Wow! Best dental experience in many years! I had a molar removed and new partial. The extraction went smoothly and he did lots of minoradjustments to make sure the partial fit well. They don’t look fake at all, very realistic! Thank you Dr Brian!!I’d highly recommend Dr Brian Willson as a family dentist.

Dr Willson and his staff are always so pleasant. They make me feel comfortable during my visit and I would highly recommend them! Especially if you have small children who need to be seen, the office has a calming vibe and the dental hygenist team is patient and caring.

Dr. Willsons office is top notch! If hes not your dentist already you are missing out. The staff is so friendly and helpful. You wont find a more comfortable office with a staff that truly cares about their patients.

My husband and I have been at Fort Bragg for the last three years and I found Dr. Willson through these five-star Google reviews. I hope you do too: from crowns to cleaning, the team at this office does EXCELLENT work while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere. They treat you like family and give you honest options for your teeth. If you have pain, they do their best to see you as soon as possible--and I have *never* had any pain from his work beyond the first day of healing. That says a lot coming from someone who has more cavities than fingers.They also go the extra mile to ensure that your mouth is healthy. For example, during a routine cleaning last year, my hygienist noticed that I had some abrasions on the roof of my mouth. She took the time to take pictures of the roof of my mouth to compare the next time I came in--to make sure there werent any dangerous anomalies (i.e. cancer). I have peace of mind knowing that the whole team is paying close attention to my health with my best interest in mind. Highly recommended.

Dr. Wilson and his staff are some of the best professionals I have seen in their field! Comfort of experience is high priority and extra care is taken to ensure that is accomplished. Regarding pricing completely understandable- it is very unfortunate that dental insurance is not more like medical insurance; with that said when you consider pricing before getting outraged maybe take into consideration all the time and expense the Dr has for whatever you are having done. Example Crowns: these need to be made by a lab that charges Dr. Wilson for their services plus all the time he personally will put toward the procedures themselves. Dental insurance is not there to cover major work it is there for preventative maintenance. Meaning they will only cover typically between 1,000- 2,000 per year toward expenses that are not preventative and even with that they only cover a certain % of each percentage until you exhaust your benefits for the year. If you want a dentist that is HIGH quality care, work, and with a high priority on your comfort this office, Dr. Wilson, and his staff are what you are looking for! If you want cheap care this is not the place and you get what you pay for!
