Seriously, as good as it gets. I had gone to several specialists trying to determine what was wrong when I was having repeated symptoms. I gave her all my tests and historical symptoms, etc. She solved right after looking at all my xrays from years past. You wont find a doctor that will look at your history only current symptoms. She is an excellent, caring doctor.If you have a chance to sign up for Dr. Millers service, do it! She will be full up with concierge clients soon, so I would not wait. Your health depends on it.

Dr. Miller is great. I have referred her to family and friends. She is the gold standard for family doctors.

I joined looking for a more personable experience and Dr. Miller and Practitioner Brandi have delivered just that. I was almost regretting my decision to join as I rarely visit the doctor but after injuring my back, they were quick to get me on steroids and anti-inflammatories. When I visited their office for a follow up Brandi listened to what I was saying intently, this is something I believe most doctors are lacking, at no point did I feel rushed.

For years I have battled the health care system. Disengaged care, overwhelmed doctors offices, terrible scheduling problems, needless office visits for a simple prescription refills and fighting billing and insurance problems. It had actually become a dread to deal with healthcare. Dr. Miller has changed it all for me. She sets a new bar for quality of healthcare. I didnt want to write this review for fear of people finding out how great she is but her office deserves it. She is genuine and authentic. Knowledgable and collaborative. I love everyone at her office (Kristy, Brandi, and Dr. Miller). She and her team are simply the best. They have changed my healthcare dread.

Dr Miller is amazing! I didn’t know there were still doctors like this. When you have meetings with her she always takes so much time and asks lots of questions. I love having her as a Doctor and the price is fantastic!

First doctor Ive seen Im YEARS that actually listens, cares and is willing to help. Ive been treated with respect, seen in a timely manner and have had all calls promptly returned. This is how a doctors office and doctors visit SHOULD be but rarely is anymore. Shes restored my faith in doctors. Im beyond thankful for the time she takes to listen and the sincerity that she demonstrates. Dont give up on getting medical care before youve given Dr. Miller a chance. Ive lived with a debilitating disease for 20 years and only twice have I felt a physician was worth recommending to others. Dr. Miller is worthy of a whole hearted recommendation!!

I moved to Austin from Houston a year ago and one of my biggest fears was finding a doctor here that suited me and I liked since I have ongoing medical issues that still need addressed and monitored. Im not sure how I was introduced to Premier Health MD. I think I was searching online and found the website. Best thing I have ever found online. Dr. Miller was a blessing from God. Im an older patient and Ive gone through many surgeries and doctors over the years and Dr. Miller is like no others. Im not sure about other people but when I go to the Doctors office I prefer to be confident enough in my doctor that I can talk freely to them and not feel uncomfortable about what Im saying. Im not the typical person to write these reviews either but Dr. Miller has rewrote the definition of doctor. When I go to any appointment she and her awesome assistant, Myra are there waiting on me and I never wait to see Dr. Miller. The office is beautiful and I feel like Im going to my friends home and visiting with her. That is how comfortable Dr. Miller makes me feel. I can speak with her freely without leaving out anything that I might feel shy or nervous about. She actually doesnt think Im stupid or silly. What a great feeling. I actually dont dread going to see my doctor. You are great Dr. Miller and Myra. Thank you so much for taking such great care of me.

I normally dont take the time to write reviews but Dr. Melissa Miller at Premier Health absolutely deserves 10 stars and heres why :1.) I called regarding a fairly urgent health issue that needed prompt attention (but I didnt want to go to the typical urgent care) and Dr. Miller herself called me back and was able to see me that same day.2.) There are no middle men involved, so no frustrating insurance to worry about whats covered with what co-pays and all that mess. Its an easy, monthly, VERY affordable rate depending on your age and you know exactly whats included.3.) Unlimited access via text, email or personal cell phone to Dr. Miller. No answering machines or any other middle people.4.) The kindest, professional and timely service of any doctor Ive ever seen. I literally spent an hour from the time I walked in the door (zero wait time ) to the end. She truly respected my time and she was open to any and all questions I had. I never once felt rushed! Wow, what a breath of fresh air!I will be recommending Dr. Melissa Miller to all my friends and family. Im signing my husband up too! Hands down best level of care experience for me. This place is phenomenal. It is beautiful, clean, spacious, warm, and welcoming. It doesnt even feel like a healthcare facility. It feels more like a cozy spa or message center. Dr. Miller is wonderful. I had a consultation appointment with her today, she sat with me for almost an hour explaining the membership plan in detail, then she took my vitals, and discussed treatment options and so on. I told her that I would like to take the membership packet home to read and decided, she agreed and did not even charge me for this initial appointment. I give her five stars. It is hard to find such caring and wonderful doctors like her.

I have really enjoyed the flexibility and professionalism of Dr. Miller and Premier Health MD. Dr. Miller has been super attentive to my health care needs. I have particularly enjoyed her easy availability over the phone and on short notice. I also like having a doctor that can take the time to listen to all my inputs and concerns. Having such an accomplished physician available any time I need her gives me great peace of mind.

Finally ! A doctor that actually listens and is concerned about your well being. I never had a doctor sit and listen to my health issues like her. Dr Miller is a god sent. From seeing me last minute to actually calling me to follow up with bloods and see how I was doing. I see myself being a patient here forever after leaving the cattle house meat grinder of arc. Dr. Miller is very nice. she makes you feel very comfortable. She spends real time with you. She takes the time to listen to your issues and really think and determine the problem. She was very honest with me about things in a very polite way. She went above and beyond to find perceptions for me and the lowest cost in my area. I havent needed to call back yet; But she made me feel as though I could anytime without worrying about bothering her or using to much of her time. The office is so nice. Its beautiful. Its incredibly clean. I felt very comfortable while there. And NO wait at all! I am referring her to anyone looking for the best. Im not used to the concierge style of medicine but I wont go back to the long wait waiting rooms and 5 mins or less of the doctors time type place ever. If I wanted that I would go get an oil change at a quick lube.Thank you Dr. Miller for taking care of me and caring for me!

Dr. Miller is amazing! My dr. before her tried, but wasnt able to successfully manage some ongoing health issues I have. Within a few months, she had my medications straightened out and my symptoms improved. My quality of life is immensely better now! Dr. Miller is kind, patient, and really listens.

I have been a patient of Dr Millers for almost six months now and I am extremely happy with the care she provides. I had been struggling for 18 months with stabilizing my thyroid levels and medication. She was able to get me balanced in two months time. She also effectively addressed a general unwellness I was experiencing. I am able to reach her quickly whenever I have a question or need something, and she reaches out on a regular basis just to check in with me and ask how Im doing. Excellent service and support! Remember when you could call your doctor. You can with Premier Health. Dr Miller responds personally and was even responsive when she was needed on a weekend.

Just met with Dr Miller, after relocating from Fort Worth, the office is nice, and im very comfortable being a patient here. Dr Miller, was very nice, and offered immediate solutions. No more waiting for another doctors office anymore, I get in with 24 hours when Im ill, and at a great price!
