something and told them I was leaving. No one attempted to help me in any capacity while I was there, and no one even called to follow up to apologize or inquire about why I cancelled the appointment due to a customer service issue.Needless to say my experience was awful and I was going to be a first time patient there. I wouldnt recommend, especially if this is the treatment new patients receive. Disappointed and frustrated are an understatement.

They cannot administer to heart patients in a timely matter. They faxed consent form without return information on form so my heart doctor couldn’t respond quick enough to ok dental procedures.. I was literally told to come back another day with this excruciating pain..no medication .no antibiotics...no balls .I was looking forward to being a Aspen patron but little things like that show me they’re not professionally linked with other Health provider professionals.

This was my first visit to this location and I was thoroughly impressed. Delaney was my hygienist and took the time to explain to me the treatment plan for my issue. She kept me at ease throughout the entire process and made my experience a pleasant one under the circumstances. I trust this office with my dental needs and will continue to use them for my routine care.

I cannot even start to tell you how much of a blessing Sarah C. and the rest of the staff are here. They honestly are about to change my whole life. They jumped through many hoops to get me treated and healthier. They may be fixing my teeth after a three year wait, but the bigger repair is going to be my joy and confidence. PAID $188 FOR CLEANING!So I went there for a regular cleaning and check up. I was told I need a specific cleaning, because of my irritated gums. Ok. Then they told me it would cost $200+, dont remember exact amount. I was like What?! I never paid for cleaning before, and even if this one isspecific , seriously?! So I was offered to speak to financial person. I asked whats included and whys so expensive. There was a $100 toothbrush in the list plus specific toothpaste and $34 Oral rinse. Ok. After toothbrush adjustment I owe $120!!! for cleaning!! I was already there, and I was kinda scared about what they told me about all bacteria on my gums. Again I was not in pain, not dying or something. I agreed on that. Today, suddenly, I received a bill for $68!! Seriously?! I called them and been told that my insurance company underpaid, and after$120+ I still owe $68. People, I have never had any problems with my teeth or gums before. And this specific cleaning was like 10min max, ultrasound cleaning plus some medicine on gum- Done. I have Tricare prime and I paid in this office $188!!! for cleaning! I would not recommend and never come back. Thank you.

Went to Aspen Dental I needed a tooth pulled. They wanted me to pay and I have insurance. When I informed them that I get a free cleaning and Extraction they didn’t like that. They scheduled me for the tooth to be pulled and when I arrive they told me it was next week. I asked to speak to someone in charge. I sat there for an 1/2 hour. If you’re not spending money and trying to stay on a budget that’s not the place to go. Service is horrible staff is disrespectful would not recommend them to my family or friends

My review is strictly for Melissa. I absolutely HATE going to the dentist. My anxiety is on 1000 everytime I go. I had to get a deep cleaning done and being numb also heightens my anxiety. As the dentist began to numb me (he was really nice as well. I didn’t catch his name). Melissa held my hand because she knew I was scared. She is really easy to talk to and I felt more like I was talking to a friend vs my hygienist. She made sure I was ok during the whole process.

I would not recommend using these folks they are horrible. I went in with a toothache. Prior to arrival they told me they would be able to relieve me from the awful pain I was feeling. Nonetheless I sat in this office for 3 hours while they took 20 x-rays to be exact, poke my teeth just to suggest a cleaning keep in mind my tooth hurt then they left me in a room for a hour apologized, saying they forgot I was there. If that wasnt enough they attempted to charge me for services that wasnt done. I have never been to a dentist that treated patients so horrible 😞. The doctor then told me she can do the procedure the next day just to tell the financial department she was unavailable until next week. Im currently still in pain 😞. Worst dental experience ever!!!!!! A waste of time!!!!!! Nothing was resolved. They have no empathy for the patients and constantly lie to you just because they feel like they can. In pain go somewhere else oh and the emergency service they provide useless!!!!

Great company but the people that work for this company are AMAZING. They were patient with me, very caring. I dont have insurance and they worked with me until I was able to afford my work. It will take me about 4 months to get the money but they are waiting for me with open arms. I recommend anyone who needs a great family dentist, this is the place. I have had multiple bad experiences with dentists but I feel like home with Aspen. Great job guys for getting scared people like me to keep coming back.

When I say my fear for going to the dentist is EXTREME believe me after doing research on Aspen dental they have not only cured my dental fears but I put my full trust in them from the free new patient exams and X-rays to the staff being exceptional they assured me and made me comfortable! I went in on a wenesday had my exams and X-rays done they went over all the work that needed to be done and started Thursday with getting said work done Dr Pidgeon was the best and so was my dental hygienist Melissa this is now my dental home!!!

I went in for a deep cleaning and got exactly what I needed! My hygienist Richelle was the most gentle hygienist I’ve ever had! My gums weren’t even sore!

Beyond disappointed! So I visited the Fayetteville office back in September to start my way back to a beautiful smile. My wait was about 3 hours but you kinda charge that to the pandemic and all that jazz. After about hour 4 the dentist comes is spends a few mins and gives me a breakdown of what needs to happen. I go to the billing table and Im given a huge bill. Itz ok cuz I know I need work done. I save and mentally prepare to move forward. I call them back 5 months later and I am very specific about the dates I need my procedures done because I can not miss work. The young lady says let me check with the dentist and ill call you back. Fast forward 8 days later still no call. So I call the office only to betold we forgot to call you back we have been busy. Then I was told that because I waited 5 months I need to come in of another visit before by actual appointment and that would be another 138 on top of my already huge bill. Because they needed new x-rays and another exam and my time frame is no longer available because it took so long for me to get back with them. No professionalism at all, period.

This was the first time I’ve been there and I enjoyed it everyone was nice and kind and very helpful and patient with me when I got what I needed done it seemingly took no time at all which was really nice I will be going back there If I need something else done

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental in Fayetteville, NC. I went in with a tooth that my filling had broken when I was flossing. I was in very very bad pain for 4 days, I went to another dentist on Thursday when my filling broke while flossing and they didnt take care of my needs and I was still in pain until I came into Aspen Dental yesterday. When I got to Aspen Dental everyone there that helped take care of me was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. I asked them after they did my exam and X-rays if they could just pull my tooth and they did what I asked. I am very glad I went to Aspen Dental yesterday because now almost all the pain is gone. The only pain I have now is from having the tooth pulled. Thank you Aspen dental for taking care of me and making me feel alot better. I will be going back to Aspen Dental for all my future Dental needs.

Dr. Pidgeon is so sweet & has the kindest bedside manor. She took her time to answer any questions I had & made sure to explain things thoroughly regarding my treatment plan. My hygienist Ramona was also amazing & gave me a great, thorough cleaning. She took the time to explain things for me as well, & was very gentle.. yet efficient. They recommended a few take home products for me, but they weren’t pushy about it like some places can be. Overall I would recommend this dentist to anyone looking for new patient care, emergency visits, etc. You will be welcomed and treated like family from the time you step foot in the door. This is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to!

Went to Aspen in December 2019 to begin the process of getting the top of the line dentures. Initial visits were exceptional and staff were very professional and polite. I had one instance where I was kept waiting for far too long with no updates as to when i would be allowed to go inside. The person I spoke to about this didnt seem to care at all. On the next visit, I spoke with the dentist about this incident and she seemed to care quite a bit and apologized profusely. This seemed to me to be a one time thing. I received my final dentures on June 29, 2020. The fit seemed good while I was in the office and the appearance seemed to be good too. However, when I got home in better lighting, the dentures looked extremely fake. (Temp dentures looked very real). I started to experience significant pain in several spots in my mouth and the upper was cutting into my tongue. I called to see if I could get in to get a minor adjustment done and to talk about the overall look of the dentures. I was told I would have to wait 12 days to get in. It seems that if I spend $5000.00 for top of the line dentures, I should get better service than this. The young lady I spoke with seemed to have no concern at all with my discomfort, or overall dissatisfaction. Additionally, I was told that I would be able to eat without having to used any adhesives on the upper. Not the case. When compared to the temporary dentures, the new ones look substandard. I also asked the young lady to at least have someone call me. It seems as though my customer satisfaction isnt a factor for them anymore. NOTE: when you are placed on hold during a phone call, the recording emphasizes the importance of customer satisfaction to them. It is going to take some doing on their part to bring up my opinion. I was once very much an advocate of Aspen Dental, Fayetteville, but not so much now.

Horrible experience with this establishment no communication partial for front teeth messed up and was told sizing options were unavailable because of my income. and having to wait 7-10 days for a refund doesn’t help the situation having 600$ tied up just a very displeased experience

I had my first visit at Aspen Dental and my experience was an amazing one. I was running a little late for my scheduled appointment and I called them to let them know and the front desk receptionist Jasmine was so amazing, sweet and understanding. I arrived and was seen within 15-20 mins that I came through the door and everyone was so attentive and wonderful. Kristen was my nurse and she made me feel super comfortable and had me laughing the whole time she was doing my x-rays for my teeth. The doctor was kind and gentle when he was explaining everything to me all the while stressing the importance on why I needed to start the treatment for my teeth. But he did not make me feel ashamed that I needed the help with my teeth which I found refreshing. Ashley was my financial advisor and she walked me through the steps of the prices and what I should work on first and she provided me with additional information. I really appreciated every worker there for making me feel comfortable and made my experience an exceptional one.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Pidgeon and her team at the Fayetteville Aspen Dental! I am receiving care for Invisalign and my appointment was amazing. No discomfort, relaxed environment and was right on time. The whole team from Ashlie the office manager to Melissa and Richelle are absolutely amazing and wouldn’t want to see any other team for my dental care!

Initial exam is free. Dentists and hygienists were nice. But its inconvenient that a patient cant schedule a cleaning appointment six months out when cleaning appointments are supposed to be had every six months. And when I called to make a cleaning appointment, they were already booked for two months.

Everybody there is so nice and that really helped to ease the tension I always have from going to the dentist. The doctor was terrific; the sweet lady that did my x-rays was awesome and the front desk staff was friendly and professional.

In less than a month I have been to Aspen Dental twice, first for my initial appointment and the second for a cleaning. Scheduling appointments are easy and both times I have gotten same or next day appointments. The location is great, parking was easy and the office itself is in a new building so everything is clean and crisp.The staff is very accommodating and professional. I had many questions and when issues came up, I was able to get them resolved because they listened and were responsive. I felt that the staff genuinely care about their patients. The Dental hygienist Ms Cheryl did an excellent job with my care and I look forward to returning for future visits at Aspen Dental.

Highly disappointed in the financial processing aspect of Aspen Dental-Skibo Rd. Customer service on the care end was phenomenal however it’s not worth financial hassle.October 22nd, I was told in order to make an appointment over the phone, I would have to pay for the procedure prior to it getting done. After paying for the service, I was later told in the office that I couldn’t receive the entire procedure due to being a nursing mother (which I made them aware of during my initial exam a few weeks prior). I asked to receive a refund immediately since I was over charged due to an overlook on their end and was told I had to wait until my insurance company “pushed the claim through” Weeks later, I’m still waiting to receive my refund. The care I received was phenomenal on the dental end but again the financial hassle it’s worth it. They also try to upsale, which is unsettling. Unfortunately, my family and I will have to find another option. During COVID, financial times are already tough hopefully the company can figure out a more expedient way to process refunds, especially when it comes to oversights on their end.

It took me 2 months to get an appointment to get 2 wisdom teeth pulled out. So, Im sitying there, Right in the middle of the first extraction, the Dentist stops and says he cant grab it to pull it out. So now, Im running around town, with a halfway pulled out wisdom tooth and with a mouth full of gauze trying to find an actual dental surgeon. I have to wait an entire week, with a half pulled tooth, and he only prescribes me ibuprofen! Never again!!

The ladies were nice and friendly as far as check-in doing x-rays Etc... but I did not care for the doctor at all he hasnt told me anything about my inflamed tooth just worried about what its going to cost to fix every other thing that he wants to charge me for I will not be going back!

I was contacted the day of my appointment to let me know that they had given my appointment slot to someone else and I would have to reschedule. They told me it was because I didnt respond to their confirmation texts over the weekend (which required a call back). I waited two weeks for this appointment with a crown broken off at the gum line. It took 20 minutes of arguing and a conversation with the office manager for them to squeeze me in. Their policy of required confirmation was never explained to me. I just thought they were appointment reminders. Everyone was nice during my appointment, but I still felt awkward because I had to fight to get them to honor my appointment.

Great staff the upper plate fit perfectly. A little prices but worth it .THANKS LARRY

Had a bit of a dental emergency🥴 This office got me in super fast and taken care of! The whole experience was wonderful and will be going back for anything else I need as far as dental care. Thank you all 😊

I loved this place. My first time and as much as I dont like going to the dentist my experience was great. Very professional and very very clean. The staff was phenomenal and took great care of me.
