I smashed myself up and needed some stitches. The staff here were all very pleasant and kind and they patched me up quickly. I would definitely recommend using them for any urgent care needs!

I book an appointment online and arrive 10 mins early. They wont allow anyone into the building without calling a number for a covid screening. I call the number, no answer - left a voicemail. 10 mins pass, I receive no callback, and 4 other people have shown up, waiting at the entrance. They check on me and dont have me in the system. They want to check me in as a walk in patient. No way youre wasting anymore of my time!

When does urgent care tell you there full and cant take you. Walked in and was asked if I had appointment told them no and immediately was told were full we cant help you. No sorry or nothing just blunt about they were full. Second time trying to go here and last. If your busy I understand but make your approach to new customers a little better. Its Urgent Care some people walk in like I did with a legit urgent matter. Thank you Baylor Scott for caring and taking care of me.

The staff was kind and professional, the evaluation was thorough and testing went quickly. Marcel the PA was very good! He answered my questions and explained things as the visit went along. Over all a great experience!

They were about 80% solid. I went to go get a COVID-19 test after having symptoms for about 6-7 days. They initiated the test and said it would be about 20 mins before they would call me but never followed up. That’s the key reason I went. If they called me, they didn’t leave a VM which is understandable due to HIPAA but they didn’t even update my visit in Solv. I’m a little disappointed.

I made an appointment online the day before, and arrived early yet was still waiting over an hour to be seen.Pricing is not easy to find. I dont know if it is available to be seen anywhere.. I looked and could not find it. I got through the whole process desperate because I was pretty sick thinking surely it could not cost too much. I got a bill for $190 for the consultation which seems like a heck of a lot for a quick visit. Total time with any other human being was less than 10 minutes. The rest was just waiting around to be seen.I got better so hooray, but it was far more unpleasant and expensive than it needed to be. I will never be returning here and if you have any alternatives available to you I would choose them.

Great doctors - good bedside manners. I feel like they really care and listen. The only they weren’t able to do X-rays due to the machine being down , but other than that the care is good.

Came here for a work related injury. Waited 45min to spend approximately 7min with the PA. Other than the wait, service was great! Luckily it wasn’t a worse injury. They took care of me! I’m assuming short staffed.

Today I scheduled an appointment hours ahead of time. When my appointment time arriving and I went to check in the lady at the front desk explains to me that they are pretty much an hour or so behind and that I can’t be seen until an hour or so after the time I made an appointment. She then proceeds to suggest I have a snack or lunch or just do whatever to “ pass” the time. Unacceptable. I understand that things can be running behind but seriously - I drove all the way to this location just to be told to wait an hour or so after I SCHEDULED an appointment. Not only that, the moment you knew you were running so behind should of been a phone call to those who are scheduled for an appointment. It’s called courtesy. Long story short I ended up canceling because I have other things I need to do. Unprofessional and inconsiderate of peoples time. Had I walked in that would of been a different story. But I made an appointment and rearranged my schedule for that appointment. I will not be rearranging my schedule once more because the lack of courtesy of this clinic. Go elsewhere if you actually want to be taken care of.

Apparently making an appointment as recommended is not worth it. I showed up a bit before my scheduled time and was told I didn’t really have an appointment, only an estimated time to be seen, walk-ins were a priority before me. I was stuck waiting an hour. I should have just walked in earlier. Warning! Setting a time is not really an appointment! Once I was seen, the staff in the back was very friendly and quick. Much appreciated after the wait time.

Use to be a good clinic, but now they implement a system where you have to call to be attended, they have the phone number in the door front, i was outside with my wife, a black skin woman, the other couple was a white couple. The front desk answers the phone and let them pass, so we call, and the front desk lady saw us outside and we spend out side more than 30 min, i did about 25 calls and she never answer my phone call, we end up leaving and my wife needed attention, the lady was a blonde with glasses, i cant believe thing like this are happening this days... i will never step in this clinic again....

I checked in using the distancing protocols and was seen promptly by case order. Staff was helpful and friendly, and made my weekend visit a good one! I will return here if needed in the future!

NextCare Urgent Clinic provided our travel PCR tests and Rapid tests. The whole process is managed seamlessly with the Solv app and was very organized. Definitely recommend it for quick results.

This has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had at an urgent care. I’m here with my boyfriend who has severe stomach pains and a splitting headache. We were walk ins so I assumed there would be a wait. However, we were 3rd in line and did not get seen for OVER AN HOUR! Then when I called to check our place in line the receptionist told me an entire family had just gotten tested for covid before us which is why it took so long. If they would have told me that when I checked in I would have gone to a different urgent care because once we got in the room we waited for ANOTHER HOUR on getting seen and getting 2 shots. I even tried checking in with the doctors who would just tell me “it would be a minute”. My boyfriend has severe pains and we could have gone to a different urgent care and been done in under an hour but this place just doesn’t know how to communicate with their patients. Never coming back to this place.

On March 14th 2021, I went in to be seen for my knee at NextCare Urgent Care.I was seen by Dr. Amanda, I just want to say that she was very polite, very understanding, very caring just all around super professional. She took the time out to listen to everything I had to say concerning my knee and sent me with equipment that I needed. Im so grateful for Doctors like her.

The lady at the front desk for this location by the name of Kayla was very rude. We were attempting to ask her questions over the phone and she hung up the phone. We then went into the location to be greeted with her rude and unprofessional attitude. We reported her to the area manager Nancy Dunam and all she did was make excuses for the employees behavior.

Everyone I interacted with at Nextcare was professional, caring, and kind. The online appt process was easy and I was in and out in 30 min. The nurse practitioner listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I would definitely go back to Nextcare for any urgent care needs in the future.

Marcel and Mariana were professional and efficient gave excellent patient care. I will return.

Lady at the front was very friendly. Came for COVID Rapid test. She added me into CARES ACT (even though I had no knowledge of it) and got my test for free. Nurse also was very professional. Best experience!!!

I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience here. I came in today after being bitten by a dog at work and will NEVER be going here again nor will I recommend it to any of my associates. Now, I don’t expect much effiency when it comes to human health care so I was going into this expecting a little bit of a wait but I waited 3 1/2 hours. It’s not like they were busy, no, I was 1 of 4 people in the waiting room. They could not figure out workers comp and had me wait around for 3 1/2 hours while they answered the phones, responded to emails, etc. instead of checking me in. The girl at the front said that she had never worked a shift by herself before and I do have to say that she did her best to keep me informed and treat me like a human instead of something to bill so this review has nothing to do with her. She was obviously not comfortable by herself yet and should never have been put in that situation. When I finally got to the exam room the nurse was not personable at all and neither was the practitioner. When it came time for my shot the nurse was not gentle AT ALL and when he pulled the needle out he squirted some of the vaccine on the table and my leg and just said “oh.” When it finally came time to leave I asked for the papers back to give to my manager and was told “they can call if they need it.” Fine. I left. I thought this was all over until I went to my pharmacy to pick up my antibiotic only to find out that they never sent the workers comp paper work through and when we attempted to call they did not answer. My choices were to 1. Pay out of pocket or 2. not get my antibiotic after a dog bite. No thanks.I never write reviews but as someone who works in the medical field I thought this was worth sharing so it does not happen again.

This place was very busy so even as a walk-in you should be prepared for a bit of a wait. However, they provided me with excellent service. The staff had a caring and professional demeanor at all times. When it was time for me to be seen I was taken in right away, examined, treated and sent home with the needed prescriptions called into my pharmacy. All this took maybe 15-20 minutes total. If I found myself needing urgent care in the future I’d definitely use their services again.

I made an appointment in the morning for later in the morning on the same day. I arrived 15 mins earlier than my appt and they called me when they were ready for me. I went in for coughing flu-like symptoms. The intake nurse was very professional, competent and a pleasure to talk to. The gentleman PA I saw was thorough, professional and both did make me feel that they genuinely cared about me and my health. I opted to get the rapid results Covid-19 test, and had a phone call confirming it was negative 30 minutes later.. The location was very clean and booking the appointment was a seamless process. I highly recommend this facility and commend the personnel there! If I have a future need for urgent care, I will definitely visit here again. Thanks for being so pleasant!

The staff at this location are friendly and professional from the time you walk in the door. As a walk-in I did have a short wait after checking in (about 10-15) and a couple of minutes in the exam room waiting for the doctor to come in.

Friendly and informative staff. Had to wait 2 hours but that was because I was a walk in test. Once the wait time was up I was called and asked some questions and taken into office and back to a room immediately. There was no waiting in the room to see the NP. She was very helpful and explained all the dates and time lines to me and sent me on my way.

Even though they were running behind time on my appointment it was very pleasant. Both ladies that I saw today were great.

I needed a last minute Covid-19 test and was able to get to the clinic immediately as a walk-in. I was treated professionally and efficiently; the total time start to finish was about one hour (walking out the door with my test results in hand!). No problems encountered, smooth sailing all the way 👍👏👏👏!

I visited this clinic exactly a week ago for some abdominal pains. I ended being shoo’ed away pretty much (blessing in disguise for me). The receptionist didn’t have much information on what could be done for me, just that I couldn’t be helped there due to her doing something on her cell phone. Not very helpful or compassionate. There are so many other wonderful medical clinics on this area (such as Baylor Scott & White). Don’t waste your time here.

Charged me $350 (no discount for those without insurance) just to tell me I should go elsewhere for treatment. $350 for no diagnosis, treatment, medication, or anything of any value whatsoever. I will never set foot in there again.I dont think you get it. Offering me a future discount doesnt change the fact that youve already charged me out the nose for no treatment, diagnosis, or service. Me, my wife, and my daughter will never set foot in there again. And I will do my best to steer friends, family, and coworkers away also.

I have close to a phobia where getting medical care is concerned. Finally made it to NextCare and now wish I hadnt waited so long. They were all so nice and conveyed such interest. Next time will be so much easier for me because I know where I will be going. Cant say enough!!!

Visit went well. Very polite staff doctor knowledgeable. Only complaint and Ive had it happen with my son also--is summary of visit shows nothing. It says reason I went (which of course I know) and absolutely nothing else. No medication notes. I got medication. No doctors notes. I saw doctor. No visit summary or findings. Its not really a big thing I just dont know why they even bother to send you link for empty summary

Whats the point of a walk-in when they refuse patients?

I’ve been to NextCare twice in the last 7 months to be treated for mountain biking injuries, and both times the treatment was excellent. It’s a little farther from where I live, but the Urgent Care places closer to me never appear to want my business (what UC doesn’t carry a suture kit?!).

Was treated very well and had great interaction with the doctor but took about two hours before I was seen. I got there at 12:30 and left at 3:45. I’m sure things are crazy right now but I was very sick and in pain. Service once inside was very quick and thoughtful.

While having to visit an Urgent Care facility is never fun, NextCare makes it safe and easy. Also, its the most affordable place I could find for those who find themselves without medical insurance. In fact, its probably far less expensive to go with them for any minor emergency, even if you DO have insurance coverage!!The COVID-19 safety precautions they have in place are excellent. On my most recent visit to the Cedar Park location, I wasnt able to get an online appointment. However, I didnt even have to wait long (maybe 10 mins) to be seen as a walk-in patient. NextCare really cares ❤, so I highly recommend them!

I was greeted promptly and luckily they werent too busy, one 1 patient ahead of me. I think the wait is long but compared to an ER its pretty quick for being a walk in. The nurse and doctors on staff really listened to what my symptoms were so they could get to a diagnosis. I feel all my questions were answered too and the doctor made sure I understood everything. The medications prescribed were exactly what I needed because after a day of antibiotics I was already feeling much better and finally got some much needed restful sleep. I have been going to this clinic for a few years now and they really take care of their patients and I appreciate that. Thank you to all the staff there.

Went in for Covid rapid test. The office was great. Had good precautions for everyone, and it was easy with the Solv reservation system. Highly recommend!

They were compassionate and caring. Being able to wait in my own home was nice as I was not feeling well. I recommend them to all who need urgent care.

Made a online appointment for 1130am on Thursday and got a text saying be there by 1120am. I was in car waiting and walked to the front door and saw a big stop sign, said to call phone number before going in. Called and it went to voicemail! Hung around in front of building and saw a couple just go in and then another two girls almost went in but then they stopped and went to their car while on cell calling into office. Few minutes later the girls left, drove away! The place was dead! Called again and went to voicemail again! Now it’s after 12pm and I get in my car and drive home! 1215pm I get a text saying if I don’t get there within 15 minutes my appointment will be lost! Again why make a appointment online when you don’t even honor it! I wasted an hour with your dumb company! I do not recommend this place to anyone and would give it one star but lowest is one star! Also wouldn’t take my insurance, like why not! If you are running a legitimate business than accept my insurance!

Desk people were very friendly. As were the technicians. I was sent an encrypted email with my results and cannot open them. I called for a new email and was told they would see what they could do. I was uncertain if I was going to get a new encrypted email. So I called the 888 phone number and requested a new email. This is most frustrating I still do not have a written copy of my results since 10/29

Worst !!! Made an appointment for 3:30 today got there on time, called from my car and was told we will call you we’re running behind. Okay no issues called them back at 4;45 and heard them forget I was waiting outside, instead of getting me in or even trying say fill in this paperwork and wait another 45 mins? You could’ve done that an hour ago? Meanwhile CRICKETS I. THE WAITING ROOM NOT ONE PERSON?

Just came in a few minutes ago for a Covid Test ,staff was very polite and followed the sanitary protocol. Highly recommend this urgent care center. Amanda was my nurse for the Covid swab, she was very gentle and informed me of everything I needed to know about to Covid test process. Thank you Amanda !
