This review is for the staff at Aventura Dental. Today was my first experience with the dentist and the staff and I was blown away. Erica was my first introduction to the facility and she was just as kind on the phone as in person. I have been going to the same dentist for the last 5-7 years and I will not be going back to him after today. Dr. Bistriz is very informative and his staff follow suit. I had one of the best cleanings and consultations. As someone who just moved form New Jersey to Aventura am so thrilled to find such a wonderful dentist and staff.

This is by far the best dentist that i have ever been to. The hygienist is very attentive to detail in cleaning, and Dr. Bistritz takes the time to explain everything to me. My visits never feel rushed and all my questions are thoroughly answered.I have been a patient for over 10 years, and although I don’t live in Miami anymore I still come in twice a year just for a checkup and cleaning. Quality dentistry care is a #1 priority to me and I highly recommend Aventura Dental Center to everyone.

I have been coming to Aventura Dental for a couple of years now. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My hygienist is amazing. She always takes the time to explain everything and is very gentle. I would highly recommend this place.

As a first time patient, my experience was great. Everyone was super friendly and my dental hygienist (grisel) was super detailed and thorough with my cleaning. The doctor himself was very nice and had a few jokes in him; that made me laugh. The receptionists were sweet and kept their promise when they said they would give me a call back to try to squeeze me in. Only small con is they try to do a hard sell on invisalign. They explain the process to you but had to be in the office an extra 30 minutes for the explanation, scanning of teeth and 3D stimulation process. However, a quick Google search and I was able to find my new dental provider.😊

This place talked me into six week Invisalign treatment I took a loan to pay for the treatment. I had an agreement to pay for the other half with my health expense card from work COVID hit and my employer stop paying as they did in the past with having a wellness check up done first . Then when the wellness check up is done we are only getting $500 as to $1500 that was bing paid all at once in the past . Point is there’s a lady working in this doctors office with very little customer service in doing collections. She calls me on a balance we have an agreement on to be paid off but since I can’t pay the way it was originally agreed to because my employer is not paying the wellness plan in the same matter , this lady in the office with very little to no people skills threatens to cut my treatment , keep in mind this was a 6week Invisalign treatment that started June 2020 we are now in May 2021 I’m not satisfied with the results so I have to keep going back for refinement this is something they don’t like. So In conclusion they stop my treatment they gave me an ultimatum to pay my balance in full or cut my treatment , if I’m not satisfy with my results I’m not going pay notting in full I rate this place poor. It won’t let me post if I don’t hit a star this office is in the Negative of that star.

The staff are kind, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable. They take the time to discuss any treatments, all options and what to expect during the service. I never felt pressured to accept any additional optional services. The manager came in and let me know the cost of the treatments we discussed so that I could make an informed decision of what I wanted/needed.Dr. Bistritz is fantastic and I am so glad to have found a dentist I can trust.

Extremely polite staff. All procedures and any extra costs are explained. My cleaning was done as gently as possible and any discomfort was at a minimum. Excellent service

Went to see this doctor for tartar and plaque issue and all he wanted to do is sell me invisalign.It looks like he is focused on how much he can make from selling you invisalign than fixing your actual problem. I eventually just had to leave. The front desk is completely dis-oriented and had me drive back twice event though I already scheduled an appointment from before.I have no idea how theyre getting all those 5 stars.

I want to indicate that Dr. BISTRITZ is great. The first day I went to his office, I was amazed. He told me the truth concerning fixing my upper teeth. He did a thorough exam. He took X-rays, measurements and photos of my teeth. He told me how much it would cost,. After evaluating my problem, he offered to help me get financing. He took me to his finance manager. First, my credit score was above 700, and had been that way for a while. I did not care how much it cost because my teeth were missing, cracked, and shattered. I was eating and my teeth would crumble. I considered my teeth a train wreck.Well needless to say, I was able to get financing and I was ready to get started. On January 8, 2021, Dr. BISTRITZ tackled my teeth. He removed teeth that were broken. He miraculously fixed my problem teeth. I looked in the mirror and I had teeth. I looked like a new woman. Thanks the Aventura Dental Centerfamily.

It has been 15 years since my husband and I came to Dr. Bistrizs dentist office. Griselle and the front desk receptionists and of course Dr. Bistriz are like family to me. We feel welcome everyone we go there and the most important of all is that our denture are healthy and an excellent hands. Thank you Dr. Bistriz for taking care of me and my husband. I had a great experience in the office, from the girl at the front office who warmly greeted and welcomed me, the billing person, the person who did my evaluation/pictures and the dentist. Everyone was so accommodating and informative, explaining the services from start to finish. It made me feel comfortable and I fully trust they know what they are doing. Highly recommend!

I have been a patient of Dr. Bistritz for many years. I started Invisalign Dec 2019 and finished Nov 2020. The process is time consuming and requires a personal commitment. Very happy with the result. Strongly recommend Invisalign for anybody who wants to have a great smile. Well worth the time and expense.

I wanted to thanks Dr. Bistritz David for his conpation and kindness because the Saturday before Memorial day I call his office and I left a message that I am in pain my dentist said I need a root canal in less then hour he call me back and asked me how much pain do I have I told him a lot and he said my office is close for the Memorial day but I will open just so I can do the root canal for you I was in need for a root canal struggle with pain and he did so on his holiday he never meet me before I became a first time patient to his office that is a Doctor that is care for humans. I had a full mouth veneer makeover done as well as several implants and crowns. The results were great and I received many compliments. Dr. B’s craftsmanship is outstanding as is his depth of knowledge. As a patient you feel that no matter what fetal problem you have, Dr B can make you whole again. Highly recommended.

Great experience at Aventura Dental Center. I felt very nervous in the beginning, but Dr. Bistritz and the whole staff made me feel very comfortable and confident about my decisions during my visit. Everything was explained thoroughly by the patient coordinator, which made me feel even more secure. I was able to get my oral evaluation, my dental cleaning and get started with an invislign case all in one day! I have been waiting to get back to this dentist for years. He is the only dentist that I want to be treated by. Literally. I had him once in 2012 and couldn’t get back because of insurance complications... but now I am back! He is still the BEST almost ten years later! I am so grateful that I will not be experimenting with careless and inexperienced dentists anymore.My husband has an upcoming appointment with Dr. Bistritz, and I told him that it will not be the usual terrifying and uncomfortable experience. They are gentle, careful, honest, and just EXCELLENT ALL THE WAY AROUND. Dr. Bistritz probably doesn’t even remember me from those many years ago, but I sat in his chair just yesterday, and I was thinking: please stick around for a long long time. Excellent service by dentist and staff, ensured comfort during all procedures, provided Invisalign with dummies for temporaries looking like real teeth during my implant procedures. Cant afford it, no worries. Affordable treatment plan is offered with ample payment time. Hes been my dentist for the past three years and so far no complains, therefore hes highly recommend.

It really would be nice if the office would text someone when the office will be closed. I received the text all week long about appointment for today but there wasn’t anyone in the office.

This place was a life saver.I left a voice mail on Sunday December 30 2018 asking for an appointment as soon as they reopen because of severe tooth pain. I was not a patient of the dental center.A couple of hours later I received a call from the doctor informing me that he could open the office and see me that very same day. Remember. Sunday December 30.I went and had a procedure performed that very same day that took away my severe pain and discomfort.A lot of places replied and offered to see me on January 2. But only them replied with an offer to see me the same day (which I honestly hoped for but never expected to happen, on a Sunday and New Years)Thanks for your help and for saving my New Years.
