The Dental Care Center is absolutely one of the BEST dental care providers. Their staff is amazing, and it feels so good to be greeted at the front desk with a smile. They were so helpful. Everyone in the office: dental assistant, dental hygienist, dentists were very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Truly thankful my Friend referred me to The Dental Care Center.

I wont change Dentist office for as long as Im in Fayetteville. Most places make you feel like youre a burden if you ask questions. I hate feeling like a doctors office is trying to get rid of you. I enjoy their personable staff. They are very well run as well, long delays are uncommon & they will warn you if theyre running behind. Their welcome package is great- i still use their cup to this day.

I have major anxiety when it comes to the dentist!Everyone I’ve met here is so patient, kind and always makes me feel comfortable.TT was the first person I met and she set the tone! I just moved to the Raeford area around 9 months ago. I was looking for a new dentist and just kind of googled and gave the first place I seen a try. I was not disappointed. After not being seen at a dentist for many years due to a bad dental experience that left me with dental anxiety. I had tons of work to get done, and they passed no judgement was only there to be supportive and helpful. Every dental appointment from the receptionist to the dental hygienist to the dentist they have all been wonderful! Everyone has been so helpful and kind. Definitely would refer them to others.

The Dentist was so gentle as he worked on my mouth. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed. All of the staff were very courteous and professional which eases the anxiety of being at the Dentist. All employees are knowledgable and and give correct information. Book quickly because they fill up quickly. They are just that GREAT!!!!

I did not have a good experience at this facility. I would not recommend it to anyone. They were deceptive about their ability to perform the procedure I requested. I was disappointed in the customer service and the professionalism of the Dentist and his abilities of the Dentist. I feel as if they just said they could perform the procedure so they could charge me and my insurance company for the visit.

I took my father, who has several health issues and is wheelchair bound, in for an exam. The staff were very accommodating to his needs, even when I had to interrupt my own exam and cleaning to go aid him. They explained what my father’s dental needs were and the plan to take care of them. They provided several options with regards to payment and their prices are very reasonable.

Best. Experience. Ever. I had to have my wisdom teeth removed, and needless to say I was terrified. The plan had been to discuss once I arrived how many we would need to remove, but my mom got confused and made the appointment to only remove one, which changed my treatment plan. When I got there I informed the receptionist that this was incorrect and she said I could discuss it with the surgeon. I was called to the back within ten minutes! Hardly any wait! I don’t want to get her job title wrong, but she was assisting the surgeon, so I want to say she was a hygienist: She was so nice. She asked if I had any questions and I informed her that the appointment was for one wisdom tooth removal but that I wanted two to come out. She was super patient with me and talked with the surgeon about it and they quickly agreed that we could do as many as I wanted to! I told them I was afraid and they started telling jokes to cheer me up. They truly treated me like family. I’ve had, what I would consider, many traumatic dental experiences in the past and I never thought I could relax and feel comfortable in a dental office. This appointment completely changed my mind. I left smiling (as best I could because my face was numb)! I would recommend this dentist to absolutely anyone who wants a good, fear-free experience. I could tell they genuinely cared about me, even telling each other little jokes or stories while they were working on me, that way I could focus on their voices instead of the sounds associated with my teeth. Afterwards they answered more questions and talked me through my aftercare instructions, making sure I understood them well. They even, at my request, let me keep the teeth! I felt weird for asking but they assured me that it was fine and that they’re fascinated by teeth too! I never once felt like I was inconveniencing them or like they were in a rush to get done with me. They treated me like I was the only patient in their entire schedule. I don’t think I could ever explain how impactful this was to my outlook on dentists and how well it contributes to the ease I will feel futuristically when I visit the dentist. I will definitely be back. I am so thankful for these kindhearted people and what they’ve done for me. I loved everything about it!

I had my first appointment last week and every staff member was wonderful! They were caring, nice, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. I have never learned so much at a dentist office. Wait was a little long, but it was worth it.

I went in today for a cleaning for my 3 year old , I loved the assistant her name was Angelique, she was nice , and also patient , my daughter loved her . I would have gave 5 stars but the wait for the dentist was a little long , my daughter was very patient for a while but it became a little too long of a wait but overall I enjoyed this visit. The assistant talked and waited with me the whole time which made it a lot easier to be patient.

Dr Higgins and Ashley did a fantastic job with removing my daughter’s wisdom teeth. We received a phone call the day before reviewing what to expect. They were very patient and caring during the procedure itself. Overall, she has had little pain and minimal swelling. Would highly recommend!

I had to wait over 45 minutes which made me late for another appointment. When I asked to speak with someone in charge, she came in on her high horse (Heather) and not once did she apologize for the wait. She was extremely rude and inconsiderate. I have never been treated so badly as a patient at a facility. While I was having a conversation with her, a dentist came to the door and said, “I would like for you to leave.” With that being said, I left and will not be going back.

Ive been to my share of dentist, I had a tooth that was badly infected and needed an extraction after a night of pain and an email they responded almost immediately. They got me in that day and took x-rays. They educated me on what was going on and my options. I decided on an extraction and it was completely painless, they are so sweet and when they describe how something will feel they are dead on. My pain is gone and Im so happy and cant wait till my next appointment.

My first visit here after a change in insurance so I was anxious, even for a cleaning. I chose this practice because of reviews and helpfulness of the receptionist who answered, and they didnt disappoint; in fact, I love this practice. Special kudos to Angelique, who calmed my nerves and even got me a blanket, and to my hygienist Ashley. The staff is amazing. They are all so happy, and you get to listen to great music and hear them sing along while they work. I saw Dr. Delpi, who is absolutely fantastic. Couldnt be more pleased to be at this practice!

Absolutely the best dentist Ive ever been to, and Ive been to a number of them. From the very first person who took my call (Jamie), every single person I saw (Heather, Ashley W. Amanda, Ashley Ray and Dr. Williams) made it clear that they CARE about my well-being. They saw me within 2 hours of my call, and Im a new patient - that alone was impressive. But the time they took to make sure I understood my treatment options, payment options, and any question I asked really went above and beyond. And finally, Dr. Williams managed to work a temporary filling in on a front tooth for me, because she knew I would be traveling for a work function soon, and I was feeling less than confident about the look of that tooth. She checked in at every step of the way to make sure I wasnt experiencing any discomfort. Not a single bit of pain through the whole experience, and Ill be able to smile on my trip without a second thought.The folks here are caring, gentle, and FUN - I bet you dont hear that about most dentists. I recommend them with the highest confidence.

I have been coming to the Dental Care Center for several years now. I’ve always have had a friendly Dental Hygienist. Yesterday, I had a different Dentist then I normally see, and I was even more impressed. He had a great sense of humor!! Having nice and warm people makes a difference in your overall experience.

My kids and I have been going here for about two years. We LOVE it. All the staff are very friendly make you feel so comfortable. We never have to wait more than a couple minutes to be seen, and for a regular cleaning we are in and out of there within probably 30 minutes or so. Id definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

My 2 children & myself have been going to The Dental Care Center for years now and we ALWAYS have great experiences there from entrance to exit. Its always clean in there. The complete staff in both the front & back are always nice, considerate & pleasant. If I have questions, they have answers. They keep us smiling from start to finish. Wont go anywhere else.

I have been petrified of the dentist since I was 10 yrs old. This is the first place I have been that I didnt have to be sedated to walk in the door. Everyone on the whole staff is so friendly. Dr. Watson and his assistants are so gentle, calming, knowledgeable and efficient. I have been multiple times and am never here for over an hour. I had 5 teeth pulled the first time and had little to no pain afterwards. I am so impressed with the people and services at this office. All together Ive had 8 teeth pulled and am getting 2 partials, what was going to take 3-4 months, is only taking 2 weeks!! I highly reccomend them to anyone needing ANY dental work.

I just had my appointment today, just left, and it was the best experience at the dentist, EVER. First, let me say, I have an extreme fear of the dentist, but this office did their job. My dentist was the woman that only does Nitrous Oxide and only works on Fridays. She and her assistant took great care of me. I absolutely did not feel a thing. I feel so confident with Dental Care that I know I will not feel pain. I have found my dentist for life. It took her likel 20 minutes to do two cavities. Britanie made me feel very comfortable during the whole cleaning process. She even offered me a blanket in case I felt too cool. When the Dentist followed up after my cleaning, I felt completely satisfied with the whole experience. I highly recommend this facility.

They do not try to force you to get anything done and they will give you a price it will cost...what your insurance will cover and what they dont cover. Absolutely wonderful people, and experience here! I am quite literally terrified of Dentists, and have been for many years, so finding an office where everyone is understanding, kind and considerate has been nearly miraculous to me. Having 13 teeth pulled, in the course of a week, and first time dentures made isnt usually what one would call a pleasant experience, but these folks made it one, I left smiling! I had a tiny issue the day after I got my new dentures, they got me back in the office within 2 hours of when I called, and fixed it!Very caring people, I would recommend this office to anyone, any time!

Everyone was very nice and professional. Dr Watson is always great, Keith made me a night guard, they really care about their patients. Dr. Mani recommended stress relief techniques for my night teeth grinding. I really appreciate a dentist that pays attention to you and takes his time to explain everything. I have been going there for over 5 years, got fillings and crowns with no problem. Dr. Higgins even found a rare Eagle Syndrome in my daughter that was overlooked for years. All the staff is very helpful and kind. I finally found good dentists.

I went there today because I was having some major issues with my teeth for a long time .I had work done a couple years ago somewhere else that cause me more issues .. I like this place because everyone was very nice . They were happy to answer all my questions . They actually listened to what was bothering me . I called the Dental Care Center for an emergency visit and was able to see the dentist the same day. What a relief to see a professional, obtain antibiotics, and move forward to resolve my dental problem. DCC certainly went above and beyond the call of duty!

My son is usually mortified by dentists. I told Darrian that and she made him feel so comfortable. Two minutes into the appointment and he was asking her if she could help him take his tooth out!!! Im used to him not even wanting to open his mouth. She was able to get xrays with no problem and Dr. Higgins examined his teeth with ease. He didnt even have to use the scary-looking tools that I knew my son would probably freak out about. They both really went the extra mile to make us feel special and cared about. Aside from the school dentist, my son isnt going ANYWHERE else for routine care. Im also thinking about switching to this facility myself! Thank you guys sooooooo much for all you do!!!

If youre a big scardy cat like me when it comes to going to the dentist, this is where you need to go! I absolutely hate going to the dentist, I have really bad anxiety. They took their time with me, explained Every thing theyre doing and it went great. Everyone in the building is so nice. The waiting area was set up nicely, especially for those with kids like me. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new dentist. I do not plan on going anywhere else for dental care!

I have been here twice. Dr. Higgins removed all 4 of my Wisdom teeth and I have to say it was very little discomfort! I was terrified to have it done and he made it very quick and to the point! The nurses are excellent as well! Definitely my dentist of choice! Thank you guys!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to any person going with kids cause these people are rude and don’t like kids from my experience. I’m a mom of three from ages 17, 14 and 4 year old son. I went there like three times and had stopped taking my kids there because the dentist liked to scold my 4 year old, Which made me feel very uncomfortable as a parent. The reason being was because the dentist assistant told me that I could go with my 4 year old to the cleaning area with my eldest who was getting his mouth cleaned and then the dentist had got in the room and had told me in a rude manner to get my four year old son and to get out the room and go to the waiting area. I felt very angry as a parent because my son and I were just sitting down waiting for my eldest to get his mouth cleaned. I felt that she was very disrespectful. The way she talked to me as a patient there myself. But it’s okay because my kids and I are never going back there ever again.

I was totally nervous!! My teeth are in a horrible state and have left me vulnerable, shy and timid! After having 2 horrible experiences at other offices I gave up. As time passed my teeth only worsened and my self-esteem dropped more. I finally made the decision to set an apt at The Dental Care Center. As soon as I arrived I felt at home, comfortable and NOTHING like an outcast. Which is the way I felt at other offices. Brittany was my dental hygienist. I could not have paid someone to do as awesome as she did. I didnt feel embarrassed or shy with her. She was encouraging and uplifting. Brittany gave me hope again. I have my apt for Dec 6th for my new teeth and I cannot wait!!! With Brittany being such an awesome motivator I have decided not to give up this time and to continue my transformation!! Im so proud of myself for actually going and super excited for my next visit. But if it hadnt been for such a great staff and Brittany especially my apt could have went in a complete opposite direction!! Thank you Brittany!!! I cant wait for you to see my new smile!!

Please read what happened to me in your Fayetteville office today, March 15, 2016. I had only been to this office the first time for an emergency and was treated really well. My husband and 2 children go here.I suffer horribly from anxiety and it was put in my records. I had a bad experience with a dentist about 4 years ago and vowed never to return. I decided simply to ignore my teeth. Then about 2 weeks ago a tooth got really bad and I needed a root canal. I decided I had to start taking care of my teeth. Today I decided to get my teeth cleaned and start taking care of them. I also decided my husband could wait in the waiting room. It took well over 20 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. Then I was put in a room where I waited to have xrays. Then the hygienist that I was suppose to have, the one my husband and children see, I did not. The hygienist I saw counted my teeth and then informed me I have a very mild case of gingivitis and I would need a scrapping and something about my gums. I know this procedure my husband had it done. I said no I just want a cleaning she would not listen so I said it again and still she would not listen. At that point my anxiety was through the roof. I simply stood up and left. I was asked if I had to use the restroom I said no. Walked out and cried my eyes out. Did anyone call to see what happened NO. I finally after 4 YEARS decided to go to the dentist and this time was worse then first time. Now I need to start all over. My family will not be returning if this is the way you treat your patients. Oh by the way no one was ever told that I left. I know this because when my husband went to his appointment later today and told the doctor she knew none of it. When he told the front desk they knew none of it. Really a person just up and walks out and no one questions or is concerned about why she left??? Someone needs to be aware of what goes on at this practice.

I love this dentist my whole family goes here and they love it I started out with myself there first and then my oldest son thats autistic and from there the rest of my crew. they treats us with respect and courtesy and I love this place so does my family . Me and my family will continue to go here until we loose our last teeth fall out

First went here because of closeness to work, still going after several years. Dr. Higgins is the best and Wendy did a great job with my temporary crown, they are prompt, efficient and friendly.

If I could give 5+ stars I would! First time at The Dental Care Center.. I wanted to get my tooth extracted that day but the tooth needed antibiotic treatment because of a slight infection. They rescheduled me for the week after but there were numerous follow ups and confirmation notices leading up to the appointment. Wonderful! On the day of the extraction, they called me to the back after waiting only 15 mins. Ashley- the dental assistant was super helpful and friendly. Dr. Higgins, the dentist was sooo nice and easygoing! He numbed me- took care of other patients and was back to me in no time. He got the tooth out in literally 30 seconds ((or less!!))Curteous staff, little to no wait, Extremely competent Dentist..I will definitely be back to The Dental Care Center! Thank You

I was scheduled for two procedures starting a few mins before 12:30. I arrived at 11:45am. I explained to the assistant I was interested in a bone graft. She explained to me the costs involved and I told her I would have to consider other options. She was nice. The office staff is often nice including the hygienists.The dentist came in and said open and proceeded to shock my mouth. I believe after having two children that I have a high pain tolerance yet I was crying out in pain. The dentist did not stop, pause or say anything at all to me. He continued to shock me and then walked out the room. The assistant said sorry on his behalf. I wiped my tears and waited. I reminded the staff several times that I need to be out by 3pm to pick up my kids from school. My extraction began approx 2:03pm and lasted 5 minutes.The dentist said NOTHING during the whole procedure. He pulled the tooth and then walked out. He was already out the room when he said Have a good day. He did not ask or go over my options to replace the tooth. He did not comfort me when I was crying or explain the procedure. He offered terrible bed side manner. The assistant informed me that I will need to reschedule for other procedures. I rescheduled and left. I will find a new dentist before my next appointment. There are several dentists at the Dental Care Center but this experience was unacceptable. This wasnt my first uncomfortable experience with that dentist but this was the first time I felt like a payment instead of a patient.I do not feel comfortable allowing my children to be seen there or my disabled mother.

I am absolutely terrified of going to the dentist, but Dr. HIggins and his staff especially Angelique are just AWESOME. Everyone makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. I just love it there. I had to have a tooth pulled and when Dr. HIggins pulled it I could not even tell he had pulled it. He is the best dentist in all of Fayetteville ! There is no one better!have to leave another review because I had another appointment on Friday. I saw Brittnie the hygienist and she treated me with such care. I could not even tell she was cleaning my teeth. If you are not going to the Dental Care Center for all your dental care needs you are insane. Especially if you have any fears of dentist, they will ease all of your fears and take such great care of your chompers! I have been coming here for 4 years, and have had no issues until today. If I could rate zero stars, I would. I sat in the waiting room for an hour and 40 minutes before they called me back--after I had to ask the receptionist how much longer it was going to be. After they finally called me back, I told them I had to make it to another appointment soon and they said they didnt have enough time for my cleaning. A complete waste of time. Id advise you to go somewhere else; I will be in the future.

I take all three of my children here. They are 12, 11 and 5 years old. They all get seen at about the same time so I just bounce between rooms checking on each one. Which is great so I dont always have to wrangle two kids while one is being seen. The staff has always been friendly and kind to us. The kids love getting pictures of their teeth, using the sunglasses during the appointment and getting a goodie bag with a new brush and floss at the end of the visit. If I wasnt so scared of dentists I would go here too :)(Update)Well three years later and we are still having a fantastic experience at the Dental Care Center. I also have been using their sevice for about a year. I just wanted to update everyone and let yall know that they are still amazing.

Great experience on a my extraction. We are scheduling my wife there for a cleaning and check-up.

The staff is very friendly

I truly loved the Doctors and the Dental Assistants however, the front office staff in Check Ins is in need of improvements. I left due to the attitude of the front desk clerk.

I tried to reschedule my daughters appointment, but their phone goes straight to a message saying the call can not be connected.
