When I arrived, I was met by a friendly, helpful staff member. She helped me gather a clearer understanding of my different insurances. Then I was taken to the back room by yet another very nice person who walked me through every detail of what was going to take place. When the doctor came to examine my teeth, he showed genuine concern, and showed me the problem with my tooth. I received excellent care from the hygienist. And I was walked through my payment process. I will be making an appointment to correct the problem with my teeth.

Today was an awesome visit! Selena and Felicia and Dr. Adamson took great care of me. I had two extractions and I feel so satisfied with the procedure. Thank you for the warmth I felt from all the staff I had contact with from start to finish!

I really appreciated that they could get me in on very short notice. Everything was explained in great detail and all my questions were answered. Will come back.

I love this place!! It was my first time going, the staff is so nice and friendly also very informative. I went for a cleaning and found out I had a few cavities which I dont know how or why my old dentist didnt inform me. Also they were very helpful with my concerns about getting my wisdom teeth removed something I been waiting to get done from my old dentist 3+ years. I definitely would recommend them and excited for my next appointment to come in 6 months.

I’m a 21 year old black female. I went to get a extraction done. Ended up getting TWO teeth removed . I had to work the same night I ask if there was anything for pain thatThey would prescribed because my face was 3x the size it usually is. He (the DR) looked at me in the nastiest way andSaid “it shouldn’t hurt that bad , I don’t just prescribe NARCOTICS For anything.” NOW LET ME HAD BEEN A WHITE WOMAN AND IM SURE I WOULDN’T BE IN PAIN.

When I tell u these are the most friendliest staff I ever met I mean that. Not only that, they even explain to why they were doing different dental work. I love this place and will stay as a customer !!

I have been going to this dental office for almost 2 years. Last year they told me to sign up for detalworks advantage to save money and I did. But I ended up paying pretty much full price for everything so thats $129 down the drain. Switched over to my husband metlife federal insurance which said dental works was in our network and just for getting cleaned they charged me $130+. Mind you when I didnt have any insurance my cleaning was 81$. Oh and I was told I have to pay $100 dollar copay so $230 to clean my teeth?Outside of assuming they are trying to scam more money or someone severely messing up, the employees were nice and polite but we cant go to a place that charges out of network prices for at in network locations. And yes I will be calling my insurance to see if they will refund me money that shouldnt have been spent in the first place.

Absolutely a wonderful experience. I have serve anxiety and thats one reason I have neglected my health for some time, and they made me comfortable and explained everything to me. They were very quick to schedule an appointment and were sure to take care of my needs. I recommend dentalworks on Morganton rd for any dental needs and emergencies.

My family and I have been coming to this office for years. It was a great practice but has gone to hell over the years. Today was officially my last visit. I was told to come in at 740am. I was on time for my appointment but the dentist did not begin his visit with me until after 9. I came in for a small crack on a tooth I had filled there 2years earlier. No pain at all. He said he didnt see any decay on the xray but didnt know what he would find if when he takes the filling off. The xray was clear. He then pushes the tooth and tells me it dead and I need a root canal and would not be able to give me temporary filling or anything. So I left without anything being done on my tooth. 2 hours for absolutely nothing. And the place could use a deep cleaning.I will say the ladies there are pleasant.

Staff and doctor are incredible. Went as a walk-in at 8:12 and wife was told they had availability at 10. This was great news for her but my body couldnt take it anymore and I instantly broke down psychologically and physically. Long story short, they got me in immediately after seeing me in pain, extracted my tooth, and life is back to normal. Professional, clean, friendly, and cost efficient. Hands down best patient care I have ever had! Heather in the front was so sweet and on top of things. And Dr K was outstanding. I’ve had an issue with a canine for a while that I’ve been waiting for the Army to fix and they haven’t...so I was fed up and willing to go out of pocket! Dr K discussed my options with me for out of pocket (with zero help from Tricare) and then she took it a step further and found someone on Ft Bragg to help me so I didn’t have to pay 2K to fix my tooth. Although the money would have went to her, she cared more about helping me. They are all awesome and I’ll one billion percent recommend this clinic to anyone!

I was looking for a dentist because my regular dentist cancelled on me. I looked at different reviews and saw the ones for Dental Works. I had a hard time believing all the great reviews,so said Ill give them a try. I dont like going to the dentist but I had to go. Even in the present crisis the was great and alot to calm my fears. They were great had me in and out in no time. I was blown away with how good they were.

My daughter and I both had cavities to fill and got our teeth cleaned here today. Above average customer service! Everyone here was very nice and professional. The place was very clean and we both enjoyed our experience. The receptionist and. Stephanie was awesome! She makes you feel very welcome as soon as you walk in. We lived her energy. I needed urgent care and they worked me in.. The staff was professional and compassionate. My issue is still pending but the dentist seemed knowledgeable and caring.

Make sure you tell them about your insurance and discount cards. I did this and they told me I couldnt use my discount card but the company that issued me the card says on their online list that they were a provider. They didnt tell me this until they had completed the work on my mouth. PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE! ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU LET THEM DO THE WORK. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW FOR SURE WHAT IS COVERED. I felt really bad after talking to the people where I got the discount card from. I filed a complaint with them because I dont want this to happen to someone else.

I was very happy with my visit. I had to bring my 9 month old in and they helped look after her for me while I got my x-rays and exam. The staff also didnt shoo me away when I nursed my daughter while getting my exam. On my first visit there they made me feel really comfortable and did not rush me might I add I was their last patient of the day and the dentist took her time and did a very thorough examination. I called and scheduled a cleaning in advance I was not a walk in. And yet I get here and Im still waiting. I am not a new patient and yet everyone thought I was going to be bullied into doing a procedure I didnt come in for and charged for something I didnt ask for.Dont tell me I have to pay at the beginning and then say we are going to do this and its and extra 60$ cause we want to. I haven’t been to the dentist in years. I was so nervous and embarrassed for waiting so long to go back. The care I received was outstanding. The X-ray tech made me feel at ease as she was doing the pictures. The hygienist was so nice and explained everything as she went. I then had the pleasure of meeting Dr. K. She was so gentle and reassuring throughout the examine. They had a cancelation so she asked if I wanted to start my treatment . I was in her chair for about 4 hours. I know that seems like along time but when I left the office I had a smile that I hadn’t seen in a very long time. She gave me my confidence back. I got the text message to review the company, but not a single reminder for my appointment. The dentalworks on Raeford rd. doesnt auto-confirm appointments 5 days in advance, Raeford Rd. usually send out multiple text messages and allows you to confirm your appointment through a reminder call or the texts. They seem to be tied together by more than just their names but Id rather drive an additional 5 miles to Raeford rd.Also, put something noticable on the hood of your car for the COVID procedure, I said TX plates right in front of the financial suite they found me the first time, and the second time they walked over to a similar car without front plates in front of the nail salon with no one in it, instead of me, with a pink mask inside the car, TX plates on the front and clipboard on the dash(and I didnt move the car).On the plus side, they didnt try to fill any of my stains. I usually love going to the dentist and I wasnt enthused this time, but not disappointed.

This dentists office was really awesome. Short wait time. Dentist talked me through the entire procedure and then the aftercare; this really put me at ease because I was nervous about the procedure (removal of wisdom teeth). Assistants were very reassuring and helpful. Provided me with everything I needed for my aftercare and detailed instructions.

When I first walked in the receptionist was very kind and helpful however, the next person I saw after that wasn’t so nice. She sat me in the chair and didn’t explain to me what was happening next. She instead proceeded to stick things into my mouth that hurt. She gave no warnings of discomfort nor did she try to make me comfortable. She just kept poking and prodding. It was the worst experience I’ve had a dentist office. The actual dental hygienist that came in next didn’t say 2 words to me upon sitting down. She finally spoke after being in the room for 5-10 minutes. After warming up to me, I found her to be very helpful. She explained everything she did and scheduled my next appointment from the room. Finally, The dentist was energetic but seemed to be in a rush. In this team’s defense it was late and they were closing. I would suggest that they not schedule late appointments if they aren’t going to be tentative and lively. Service is everything. Just because I came in as evening appointment, doesn’t mean that I should get treated differently than the ones earlier in the day.

I was impressed with this dental office before I even showed up for my visit. The dentist that I saw was contacted while he wasnt even working that day and my situation was explained to him. Although he didnt have any open appointments, I was allowed to come in the following morning, and I was taken care of. Dr. Forbes, and everyone I spoke to and worked with, never made me feel like I was someone who was just squeezed in at the last minute. He and his assistant were prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable and patient. I felt that I was somewhat of a difficult case, as a previous dentist was unsuccessful at extracting my tooth on two separate occasions...no one at this office actually made me feel this way though 😊After a few careful attempts at getting me numbed properly, and a even higher number of asking if I was ok, double and triple checking, my tooth was out.....painlessly. I am so grateful for Dr. Forbes and his staff. Not only were he and his team great at what they did, they saved me almost a thousand dollars from having to be sedated by an oral surgeon.

Very thorough. Measured my bone which I don’t recall having done before. Lots of numbers I don’t understand involved. Free Whitening with procedure. Making the molds is a bit of an ordeal but hopefully worthwhile. Located in a great shopping center so you can shop the after dentist stress away. Woo!

I had a great experience. The staff was courteous and polite and let me know all of my dental options. I over heard a nurse in another room named Keeley who was attending to a 4 year old patient. She was very calm and very patient and tried to make the whole experience fun because the little girl was scared. That makes me feel better as a mother taking my child to it office like that. Theres so many things wrong with this office that I dont know where to start.First off, the ladies at the front desk have no idea what theyre doing. They send you in circles every time you need anything done. Secondly, I was billed almost $300 because THEY didnt provide my insurance with the proper proof/ paper work that they needed. After billing me, then I had to contact my insurance AND Dental Works to straighten everything out. (THIS IS SUPPOSE TO BE THEIR JOB)Then, I was told that I needed TWO root canals. (even though I wasnt experiencing ANY pain in my teeth). I got the first one done at dental works, and then got a second opinion about the second one because I became suspicious. Turns out, I didnt need a root canal on EITHER tooth.I got a root canal on a tooth that didnt need it thanks to this dental office!!!Never again will I EVER go to a Dental Works. They cant be trusted.

First time I went I saw Dr Adams and had no complaints. I went Wednesday and saw a different dentist and Im going to have to go back to have the work they did repaired. I felt some rough spots on the filling they did and the girl said she would fix it but not so much. Every time I floss I feel like Im gonna pull this 300$ filling out. Definitely 2 totally diferrent experiences. I have been recommending everyone I work with to this place but my opinion has definitely changed.

I had my wisdom teeth pulled one week ago here and loved them! I am a huge coward and walked away without ever being in one bit of pain. Sally was so friendly and did a great job with me then I saw both Dr. Perry and Dr. Hansen..both were AMAZING! I cant say enough about how wonderful they all were.

I have loved Dental Works on Morganton Rd. We have had only one issue, and that was when a new hygienist was training and wasnt listening to the doctors instructions properly. I have only seen one doc, same with my children, and I prefer to not see anyone other than her! She is great with my children and myself and its nice to go somewhere that remembers you and you dont need to constantly repeat information. I also dont believe that they sell your information. I havent gotten anything that has been a nuisance that I havent gotten in the past! I really suggest giving this company a try.
