Been a patient of Dr Cohen’s for many years.Today I went in because I had a crown come out.I had an appointment for a cleaning in two weeks but they were able to do both today My appointment was for 1pm. By 12:50 I was already in the chair. Well organized office.I would recommend Dr Cohen to anyone

Amazing office they take good care of my mother genfeaf m. She has the whitest and healthiest teeth out of all of us.

When I call to make the appointment, I ask if the take my insurance because I had to have a tooth extract and my insurance covers a tooth extracting for free And they told me yes they can do it because they take my insurance. After they took ex rays and clean my teeth the dentist told me the surgeon they use does not take my insurance. How convenient. The person that did my cleaning was good but the equipment was broken so she had to do it manual. No laser water cleaning. Then they charge a copay.?? Also the air conditioner did not work.

Ive been going to Dr. Cohen for years and hes a wonderful dentist! His staff is ALWAYS friendly and Ive never waited more than 5 minutes! I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months but yesterdays experience was truly fantastic!!! Lisa did the cleaning and was gently and so fabulous my teeth feel great! Shes a total professional yet so friendly and kind! Dr. Cohen gave me an estimate for some work I need next week and, as always, his prices are more than fair. I am 70 years of age .I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Cohen and his staff about six weeks ago. Nothing but the best for this Doctor and his proffesional staff. They are all about patient care.The office is equipped with all the latest dental equipment. Dr. Cohen concentrates on performing procedures with the least amount, of pain , and takes his time to explain everything to his patients. Dr Cohen and his highly skilled staff are wonderful. I never have to wait. The hygeinist appointments are excellent. I recently had crown replaced which was painless and I now have a Hollywood smile. I could not be more satisfied with the care I receive.

I had my first appointment about a week ago and Im not impressed. I didnt get a good cleaning. Usually I can squeeze a little air between my bottom teeth after a cleaning but that wasnt the case. You would think that since Im pregnant and cant get Xrays, they would spend time cleaning properly. After the cleaning, I was moved to another room, which I found strange. Usually the doctor comes to you. I was the first appointment in the morning at 8 am. I got there early to fill out paperwork as I was asked. I was taken in for my cleaning and done by about 8:45. I waiting for the doctor until 9:30 who wasnt there yet. I overheard the staff saying he wasnt there so I got up to ask if he would be long. They said 10 minutes. I waited another 20-25 minutes. I finally heard the dentist come in and immediately went to help other patients who came in after me. At 9:30 I got up and said I need to reschedule. The dentist was finally ready to see me so that took about 5-7 minutes for nothing. All in all, Im disappointed and seriously reconsidering my choice. The only pro I would say is the office manager, Lynette, was super helpful and really nice. She is the shining light.

Excellent service!! I’ve been going here for many years and I would recommend this place to everyone. At this office, everyone here is helpful and courteous. I am hesitant to go to the dentist out of fear of pain but the dentist here are so gentle.

Took me in immediately to fix a small problem. Gave me a decent price to fix problem.xrays.teeth cleaned. In and out in one hour. Hygienist really knows what she is doing.i felt like i had a new set of teeth when i walked out of her room. Dr fixed my small repair in 5 minutes. Found a new dentist. My old one is too far to drive. Im happy.

I was very impressed how well and organized this practice is. Not only the doctor did a wonderful job with my boyfriends implant, the staff members were so welcoming and sweet. What a gem in Adventura!While I was waiting for him, they have asked me if I needed anything. My phone was out of battery and they went out of their way to help me find charger to charge my phone. They made small conversation with me and made me very comfortable that I didnt know I was waiting for him for almost 2 hour! Will highly recommend this place who is looking for top notch service, awesome experience with great result.

This people are very dishonest. expensive, poor quality, they never told me how much they charge me for my implant, any day they give me new high charges. finally didnt finish. charges were going over $4000 for one implant.plus charging my insurance. on top of it. they did deep cleaning in 15 minutes. all ways took few hours other places. they damaged my gum. very bad. very dishonest people.

Primary concern: 2nd opinion on a tooth.When I called to make the appt. I was asked if I wanted a cleaning and I said no. I wanted the dentist to evaluate a tooth and let me know what my options were. I was told this could be done therefore I scheduled my appt.I arrived to my appt. today on time and anxiously waited to hear the prognosis. The waiting room was nice, the lady at the front was also pleasant. I was asked again about a cleaning and again I declined.After I filled out my paperwork I was escorted by whom I thought was the dental assistant, when I entered the room I realized it was the hygiene room. I explained to Lisa that Im not interested in a cleaning I just wanted the doctor to evaluate a tooth. She asked me when was the last time I had a cleaning, told her its been a while. She convinced me to get a cleaning and even took a x-ray on the tooth in question. When the cleaning was over she told me to follow her, I thought I was going to be placed in a room for the Dentist to see me. To my surprise I was led out to the front to pay my co-pay.I asked the lady in the front what happen to the doctor? That is who I asked to see, thats who my appointment was for, the reason I drove 1hr. and 15mins! She apologized and told me hes still working on a patient and that hes been working on the patient for 2 hours now. I understand things happen so I volunteered to wait, told her I dont need treatment today I would like him to take a look at the x-ray/tooth and let me know what can be done. We agreed and I sat and waited for 20 minutes to be told the doctor cannot see me.Im very upset that I was misled, this was a waste of my time. I walked in with a problem walked out with the same problem. Never spoke with or saw the doctor. My 1st time here and my last.
