Both Dr Jones and Dr Pardo are amazing! They’re so mindful of dental anxiety, and go out of their way to help stay calm with you. The assistants are also all amazing and so kind. Best dental office I’ve ever been to.

I developed a very sore molar/jaw while visiting NWA over the weekend. By Monday I was desperate to get some pain relief. Dr. Jones and his assistant, Linda, stepped up to the palate the day before Thanksgiving. I had a cap fall out of one of my teeth. Even though they were working on a patient for the great share of the day before Thanksgiving and the rest of the staff had the day off, they were still willing to take some time to put my tooth back in place. Did I really need it done, no not really but when I called in about my problem the day before the staff did speak with Brad and got things arranged so I could get this done. Thats what you call going above and beyond in providing for their patients. And it let me have a great Thanksgiving. Thanks to Dr. Jones, Linda, Linda, Tina, Kim, Denise and others.

I had been apprehensive about my visit with Dr. Jones today. He was to repair work that had been done many many years ago. I, unfortunately had unpleasant memories of the work that had been done previously. Dr. Jones work today, thankfully, replaced all those bad memories. Today, there was no pain & no discomfort and the teeth look amazing. He is a perfectionist and a skilled technician. Kudos and more kudos! Dr. Brad Jones, DDS made my dentures 2 years ago and they are great. One day I thought I felt a hairline crack in my upper plate so I called his office to see how soon I could get them repaired. The appointment coordinator went above and beyond to get me in the next morning and Dr. Jones had my upper plate repaired and relined the following day. The entire staff is the friendliest I have ever encountered in any Dentist office in my life. Waiting area very comfortable and relaxing with a beautiful aquarium. exam rooms have large windows overlooking a wooded area that the staff has placed different bird feeders attracting beautiful birds and acrobat squirrels. I Highly recommend Dr. Brad Jones DDS.

Always a good visit, which is surprising for any dentist visit! Before I went to Dr Jones, sometimes when I went to the dentist I almost felt like I was at a mechanic where they try to get me to spend money fixing things that aren’t broken, but everyone here seems to have the patient’s best interest at heart. And, this is the first dentist I’ve ever been to where getting a filling wasn’t unpleasant experience. Very happy to have found this place!

I usually travel a lot but I make sure to keep coming to Fayetteville to keep Dr. Brad as my primary dentist. I couldnt imagine going to anyone else after hes been so good to me over the years. Hes done excellent work on my teeth and his staff will always be talkative and ask you questions and see how your doing. The whole office from the people to the decor is all fabulous.

A visit twice a year is one I look forward to. The staff are most helpful and concerned with your comfort and experience. Dr. Jones is very concerned about your experience being pain free and comfortable. He has provided the best quality work I have had with regard to crown work and restorative services. If you are in the least bit nervous or anxious about lengthy procedures please speak to his staff regarding sedation dentistry. Recently I was due to spend 4 hours in his chair and was not looking forward to. After receiving the sedation medication and gas I was asleep and do not recall any of the time spent. Well worth the price at just under $300.00.

Anytime I come to Dr. Jones I have very little waiting time and it is much appreciated. Over the past few years of coming here the people in the office have become like friends to me. I really like that they not only focus on correcting dental problems but also preventing any new ones. Its a great approach and it makes a big difference.

Let me start out by saying I am TERRIFIED of Dentists, and Ive been avoiding them for ten years. I had a bad experience as a child, and I have anxiety as it is. When I realized I had to get in, get my teeth cleaned and whitened before my wedding that was two weeks away, I was desperate to find a GOOD dentist and FAST. I found the right place. At first I was nervous they wouldnt be able to get me in at such late notice, so I emailed them explaining my situation, and I got a reply almost immediately from Linda, the patient coordinator. She was incredibly helpful and understanding, and we went back and forth a lot trying to figure out how to make it work. She even added another employee to our conversation and they were determined to figure it out for me. They got me in.When I arrived, everyone was SO nice. Both women behind the front desk (one of them being Linda) greeted me excitedly and told me congratulations on my marriage. They later told me that Dr. Jones heard them discussing my situation at one point and told them to do whatever was needed to get me in. He is fabulous! Because they had to fit me in as best they could, I think I met every single staff member that day, and I was thoroughly impressed with every single one of them. They all knew who I was already, they all congratulated me, and they all reassured me that theyd go slow and make me as comfortable as possible. I was given as much nitrous oxide as I asked for, although I was still a bit nervous. Dr. Jones suggested using conscious sedation next time. They can do that for high-anxiety patients because theyre specially certified. These people know what theyre doing, and the service is just spectacular. HIGHLY recommend. Im not nearly as afraid of dentists as I used to be. In fact, I plan to go back to Dr. Brad Jones many times, and I would go to only him forever if I could. They blew me away. : )
