After 3 weeks of calling to inquire regarding pricing for a replacement retainer, someone finally answered responded to my request!!My question was simple. All I wanted to know was if I was eligible to receive a discount that was offered to me in the past. No one could give a straight answer. In the meantime, I wasted lots of time and energy waiting for an answer to a very simple question. Clearly this is NOT how you treat long time patients.

Orthodontic options is by far one of the best orthodontist offices is Miami area. Not only are the doctors professionals, but their staff is amazing! From the front staff to the assistants. Dr.Ringdhal and her staff are always so kind and professional. They made my braces experience so easy, I drive 2 hours to get the BEST service! If you’re planing on getting braces or Invisalign please get your services done here, you won’t regret it. I’ve never had any issues.Also the receptionist are always available to help.
