Clean and welcoming atmosphere. Front desk staff smiled and was pleasant to chat with when I entered. Once in the back for my appointment the doctor and staff were cheerful, talkative and, extremely knowledgeable and answered any and all questions I asked. They appeared to have my best interest at heart. Even though I had not seen a dentist in over 4 years they expressed no shame for that and made me feel at ease during the whole visit. Highly recommend.

Im not one who loves change so much, but with a recent move to NWA, I had to find a new Dentist. I absolutely loved Dr. Hardin and her Dental Assistant. Ms. Stacey was amazing as well, and was so gentle with my cleanse! Everything about this place is beautiful from the building itself, to the expertise care and hearts of all the staff!

Had a great experience today at Premier Dental! I was very nervous to go, but everything went great. I can’t remember the woman’s name, but the blonde that was filling in for someone on maternity leave was so sweet. She did a great job of making me feel less nervous and explaining everything to me. The dentist, Dr. Beers seemed very thorough and listened to all my concerns. Before I left the assistant/nurse/tech? went over my treatment plan in detail with me- what it would mean financially and what each visit would include. I’m really glad I chose this place. I have been so scared of the dentist and avoided going for 4+ years. After going to Premier Dental I feel so comfortable getting my teeth worked on. Dr Hardin is so nice and easy to chat with and her team is so friendly. They make sure you’re totally comfortable and answer any questions. I had a broken tooth and my dentist offered me an appointment for an extraction 2 1/2 weeks later! I called Premier Dental as a new patient and they gave me an appointment for that afternoon! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I was a walk in and they were able to get me in the same day. They listened to all my questions and concerns. They answered everything and helped me understand the dental plan I need. They are highly recommended!!

I was a brand new patient and was in excruciating pain. I cold called to see if they had any possible openings for an emergency, they moved some things around and got me in that second.Within 15 minutes of being there they had numbed the area to help with my pain, and even did the procedure to fix it THAT SAME DAY! Just moved from out of state and was recommended to them. First off, the place is adorable and very comfortable. The wait times were very short, and the staff was amazing!!! Dr. Beers explained everything in detail and saved some teeth that I thought was not going to be able to be saved, so I was ultimately happy with that. Alison was great also! They both took their time and set up treatment plans, and what ultimately you feel most comfortable with. Very happy with them, and Ill be back in two weeks. I would highly recommend them to any and everyone .

This place was literally a dream! I had a dental emergency that was going to cost me $1000 at one dental office but at Premier Dental, it was almost $500 cheaper. That aside, everyone was EXTREMELY kind and heart warming. I felt so welcomed and warm going to this office and theyll be my dentist from now on ❤️

My insurance and appointment was cancelled. I wasted my gas just to drive up there for them to tell me I have no insurance at all and my appointment getting cancelled. I have to try and find another dentist. Dont know how long it will take to get in due to covid-19 and finding a babysitter.

Honestly, I could not have had a better experience. I have such an irrational fear of going to the dentist so at 47, I dont go unless unless I absolutely have to. Im new to Arkansas and I broke one of my molars and today I saw Dr Hardin to get a crown and the experience was so good that I admit I got a little teary afterwards from relief. The staff is so wonderful and Dr Hardin did everything to make it easier for me. I felt no pain plus they hover a TV screen above you so you can be distracted. I feel like I can totally do this again with no fear. It is such a relief! Thank you Premier Dental!! ❤

The staff at Premier dental are very proficient in providing care. From the minute you walk in the front door you are greeted politely. XRAYs are taken by a very gentle lady. My teeth really needed a cleaning, as I had missed appointments, and I was embarrassed by this. Tracy put me at ease right away. She did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. The Dentist gave a thorough exam, and explained everything well. I really love Premiere Dental and highly recommend them!

I saw Dr. Hardin and she was great. Very nice and explained everything throughly. After having some extensive dental work done, I felt good the next day! Dr. Kara Hardin at Premier Dental in Fayetteville is awesome! She was able to successfully drill through an implant crown to remove and replace a defective implant screw that had become loose. This procedure saved me a considerable amount of money by saving the existing crown. I appreciate all her efforts to help me with this!

Where do I start? I moved in from out of state with Walmart and needed immediate dental care. Since I work for Walmart I see a lot of people from all over the world and Ive always been conscientious of my smile.I began to search for places in the area and saw all of the great reviews for Premier Dental. I decided to set up an appointment with Dr. Beers and see what could be done to fix my smile. For a long time Ive been hesitant about smiling in pictures because of a few of my teeth being decayed and fractured. I shared my concerns with Dr. Beers and she immediately presented a plan of action to me. The treatment seemed great, the price was great and the staff was great. My teeth have been repaired and my smile looks and feels great. Ive had many compliments on how great my teeth look. Very experienced and friendly staff. Felt like I was included in the discussion of my treatment, rather than being told what would happen. Even found myself saying “that wasn’t nearly as bad as I remembered” after going 6 years without a teeth cleaning.

Got a dental implant with the Dr Cotham who was the best dentist there. When I went back to finish the crown 3 months later he didn’t work there anymore. Nobody told me I was seeing a new dentist. Literally a brand new one. They told me they didn’t know where Dr. Cotham was now working. Dr. Beers put a dark filling in to seal the screw access on the crown. Looks awful. I am now going to have to pay my new dentist to take that dark grey filling out and fix it to match the crown. Implants are expensive. They got a lot of money for it and did a bad job finishing it. Would not recommend going here.

Went in to see Dr. Brady and needed a root canal. Dr. Beers came right in and squeezed me in her schedule. My temporary ended up popping off and her assistant cam in on her day off with the clinic closed to put it back on for me. I have my crown on now and everything is GREAT! I would recommend them to anyone! Hope I dont need to see her again, but if something happens, she is my 1st choice!
