The place is packed with very friendly knowledgeable and patient people. Everyone there made my wife and I feel at home and were able to answer all our questions. The office looks great and is very comfortable. The technicians and Dr,s Lee were extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They took me right in for my appointment (even though I was a little bit late,- just a Schmidge 🤞) and got right to work. The procedure I had was painless which is usually not the case and was performed fast and thorough. Their assistant could not do enough to make sure I was comfortable the during my entire procedure. The administration staff literally bent over backwards to accommodate my appointment time needs and helped me extensively with my payment options. And at no time did I ever feel rushed or did not receive everyones complete attention. Best cavity filling I have ever gotten. I didn’t feel that discomfort that I would get with my old dentist when they started drilling into my teeth. They made sure that I was comfortable, let me listen to music because I don’t like the sound of the drills and they even offered to let me watch television during my procedure. I had anxiety the entire week before this appointment for nothing. Everyone from the front desk women, to the other staff made me feel so warm, welcome, and reassured that things would be okay. Definitely recommend for people with anxiety or other issues going to the dentist. They make you feel as comfy as possible.

Dr Lee and his staff are so nice and professional. I was in for an appliance/retainer that had broken. Dr Lee was able to repair it but was concerned that it would stay in tact. While I was waiting, he had a staff member call the company that made it and find out if it was still under warranty. The warranty expired a few weeks ago, but the company was willing to honor the warranty since it was so close to the warranty expiration date. His staff will send it in for repair for me and let me know when it comes back. If it isn’t back before I go out of town (which is when I use the appliance), they will ship it to me. This is customer service and many businesses could learn from the service this office provides.

I changed dentist when he changed just to cosmetic dentistry and sold his practice with a non compete (I think ) for a few years in which I went to the dentist he sold too, wonderful folks as well. This is by far the most comfortable dental clinic Ive ever visited with 21st century technology from the moment you walk through the office door until you reach the dental chair. The staff is so easy to love and they genuinely care for your dental concerns/needs. You never have to worry about missing an appointment, you get reminders which is perfect for me with my busy work schedule. Did I mention the packaged hot towels to wash your face with afterwards. I feel good when I leave!
