Ive had nothing but good experiences at this clinic, and I hate seeing the bad reviews of this clinic. My doctor gives excellent care. This clinic is like the other VA facilities I have visited (Temple & Austin). The staff is very business-like and matter of fact up front, but they have never failed to answer my questions and help me in any way they could when asked. With the number of people they see every day, many who are unpleasant and even rude, I think everyone does a great job. Is it like going into a spa? Of course not, but from what Ive seen, everyone who goes in with a good attitude gets treated very well.

Heads up for anyone trying to call: The phone number for this location is incorrect to this clinic. The phone number listed is for all of central Texas. The only way to speak with any of the staff here is to go in person or maybe call the central Texas line and pray you get a corrent transfer. After multiple 3+ hour calls only to be transfered to an incorrect location Id say everyones best bet is an in-person visit.

I fell down the stairs of my condo over a month ago and I am still waiting for my primary care doctor to see me or put in a referral to a doctor to treat me for the injuries. I send a secure message every week through the VA website which is their preferred mode of communication. They respond but never have scheduled an appointment for me. I do not pay premiums for my VA healthcare, so I guess you get what you pay for. There has never been anyone in the waiting room or the dozens of exam rooms when I have been in this place, so I dont have any idea what they are doing.

Literally the worst customer service. They really need to be investigated. Someone needs to look into why the phones are never being answered and why the customer service is lacking. Completely unacceptable

They dont listen, they dont care, they will literally make up new symptoms or randomly lessen them so you lose va benefits even if you have witnesses present watching you describe whats going on with you medically. Next time I see people from this facility will be in court.

Never answers the phone. That should day a lot about the care if they will not even answer a phone! Called multiple times and been on hold forever. Terrible care. Useless and waste of tax payers money. Vetereans deserve better and both U S Senators and U S Rep for this area should be ashamed how poor the care is for vetereans

Service is the worst Ive ever seen. Cant even get through by phone. Why even have a location if you dont do anything turned in paperwork months ago never heard a word about it either.
