I have been coming here for over 10 years. I moved to south of Tampa but I still come back here anyway. Staff is amazing, really a tranquil place. As you can see has a nice views from the chair!

We have received notice that my son was seen on 8/2/21 , using his dental insurance. However we do not live in nor have we visited the state of Florida. I can get no answers from Valeria Soltanik. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. Valeria Soltanik also billed us in May for dental procedures. Would not give us answers then either. Their billing staff were always busy on another line

The worst experience in my lifethe doctor and the staff are very ruedeand they never fix your problems but make things wordsI did the Invisalign and when they finish never remove the pegament completelythey put me antibiotics in my guns that never workthey did bad root canal and it was a night marethey never take responsibility of anything

Very disappointed that after multiple attempts to resolve a billing dispute the office still has not called me. Over the past 18 months the office has billed us for orthodontic services never received! This is unacceptable practices and others should be made aware!

Been a patient here for almost 15 years. Great dentists here that REALLY care. The office is super nice and clean and staff is very friendly. Love my regular cleanings and if theres ever any more complicated procedure then I know that Ill be well taken care of. Recently went to get SK Align for straightening my teeth and couldnt be happier! Rest assured that you will be in great hands here.

Schedule an appointment, was asked to send insurance over, got there the day of the appointment and to my surprise, they don’t take the insurance I carry. No one bother to let me know before hand. They made me lose time and money for no reason. Very unprofessional.

I travel to Miami every 3 months and I have been going to this office for 10 years. I used to live in Miami and Dr Soltanik has been my dentist ever since. I love the office. The staff is friendly and fast. They are always in a good mood and they remember who you are. I dont feel like just a patient but I feel special. The cleanings are the best. They are very thorough and the office is super clean and modern. This last trip I arrived with a broken tooth (blame it on an almond!) and they fixed it in one day. I got to experience the technology they have for making teeth without having to return another day. I am still amazed at it. My tooth feels better than before and looks even nicer. The staff takes their time to listen to any concerns and always made us comfortable for any procedure that needed to be done. My 7 and 5 year old actually look forward to their check ups! My family and I were patients for more than 10 years, everything was OK when it comes to a little cleaning and such, even though they always want to add something to charge more we were ok with that, but then the HUGE MISTAKES started to happen, to make a long list of things short my wife and my daughter, both of them in different dates lost a tooth because they closed a filling with a cavity still inside and then charged a fortune to fix their own mistake and also we paid to have my daughters wisdom teeth pulled out and they left one inside, we went back and they took out just part of it saying it was stuck into a nerve, because my daughter was complaining about a pain in that area we took her to another clinic and they took that tooth out saying it was loose inside.We will never go back and I ask any one to do the same, BAD BAD professionals

A good friend of mine recommended this clinic to me and I must say that I have had the best experience ever. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the dentist is very professional. Raquel, the hygienist (ask for her) is exceptional and if you are looking for a deep cleaning—she is absolutely the best! After my deep cleaning, my teeth were whiter and felt so slick, but what I liked the most was her detailed explanations and recommendation about oral health . She is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Disappointed they refused to address the two dental problems I wanted resolved. But they were sure to find a host of other services to provide, so every time I went Id spend at least $250, even when sparsing out the treatments.Treatments my other dentists didnt recommend. Only Dr. Soltanik seemed to find my dental health so bad. Felt like I was getting the third degree, like repeated questioning of whether I floss after Id said I do so religiously.The last straw was when they wanted to charge $35 to email me my X-rays, for which Id already paid out of pocket. That confirmed I was being nickle-and-dimed. When I said Id found a new dentist, they didnt even ask why.Shiny office, clean with good technology. I do like the male Dr. Soltanik, who has a kinder bedside manner.

Ive been going to Dr. Soltanik for well over a decade now, even before she opened her current office. She always does a great job, explains clearly any procedures that need to be done and is honest. Even though I now live in New York I make time to stop at the office on one of my frequent trips back to Miami. Most recently I was treated by Dr. Fernando, who took just as much care of me as Dr. Valeria. As it was my last day in Miami, he and his assistant stayed well past closing time so as to complete my treatment. I cant recommend them enough.

Went here a few years ago for a root canal and crown. Had problems from day 1 as the crown never fit right and kept falling off. About 9 months later they told me I needed to have the root canal redone because the crown had leaked and compromised the tooth below. On top of the pain and inconvenience this caused, they tried to charge me to re-do the root canal they messed up! Fast forward to today (several years later) and my crown is loose again. My new dentist told me the crown that was put on (and continually re-cemented in place after falling off multiple times) never fit right and has been leaking and causing decay below. Now I need an implant. Stay away from this office and go to a periodontist for root canals/crowns!

Extremelly happy with the Soltanik dentists. I must say I am happy and adore the whole staff. I have a very busy lifestyle and they make sure I am reminded of my appointments, and they check everything beforehand (insurance, etc) so that when I show up everything is ready.I have been going to this office for 4 years. I get my cleanings done every 4 months and it is the most pleasant experience. They are top of the line.I have done whitening yesterday and I am still looking every 5 minutes because I am so happy with the results. I have been holding on this treatment because I used to suffer from sensitivity but I must say that I should have done this years ago. Sooooooo happy.Love my hygienist Maria and the Doctors. Best office ever! I was super afraid of the dentist and everybody was like family and they made me feel so comfortable and I was not scared at all. The hygienist was super, and I had all my work done and feels amazing. I want to thank both Drs Soltanik and also the assistant Deibis which is the sweetest. I totally recommend this place and now that all my treatment is done I will continue for my cleanings.

Horrible experience. SCAM. I went there for a regular cleaning that they told me is $60 for the cleaning, panoramic picture and other pics of my teeth. Got there, they scan all my mouth and after they pull me back in a room and they told me that I need a deep cleaning, cavitation fix, teeth whitening, braces etc. I told then I just want my cleaning. After all that, they told me they cant do the regular cleaning because I have pariodental and they cant do it. So, I asked then for my money back or a part of it because I paid for a cleaning. They told me no money back ...so I left there with no cleaning and my money gone. Horrible experience, they never mentioned that if u have periodontal disease u cant get a cleaning. So, pls be careful with this place. I will report them as well Florida bord of medicine.

Dr Soltanik and her team were our dentist for 3 years.They were nice people.Charging way over priced fees to the insurance and the patient but it seems to be common practices in this industry.Anyway 3 weeks ago my wife and I moved out of state, and we had a regular appointment scheduled for May 8th.This morning I called to cancel our 2 May 8th appointments by courtesy and for them to be able to schedule another patient.At the same time I requested our medical records to give them to our new dentist when we will have done our researches and picked our new one in our new city.I was expecting just a ok, can you fill out this needed paperwork, not at all the nice assistant told me that to be able to give me my own medical records she would have to charge me $35 by person. Sorry my medical records are mine and I never asked for them before, another technique to rip off the clients. It is a shameful practice that I wanted to share.The situation would have been different if I would have asked for the same records again and again.Is sending an email cost $35?Not in my world....Dr Soltanik, you and your office obviously are not caring of your patients, you are taking us for a ride and want to squeeze every penny out of every situation.Keep our records, karma is a b.....

The service is ok, nothing to write home about, but definitely not bad. Just dont give them your email address, they will put you on a mailing list that nobody seem to manage, and you cant unsubscribe as they do not seem to comply with the most basic of internet privacy regulations and there is no unsubscribe button on the emails. Im fed up and definitely not going back.

Initially I saw and really like Dr. Valeria Soltaniks approach; then later I took my children to see Dr. Fernando Soltanick, and they loved him and have amazing teeth!! I would really recommend them.

Made an appointment for 330. Went in on time, filled out the form, waited, waited, waited, then I waited some more. While I was waiting I see a bunch of people walk in after me and they had appointments for after 430 yet they got taken in before me. Usually I wouldnt write a review but this service was horrible. No one likes to wait at the dentist and 2 hours was waaay too much specially after I made an APPOINTMENT.

Dr. Soltaniks office amazes me once again with their low to non existent level of professionalism. I spoke to Wilmer at the office 2 weeks ago and he was quite understanding about the fact that i didnt have a printer at home to print out the release form for my ex rays. He said he would accept a written email stating i authorize the release. I send in this email today, and DR VALERIA SOLTANIK herself came on the phone to tell me she needs the form. I explain to her that wilmer from her office told me differently 2 weeks ago. She states that she will not apologize. Doesnt care if its another dentist or my puppy who needs the ex rays she needs the form and no email will make do. My puppy??? Folks i cant make this up. also i feel again their was a language barrier when wilmer informed me that an email will make do.

Its a worst Dental place ever Where I have been. The first time I had to wait 60m ,today I was waiting 30m extra.The first doctor made mistake,my Teeth became sensitive and was bleeding. Never choose this place!!!!!

Came in for a free consultation. Was required to provide all my information, which I questioned becuase I wanted a second opinion. But I provided all my insurance and personal info. The wait was outrageous and her own clients were complaining. I should have left right there. After the 5 min consultantation, I was stoped on my way out to pay the bill. I was outraged why I was charged for a free consultation. Paid $40 for a free consultation. Stay away!

Worst expierence EVER! Every time at Valeries office they staff is very rude and uneducated. Valerie herself is an awful dentist. They will tell you, you have cavities when you do not. I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to go to this horrible dentist office. Valerie should retire and take a class in customer service. You go for a cleaning and they start adding in things they tell you, you need then your teeth hurt for 2 years later. Went for a cleaning and they refused because x-rays that are only supposed to be done every 3 years she wants every year so she can again rip her clients off. Typical pathetic Miami trash!

I went to the office for an orthodontic consultation, free consultation, what became in an very expensive charge to my insurance, that is all they want, get money of them. Poor service and Long wait. Completely dishonest.
