Don’t bother. There are plenty of dentists that are very good in the area and you don’t need to go to someone who doesn’t care about all their patients.I made an appointment for a cleaning and indicated at the time that I was having some sensitivity in one of my teeth and would like to have the dentist look at it while I was there. It was clearly understood in advance that if he found a cavity or something that needed extra work that I would return at a later time for that. When my Monday morning at 8:30am cleaning appointment was finished at about 9:00am, I asked that the dentist come look at the tooth that was sensitive. I was told that he was busy and I would have to wait at least 30 min for him to come in to look at my tooth for 2 min. I reminded the receptionist that I requested to see the dentist when I made my appointment, and she confirmed that she recalled that. However, the dentist refused to take a few minutes to visit with me. It was first thing Monday morning and I needed to get to my office and I could not wait for half an hour or more to see him for a couple minutes. Additionally I didn’t want to remain in a rude environment waiting for someone who was not considerate of my time. To wait 5-10 minutes would be reasonable, but 30+ minutes - that’s just unacceptable. I paid for my cleaning and left. To add insult to injury, knowing that I left unsatisfied, I never even got a follow up call from their office to try to make things better.I will never go back to Carroll Dentistry and you shouldn’t even both starting. In addition to being good at what they do, every doctor or dentist needs to be considerate and caring for all of their patients and Dr Carroll is not.

Dr. David Carroll is phenomenal, I highly recommend his services to anyone who is looking to restore their smile with Bioclear Matrix. I found Dr. Carroll after extensive research and several attempts to restore my smile due to papillae recession. I was looking for a minimally invasive treatment that could help with my case. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Dr. Carroll is one of the only two certified dentist in FL who are certified in the Bioclear system. I traveled nearly 300 miles for the visit and it was well worth the trip. I made an appointment for a consultation and Dr. Carroll and his staff were extremely accommodating since I was traveling from a different city, they were able to see me the next day after my consultation to complete my treatment. I cannot believe the difference he’s made! It is like night and day and I’m grateful for the work he did. All of his staff is fantastic. Dr. Diana Loor was supporting him during my case and she is so amazing as well. My experience exceeded my expectations and I recommend his practice to anyone looking for great results and wonderful customer service. He definitely has a customer for life in me and I have become a believer in Bioclear, I’m recommending it to all of my friends and family members.

Dr.David Carroll is a true professional. He is very knowledgeable and caring. I have been coming to see him for the last seventeen years and always had a great experience and feel very welcomed at his office. All the staff there are also very attentive and welcoming. I highly recommend anyone looking for a good, honest dentist to go and see David. He is thebest.

My entire experience at Dr. Carroll office was amazing!!! I had broken a piece of my back tooth off eating candy and I was in pain. Dr. Carroll was able to treat me in just one appointment. I was a bit embarrassed to see a Dentist because I have not been in years but this staff was extremely compassionate and made me feel very comfortable through the whole process. Dr. Carroll is a top notch Dentist and because of my experience there I will never go anywhere else.

This dentist and his staff are amazing. I was impressed by the professionalism of the entire office. Dr. Carroll, is kind, genuine person, who took his time to explain everything that I needed and explained it clearly. You can tell that enjoys what he does and takes pride in making a perfect smile. Dr. David Carroll is an excellent dentist! I have been his patient for a year now and cannot imagine myself anywhere else. He takes his time explaining your treatment plan and makes sure that you develop the proper behaviors to prevent future setbacks. The staff is very warm and professional, any concerns or questions they are always available to help.Again, Dr. Carroll is extremely gentle and patient (pain free). He empowers his clients so that they feel in control of their care. I dragged my mother to Dr. Carroll’s office this week, she has not had the best experiences when it came to dentist as a child. Once, after shown the needle that would be used, she hopped out of her chair and ran all the way home. She is usually uncomfortable but with Dr. Carroll and staff is looking forward to her next appointment. There is no need to be anxious, I promise you are in good hands.

Incredible dentist, incredible staff, incredible service. I have been with a lot of dentists and this dental practice is The Best I have seen. David is extremely thorough. I have never had a dentist text me a week later to make sure everything is ok . These people know dentistry and Customer service !

Dr. David is a phenomenal dentist. He is also very kind and personable. I have been going to this practice for about 25 years. I live pretty far away but am more than happy to make the drive for Dr. David, Dr. Lewis and Thea!
