I fully endorse the work of Troy Winward, PT, BSW OP - Cedar Park (East). He has been my therapist for two periods and he is great to work with. He explains clearly what needs to be done and how to accomplish that. He is very thorough in his evaluations.

I am very pleased with the progress I’m making with Troy. He has given me exercises to do at home that are helping. All the staff are pleasant and the facility is very clean. I’m happy to be getting my therapy there.

I love this clinic. Theyre super convenient and clean. They have walk-in service. Once youre in their system, you never have to fill out more paperwork or check out. They have a great policy of not quizing you about things you cant immediately answer or are hesitant to answer because you would have to explain too much.

Went in waited for an hour. No comments from the receptionist. Is this an emergency room?Glad I was able to find someone willing to help me! It wasn’t BS&W!!

Dr Tim Kruchowsky is amazing. Relieved my back and hip pain with a few quick pointers and exercises. He also took the time to explain the psychology behind the cause of the pain and why the prescribed exercises were the remedy.

I enjoyed working with Holly Atchison, PT, concerning issues in my shoulders. Holly is very knowledgeable and friendly to work with, and I highly recommend her and her staff if you are looking for a great physical therapy facility.

Daryn does an outstanding job of physical therapy and is helping me resolve my impingement issues. The staff works together to keep the place sanitized and organized.

This is one of the best clinics! Its always very clean. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. My whole family comes here for routine and wellness checks up.

I am S&W on Whitestone having a good laugh. The new “speaker” sitting on the window ledge is hilarious. The young lady at the foyer and her male buddy ask you to listen and answer questions about covid. I am asking them more questions—-I would introduce the new system with more enthusiasm. Also when a person is answering the questions I would put my phone down and either listen or view a head going north or south. This will prevent a sick person from entering. My suggestions.

We had a good time during our visit for echocardiogram procedure.

Troy was excellent at providing a thorough assessment to determine the cause of my pain. I really appreciate the time he spent giving me challenging exercises that would strengthen my leg.

Who is running the reception area here needs to be replaced. Ive had numerous interactions with them and they are consistantly inept, impolite, and unhappy in their jobs.

The overall atmosphere of the facility is clean and well equipped. The staff is kind and supportive. I enjoy having the website to keep me accountable for my at home routine and having communication with my therapist.

Absolutely wonderful staff in the Rehab Clinic! Theyre hard on me, but only because they truly care about me. I couldnt ask for any better Therapists, than the ones I have.

Went to get treated for a sinus infection (tested negative for COVID that morning). BS&W would not allow me into the facility due to a cough. I was instructed to park along the side of the building and told that a dr would come out to treat me. They called me as I sat in their designated area instead of coming out for in person treatment. Because they called me on the phone I was charged $128 above my copayment (turned into telemedicine) . I wonder if I had been sitting in their treatment room (instead of a designated parking area) would they still call me on the phone and call it telemedicine to sponge more process charges out of me? Crisis profiteering? Definitely not the first billing issue I’ve seen with BS&W. Expect unexpected charges. The billing compliant department they’ll pass you to admits that they bill differently than peer companies.

I am a newer and very happy patient. I see Dr. Jasmine S Kim, but everyone there is very nice, from the Covid screeners to the x-ray tech to the receptionists to the nurses and MAs. I love how easy to use the online portal is. If you need a pcp, please try them out. Coming here as an overweight person, I was never spoken poorly to or admonished or made to feel bad about that. Thank you Kirsten, Ian, Vivian, Myra, and Dr. Kim!

Troy is fantastic. He pushes you to work hard, but not beyond limits. He is very encouraging and friendly and puts me at ease working with him. I highly recommend Troy for your physical therapy.

Rude receptionist, she told me they were no longer accepting my insurance unless I Was an established patient then she finds me in the system so I was an established patient and then she tells me oh well it was a specialist with Baylor Scott & White so that didnt count. I dont think Id go there even if they did accept my insurance with how rich she was.

I am so disappointed with the care and billing practices of BS&W. I’m leaving after being a 25 year Baylor family. I have a $30 co-pay and received a $130 bill for a facility charge when I did a video conference. After half a dozen phone calls and no one ever calling me back I called billing and asked for an exact fee amount before my next visit, again I was told $30 and again received a $130 bill. No one cares, no one will re turn my calls. I have cancer and receive care from multiple Doctors and health systems and no one does this but Baylor. I’ve tried through email, phone calls and internet to get my Covid vaccine as a 1b patient and no one, including my Doctor at Baylor would even tell me I was on the list or help me. I finally went to ARC right across the street, have a wonderful Doctor who got me vaccinated and told me he’s heard from many people about the outrageous, bogus facility fee charge they won’t tell you about even if you ask exactly how much will you be charged for your visit! Lost a whole family after 25 years Baylor! I would say the care a less, but I hate to use the word care and Baylor Scott & White in the same sentence!

Terrible place. Please avoid to go to this place. If I can give 0 on my review I will be happy. My husband make appointment with podiatrist, I got email showing appointment information, who ever send this email provided wrong address instead 910 send 901. Because am driving around I lost 10 min, and bring my kid to appointment 10 min late. I explained at the front desk its not my fault. But lady told me I have to seat and wait for 2+ hours. We walk out, am very disappointed. I took my kid out from school i lost my work hours. We never go to this place again. Also i will tell all my friends to avoid this place, workers very unprofessional and rude.

Timothy explains the excercise/activity, the purpose, what it affects and the result/s I should expect.The next session we review the home exercises, reassess the pain, movement, etc. And then we work forward.

My wife and I been S&W patients for 15 years. She has reactions to the air in this area of the country and periodically gets a respiratory illness. Sometimes we can get into our regular S&W physician but sometimes not. We came here today when she could hardly breathe for coughing and have been sitting in the car now for an hour (I called ahead and was told to go ahead and bring her). The exam is conducted in the parking lot.We will end up getting what we need but I feel like I could have gone to any clinic and been treated better. I understand that we have some issues with the pandemic but this is a temporary solution to a permanent problem. I would expect S&W to step it up and have a much more professional solution.Follow-up: Scott and White contacted me and are taking my input seriously, all I can ask.

Easy walk -in appointments, speedy service, full-range of services including bloodwork and Xray....weve used them all. Billing has been easy and as-expected with all of them as well. No surprises..... except that it is an emergency visit where Im not waiting for an hour or paying a $100 copay. Love it.

Started by calling for a Private Pay Quote. Was quoted $157 for just a physical over the phone. Walked in and the desk asked for $223. When I complained they lowered it to $197 and said they had no idea where I got the quote. Ive never had to haggle for a f*cking physical before...The desk lady was nice about it though.

BEWARE (Disclaimer depends on insurance coverage) However, the way this BSW bills is quite ridiculous. They charge specialized visits (say derm) as hospital visits even though it is a clinic. I spoke with a rep who said multiple doctors and nurses are frustrated as well with this process and way of billing. I was struck with an astronomical visit charge for simple things and willingly paid out of pocket upfront as well. All I know is that I will NOT be using BSW doctors for specialized visits such as dermatology and will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope BSW changes this VERY soon.

I love this clinic. I moved to Austin 3 years ago and eventually met my dr, Dr. Steffy and I wouldn’t want to see anyone else. Everyone in the entire clinic have been amazing. The front desk staff, the ladies who draw my blood (which they can do in like 2 minutes flat!) and everyone in the office upstairs. Today I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. That’s with a covid screening, setting up a new appt since I missed mine in October to get my labs done, checking in and blood drawn. Love this place!

Everyone was so kind here. Dr. Nicholson and the nurses I saw the morning I went in were so helpful and got me through a really painful experience. Thank you!! 🙏🏼

I have a leg injury and my Dr.said I needed physical therapy for my recovery. I got sent to BSW East clinic for therapy 3 weeks ago. Please keep in mind I cant speak for everybody in the place,only for my therapist,who is Troy,and Troy is very professional and knowledgeable, just a give it to you straight kind of guy. He tells me the exercise we are doing and why,the goals we have set,what I can expect from future visits. So ifvyou need physical therapy check them out,its pretty convenient if you live in cedar park. No complkaints so far.

My doctor Sir Blake of the Young, is the finest in all of the lands. He reinvigorates the term health professional! His staff, and commitment to proper health advise, Administration, and management for his patients, is unrivaled. Also, when I called to schedule my annual the call taker Amy on June 11th 2021, showed extraordinary customer service skills and went above and beyond the Call of Duty to help me with various questions and concerns in line with my quality of Health. I couldnt be happier with my experiences throughout the years with Baylor Scott & White, I recommend anyone looking for proper and direct Healthcare check them out. And Amy needs a raise!

This place is a rip-off. Absolutely shop around and avoid this place. They will make you to do multiple visits when they can take care of you in just one visit. And of course, they bill you doctor visit AND the facility fee for every visit.My daughters doctor ORDERED a pressure test at this place to check if her ear tubes were still working. And guess what! This place cost us 3 visit to just check on the ear tubes, and of course, they happily billed us 3 times for the facility charge. They dont care how much time to waste of you, but they do care how much money they could knock out of you!The first time, we came in and the pressure test cant be done because the room wasnt available. COME ON!! We came in because the pressure test was ORDERED and SCHEDULED, and now you tell me it is not available and still bill me for doctor visit + facility fee????Second visit, we made the pressure test and then was told we need to come back another day to speak with the doctor for the result because the doctor worked at another location on that day. WHAT???? So you know the doctor isnt at the location on that day, but let us come in for the test so that you can have us to come back again??? And again, doctor visit + facility fee for the test was CHARGED!Third visit, we finally got to see the doctor and was told we should come for a follow-up three month later. No and farewell. Doctor visit + facility fee was CHARGED for the third time and thank GOD that this is over! Doctor visit + facility fee was CHARGED three times!We worked with other ENT doctors in the past two years. NEVER had to make 3 visits to just get a pressure test for ear tubes. We will not come back to this place who billed us for three visits when the exam can be completed in just one visit.

The staff is polite and knowledgeable and the nurses have a great personal touch. I have never once bruised or even felt a blood draw. I have doctors here and when I have an emergency they have been there for me.

If you make an appointment here, make sure you check your insurance for THAT SPECIFIC DOCTOR! My insurance says I can go to this clinic but then they will have Drs with crazy credentials. It’s taken over a month to fix the wrong way their front staff input a Drs credentials, charging me more than I’ve ever been charged since going here for years. It shouldn’t be that difficult to fix a mess up.

Troy Winard has been my Physical Therapist for at 15 years. I live a very active lifestyle, hiking, water and snow skiing, mountain biking....Troy has been able to keep me moving and painfree all of these years. I feel so lucky to have him on my team. He has been practicing at Baylor Scott and White for the last few years and I like their facilities. They seem to have all the latest equipment and run a great operation. Highly recommend Troy and Baylor Scott and White.

I would give NO STAR if I could. This place is very creative when it comes to scamming and wrongly billing patients. Doctors are under pressure from their business leaders it seems, to generate more revenue at any cost. Even when you have no health issues and go here for annual physical, covered 100% by your insurance, doctor will talk to you about anything in your annual blood report (ordered for the annual physical), and then say You discussed outside the scope of annual physical. There is no prescription involved here either. The billing department will CODE your visit such that they get full insurance money and then some from you. Doctors here have turned into salesmen, avoid the place.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. My appointment with Deborah Fisher went very well, she was friendly, knowledgeable, informative and patient as I asked a lot of questions. The facility is very nice also. Its a bit far for me to drive but worth it.

Great doctors, but billing has been TERRIBLE. I took a gamble selecting BSW based on the reviews noting billing issues, and I regret the decision. Ive never had as many issues trying to get insurance resolved as we have with this place. Weve made numerous phone calls back and forth over the last 4 months and were still getting bills in the mail. We have already switched to another healthcare provider and have had zero issues since.

They are amazing to work with. It is extremely well managed and staffed with first class therapists. Everyone has a smile on their face and make you feel you are important to them. I’ve been there for three different therapies and highly recommend it

Billing is all over the place.(Ive contacted the billing department, doctors office and my insurance company about 7-8 times and ended up paying a lot of bill which I still dont understand. Stay away)

I was very apprehensive about going to this appointment but it ended up being a really good decision. All of the people were very nice and Daryn was easy to talk to and really took her time to make sure that I was comfortable.

After suffering with pain in my left hip for several months, I made my PCP aware of the pain interfering with my golf game and, in fact, walking. I was referred to an Orthopedist who referred me to a rehab facility of my choice for treatment. I chose Baylor S&W Rehab Center in Cedar Park since it was near my PCP. From my first contact there was first class throughout my treatment. They will not let you forget an appointment, but will change should you have the need. There attention to my personal comments was excellent. I always walked away from a treatment feeling better than when I went in. I went from pain making it difficult to walk to pain free when I left. I never felt excessive pain in my treatment and was never ask to perform tasks that I could not perform. You bet I will go back for treatment there and if you are looking for first class treatment, I recommend you go there.

The first thing the nurses asked my husband was if he was capable of filling out the medical information for his daughter (whom he has full custody of). Which rubbed wrong to begin with because you dont blatantly ask someone do you know this or do we need to contact her mother? ...Lets be reasonable and assume the parent attending the doctor appointment knows what the child needs.Secondly, and much, MUCH worse, the nurses had NO IDEA what they were doing. We were there for a simple blood draw and these women completely missed the vein. Instead of trying to reenter, they wiggled the needle around inside our little girls arm for more than 90 seconds trying to stab back into the vein from under the skin. She has never even cried for a blood draw but spent this entire visit screaming and actually pooped herself. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD TO THESE INCOMPETENT FOOLS!!! They didnt even draw blood. We have to go back and try again. I am HORRIFIED.

Ive been very happy with Holly Atchison as my therapist. She has devised a good schedule of exercises for me to do at home as well as at rehab. She also has worked on my shoulder while at rehab and I have gotten some relief from the constant pain!Thank you, Holly!

The Physical Therapy team at BSW Cedar Park is staffed with true professionals who know precisely how to evaluate patients with PT needs and then develop a treatment plan that works. This is my second experience with the Cedar Park team and, once again, real progress is being made quickly! When I need PT BSW Cedar Park will always be my FIRST and ONLY Choice. Ok just want to share my experience with Baylor Scott and White.... My Son was sent down to Temple for wrist surgery when it came time to remove his stitches I called the doctors office in temple to see if the orthopedic doctors in round Rock or his primary care doctor on Cedar Park can remove them since we live in Leander and he wasn’t scheduled to see the Doctor again until February they said yes of course the nurse in temple made the appointment for me for him to see his primary doctor in the Cedar Park clinic we got there yesterday they removed his split and bandages then decided we should go back to Temple they were going to wrap the wrist back up but the nurse started picking BANDAGES out of THE TRASH CAN when I stopped her she got new bandages out of a drawer and was going to open the bandages when I stopped her again to ask her if she was going to change her GLOVES after PICKING through the TRASH CAN I almost lost my mind when I complained they didn’t seem to care.

Troy was very busy and had just enough time to diag my problem area, he did some work on my left hip joint and removed the pain right away. I had a serious problem with blood in my kidney. Will make an appointment when I am in better health.

On my first visit to BS&W in Cedar Park I was so pleased with the facility, the staff, and my physician. Im been back and have never been disappointed. Kudos and thank you.

I went to my first appointment here today and I have to say, I was very impressed. The receptionists were all friendly and I was processed through in less than two minutes. I was early but didnt have to wait very long. I saw an audiologist whom was excellent. Will consider this place for all my medical needs if I continue to see such quality care.

Troy was very personable and knowledgeable about my back issues. I feel very happy with the level of care being received.

I used Dr. BRITTANY CHESSER years ago after I had a heart attack .. she helped me get myself back to doing my normal daily duties. . Now my issues are mobility , I know she is my angel of mercy, and will get me back on my feet.. I totally recommend her and the staff.

This is the only medical facility that has very shady billing practices..While booking they will quote only the specialist fees (co-pay) and wont disclose any other charges. Later on, they will send a BIG bill which will include some so-called facility based charges apart from co-pay, even if you only went for consultation and no procedures were done. Believe me you will be shocked to see the bill amount.Later, when you call the billing department, they justify it by saying we are provider based billing or some other BS. Well, its too late now. They should inform the patient before on an estimate that there would be MORE charges at the time of booking.Avoid at all cost or first take an estimate (mind it, ask them twice thrice for an estimate) even for a normal appointment.I am done with Baylors Scott and White forever!! NEVER GOING BACK

After several sessions with Brittany, my sciatica problem is so much better. Her knowledge of what to do and her physical therapy skills are A Number One.

Troy is just great!! I suffered 13 weeks with a knee injury and he isolated the problem within minutes and the pain is lessening with only a couple visits. Very glad the doctor recommended P.T.

The staff at this location is super awesome! They are very friendly, caring, encouraging l, and really take the time to help and understand your problems/pains. They make rehab fun and more tolerable.

When setting up the appointment over the phone they did not disclose that they could not do vaccinations at this location for my child during her well visit. They did not disclose this information when checking in either. It wasnt until we were in the exam room when a nurse finally said they were unable to do vaccinations and that the front office staff should have disclosed this to us. Since the entire reason for scheduling her visit was to bring her up to date on her vaccinations.

This was my 1st experience with BSWH, I walked into the clinic 10AM on a Sunday morning. The staff were very pleasant and I had a great experience with the Dr. Im registered in the system and Ive got the BSWH app loaded on my phone. I wouldnt hesitate to use any of the locations, my medical records follow me wherever I go.

I have used the physical therapy facilities at Scott &White. Cedar park for two separate treatments. Brent Ashford has been superb. Intelligent , competent and persistent. He provides results. If you are in need of results go see Brent.

Shelley Stone the front desk assistant on the second floor is amazing. She took the time to help me figure out what I needed to do when my insurance wouldnt work here and helped me figure out where to look for what was in network. She was patient and very kind. It means a lot when someone takes time to help those who know less.

I’ve treated with the greatest respect and courtesy. The doctor and all staff has been on time and very thorough. I drive a considerable distance to continue to be treated at this location.

$300 for just a flu shot, be aware of the Billing. I got a flu shot, which is 100% covered under my insurance, I made sure with the front desk,that the FLU shot and Administring it is totaly covered they said yes. Come one month later i see $290 billed to my insurance. $290 for a nurse to give me a flu shot that is totally covered under my insurance. My wife got a flu shot with the same insurance other place and guess what bill was ZERO. They come up with fancy names to bill sinsurance Other Theraputic services-Genera; classification. JUST FOR FLUSHOT BY A NURSE $290. My insurance charged me $163 in return for the crazy codes the clinic provided to insurance .

The doctors are great. However, both the doctor and office bill separately, with the latter being considered hospital outpatient. I went to my PCP for bad viral/cold/sinus related symptoms, and I ended up paying more than I would have at an Urgent Care. You call billing, and they explain this is the protocol. Because of this, I am switching over to ADC completely.

I went in for a yearly physical. They took my weight, BP and the doctor had me take a couple of deep breaths while she listen to my lungs. The doctor talked to me she was very nice. I was scheduled for a mammogram and blood work. The doctors fee was not the issue. I dont know why the lab work for a physical would cost $788. I ask for information on what should a physical examination entail. Kirk wrote me back and ask me if I received that information at check in. I sent a reply back and I have not heard from Kirk again. My insurance covers a yearly physical 100%. Im not sick so what type of blood work did the doctor order. Im very dissatisfied with BSW.

Just got a bill from over a year ago for a copayment that should have been paid through an auto insurance claim. Unfortunately they didnt send one before the claim closed and when I called customer service to ask why it took so long to receive a bill I got a very unfriendly customer service agent. Customer service is obviously not a priority and rudeness abounds.

Always receive the best of care here. I have received care in the family practice area, physical therapy, mammograms, and audiology. Everyone is professional, caring and proactive with your health.

Beware of facility cost. There are not any signs or warnings Lett you know how much walking through the door will cost you. Better make sure insurance can cover.

Do not go here if you have children. One pediatrician. And not accommodating for children when they are ill. Our pediatrician was out and we were told (after being on hold for 10+ min) only one other doctor could see children under 6. After bringing a child who was obviously in distress, we still had to wait over an hour to be seen. We did arrive early, but were not seen until 30 minutes after scheduled appointment time leaving our total wait time at 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Ive been with Scott and White over 20 years and have never had a problem.

We love, love, love Dr. Corpuz and his staff. If you need a pediatrician in the Cedar Park area, he is FANTASTIC! Beautiful building and very friendly people.

I had an instance of severe back pain and the Doctor here didnt adequately treat me at all. I think she didnt take my pain seriously; I was given an injection and prescribed Aleve. After my visit to BS&W my pain persisted for more than a week - it was severe enough that I couldnt sleep more than a couple of hours without the pain waking me up. I only got relief when I asked a nurse friend and was advised to take a different OTC painkiller that provided at least some relief.Over $250 spent on a visit that left me helplessly in pain. Definitely my last visit here. Youd be better off googling your symptoms and asking anonymous internet quacks for help - Id have gotten the same outcome but quicker, and saved a bunch of money.*Edit: 1/6/19, just because they contacted me asking for my feedback and we take patient feedback seriously doesnt mean anything. I contacted them as advised and spoke to a representative who, a month later, hasnt gotten back to me or done anything.On the other had, I received ANOTHER bill that I know I already paid. SMH.

We have used various facilities of BS&W and have found all have met our needs.Living in Leander Cedar Park has been convenient for imaging, allergy shots, and some of our specialist appointments not available at the Leander Clinic.

Nurses and Dr. were nice enough. Pretty short visit for my son who was having pain in his kidney. BUT the bill we got afterward was outrageous. Buyer BEWARE! You will be taken to the cleaners here.

This is my 2nd experience working with Holly Atchison, my Physical Therapist at Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation (BSWIR) at the BS&W Cedar Park Clinic. She successfully shepherded me through a dislocated shoulder that pulled out a piece of bone from the humerus and tore my rotator cuff back in 2017. Her work and my commitment to the PT regimen gave me back full range of motion without surgery! Because of that very positive experience, I sought her out to assist me in my recovery post full knee reconstruction in 2019. She is personable, thorough, careful, gently insistent, and constantly encouraging. She treats her clients very respectfully and lets them know why she is recommending various exercises and actions. I highly recommend both the facility, BSWIR, and Holly Atchinson, in particular should you need PT services . Cathy Martin
