CPL Is not open on Saturday

They deserve zero stars. There is this Patel lady, aggressive and ill behaved. I actually had to go to the hospital lab (in Building A) but there is no one to provide information. CPL are private lab in Building C.

Late reopening after lunch closure.

Had blood drawn and the employee was wearing a a light surgical mask that very loosely covered her mouth but was not positioned over her nose at all. She was serving as the receptionist and the person drawing blood. She was the only person working there. She told everyone who called the lab closed at 3. Although the labs posted hours are until 5 p.m. The experience felt very unhygienic. I have doubts she changed her gloves from answering the phone to sticking me with a needle. I would not go back to this lab.

I was seen by Dr. Koval and he was very kind and has good bedside manners. The staff in his office were friendly. I have 2 complaints though, the woman at Clinical Pathologies Laboratory was very rude and rough when drawing my blood. She was complaining about it taking too long to draw my blood and that she was the only person working and her waiting area was getting full. Im a nurse and I know that making a patient feel like they are an inconvenience is not how you help with their anxiety and concerns. There was an employee working at a station by the elevator having a loud facetime conversation with her son. I find that unprofessional.

I agree with other reviews. I just decided to come here because its closest to my house. But when I called to see if my order was in I called and they put me on hold but I could here them talking on background for 10 min. It seemed they forgot about me. I had to come in and seemed they had 1 front and 1 tech. I will not return. For a nice newer office its run poorly whished its better since its like 2 min from my house

Waited 45 minutes or so before being acknowledged by staff. And when they did call my name, the staff was unfriendly and rude while they were talking to me. There was an issue with the paperwork that got sent over something about a code error so unfortunately there was nothing that I was able to resolve on my own. They made a poor attempt at trying to contact my doctors office for the information they needed and did not get a hold of anyone since by this time it was close to 5 PM. Very unhelpful. Now I have to come back on another day so that I am not charged twice due to this code error received for one of the tests on the lab work. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the waiting area was clean. Customer service was poor. it was extremely quiet in the waiting room and you could hear everything that was going on in the back when people were talking. Wouldnt hurt to have a little bit of calm music playing or something. The building is also under partial construction so there was a lot of banging and noise going on right outside the office. I really hope that the company and or the owner read these reviews and resolve the many issues.

Customer service is terrible here. They clearly do not care at all about people. Lunch is more important than blood tests that have critical timing.

The customer service here is horrible, they put you on hold, hang up on you, too busy to help, tell you to call back. I called back three times with the same message on the other end of the line, I finally had to get mad and tell them they needed to help me. Ridiculous, you may want to fire some people and hire new.

Five stars, I got there a little after 8, checked in, then presented some paperwork and no more than 5 minutes I was in; process went great, Britney, the girl who took my sample, did an exceptional job, she explained everything and was patient with me, she paid attention to my requests (a lot since I am scared to needles). I highly recommend this location and if you get lucky and Britney is there, I bet you it will be an amazing experience.

Understaffed and inexperienced.

Poorly ran office in Cedar Park with unhelpful staff. Lost my lab work and wouldn’t even bother looking for it or contacting my doctor. Highly unprofessional place.

Showed up 10 minutes early for 8am lab draw and had to stand outside the door, even though a staff member was present. She even got up and let a technician in and closed the door in my face! Terrible.

I had to come back to give them a box with a tube that should have been sent off ....they havent told me one thing just they are having to redraw my blood !

It was easy access and the staff was pleasant to deal with. It was my first trip there.

Never again. Theyve lost my lab work in the past, theyve given me bad information on collection of specimens and have had to make repeated trips because of their error. This has cost me weeks in delays with getting diagnostics done for a serious medical problem. Ill find someone else.
