My experience was great, I had my back tooth extracted and didn’t feel any pain, was swift and gentle. I haven’t had a tooth pulled in over 25 years was a little nervous but after getting acquainted with the assistant and Dr Renee Brown I felt right at home. I feel great.

I was so impressed with my first visit. The appointment was made easily and within a few days. Dr. Brown’s assistant was very kind and knowledgeable. She put me at ease right away. She explained everything as she went along. I had X-rays done, pictures of teeth, and a complete cleaning in one visit. Dr. Brown was through and examined my mouth, made a note of cavities and what should be done. I was given helps on how to keep my teeth in the best shape with recommendation for type of brush to use and things to help with dry mouth. Excellent care all the way around. I highly recommend this dentist!

I saw Dr. Rena Brown because I was in a severe amount of pain. I have a huge phobia of the dentist and have since I was a child. I have never had dental work done without being sedated also. Dr. Brown and her whole team including her assistant Jessica really made me feel like family. They assured me that all people have different dental problems and that there was nothing to feel ashamed or embarrassed about. They only have one doctor available for new patients. while they were nice, I was a bit miffed that they had to cancel my appointment less than an hour before it was scheduled. I was already in the lot. However, I did manage to get an appointment eventually. Staff is super nice, professional and kind. Would go to again.

Melba is my favorite dental hygienist due to skill and great conversation, and Dr. Brown is really sweet and knowledgeable.

Smiles by Design was great! I really appreciated their Covid precautions. Having me call to be let in the office, taking my temp and doing a brief question based screening, hand sanitizer upon entry, everyone wearing masks, and no patient interaction made me feel extremely safe. The staff was super friendly! My dental hygienist, Melba, was THE BEST! She was kind, warm, relatable, and so patient with me. She made the experience so personal. You just dont get bedside manner like that anymore. WOW! My interaction with Dr. Brown was brief this visit, but I appreciated her very direct approach and you could tell she was knowledgeable. Even my check out process was enjoyable. You know its something special when someone can make you feel good about spending your money lol! The lovely woman who checked me out was also very personable. She took the time to explain everything in my care plan and answered all my questions. Another thing I really appreciated about this practice was their honesty. No one tried to convince me of anything. They let me know my options, the price, and whether or not they thought I truly needed to spend money in certain areas. What can I say, this practice has a client for life with me! I have been a patient of Dr Brown’s for over 10 years. Not only is Dr. Brown an excellent dentist but her staff is always friendly and professional. I gave her 5 stars because that was the highest rating available. You will always get a detailed dental plan and pre-certification in all dental work needed. There will never be any surprises. Book an appointment with the confidence that Dr. Brown and her staff will give you honest, professional and friendly service.

Even though I found the dentist was thorough and the cleaning was good, I was charged a $20 PPE fee (COVID). My insurance company stated that contracting providers should not charge for this fee because they already increased reimbursement through dental service to make up for PPE. I left a couple of messages and staff would not return my calls to discuss. It seems like the provider is double dipping and $20 ppe charge for every visit is too expensive.

This was my first visit. I was very pleased. The staff was efficient and sensitive to my needs. I am hoping for a long lasting relationship.

Excellent experience both times that I have been there. Professionalism was exceptional and they took many precautions during the COVID pandemic to ensure that everyone was as safe as possible. They were able to squeeze me in for a same-day appt when I had severe tooth pain, which is amazing. I called Dr. Browns office when I broke a tooth. Although Dr. Browns schedule was full, I was told to come to the office, and they would work me in. After clinical exam and x-rays, it was determined that I needed a crown. I left with a temporary crown and received my permanent crown a few weeks later.
