Coming from someone who is afraid of the dentist, my first visit to Dr. Frost was great! I went there to diagnose an issue tooth, and her treatment plan was not only fair, but also cost-conscious and her recommendations were to try every possible option before proceeding with a painful and costly root canal, which I appreciate. Most other dentists just wanted to jump immediately right into a root canal and crown for the tooth, but not Dr. Frost! I like her one step at a time approach to try to save the tooth. Her and all other staff were friendly and caring!

They are the best care dental in the area and they are always great helping you to make you feel comfortable and safe. Always kind and respectful ready to help.

I was recommended by a friend to Dr. Frost since I am fairly new to the area. Since the first day I have had great experience. I had a deep cleaning that was much needed and the dental assistant was amazing, all of the girls are including the Dr. Frost she has the most delicate hands when working on your mouth. I’ve done a couple things with the team and honestly no complaints. And due to the pandemic the safety precautions are 100%. I would recommend this team to anyone even if you aren’t in the area!

Well I thought it was a great place, but they re did a crown, and both times I was there, they left a piece of string inside of my gums, !!!My gums kept on bleeding and was very k flamed and thought it was because they worked on me, but my own body was causing the inflammation to expel the thread !Plis now i can’t chew on that side for some reason . I came for one problem and now I have a much bigger one for some reason .. I’m supposed to go back but I’m scared, cause I went back for them to fix it and the thread thing happened again .So … I wound not go again .

I LOVE coming here. Every single team member here is extremely kind, caring and professional. The place is always clean, prices are fair.I especially like how they always smile and you can feel the vibe all around. On top of everything, you have an oven view !!! Where do you get that?

Everyone at the office was extremely kind and caring. Got a follow up call from Doctor following visit which showed incredible caring and genuine interest in my well being. Tooth cleaning was deep and very good with no pain at all. Would recommend as a great operation. Oh and the views you get to enjoy while there are stunning. I have been going to see Dr Frost for over 2 years, and I just love going to her office, her staff is super friendly and efficient , I have never had a problem making or rescheduling any appointment. Even while in quarantine if I needed to make an emergency appointment they would take care of me with no problem.I always feel super comfortable with anything they do. Cleanings are one of the things I hate most but they sure make it easier, I have never had such a deep cleaning and so fast.Now with COVID-19, they are 110% taking care of the cleaning of every area.If you need a new dentist this is it!

I went in for a cleaning and check up. The office looked well taken care of and clean, as did the equipment. The cleaning was done without numbing the gums which I later found out I could have just asked for but that did not ruin the experience. I then saw Dr. Frost who was calm, nice, and gentle. She took her time to review and explain any questions I had. I felt I was in good hands and plan to make this my go to dental office!

The office was clean. The window view once inside was very relaxing! The people who took care of me were nice. While the doctor was quick, it was not bad. Came here during the pandemic with my wife and I for routine dental cleaning. They also have wifi, which Pamela (receptionist) was able to kindly provide access to. Dental service looks clean. View is relaxing. The hygienist appeared to be very kind, and the service we received was excellent. We saw the Dr. Rafaella Correa Pinto. She spoke with passion and expertise to my wife on a Saturday for over 20minutes to explain to her the pragmatics and rationale behind her treatment and proposed future treatment plan. I think weve finally found our family dental office.

I went in for a cleaning and check up. I was taken in right away with no wait. The front desk staff were very helpful. The dental hygienist and Dr. frost were very friendly and and answered all my questions. My only disappointment was at the end of the appointment they mentioned i should use a specific toothpaste and charged me $27.00 for it. When i came home my husband told me they gave him that same toothpaste for free as a sample.Overall I was very happy with this practice.

These ladies are all absolutely amazing. My hygienist, Nayelis was extremely gentle yet very thorough. I have never experienced anything like that before. For the first time I did not feel any pain during my cleaning and I know that it was due to her gentleness because I hadnt had a cleaning in 2 years. This was my second visit to Frost Dental Center, this time for a cleaning and to replace a sealant. The office itself is very light and airy and calming (good for those who dont like going to the dentist!) I didnt wait at all to be seen and went straight from the cleaning to the sealant and was done in a little more than an hour. The staff and Dr. are all great and very accommodating; constantly asking if youre comfortable.

I randomly picked Frost dentistry through my insurance recommendations. I was just looking for a routine cleaning in an office nearby. But what a lucky pick! Wonderful office, very knowledgeable staff and everyone is exceptionally nice. Every time I get a cleaning there my teeth look like Ive done some whitening, the best cleaning Ive ever gotten by a long way! My husband had some minor work done and just had the best experience too. Nobody pushes unnecessary procedures. I mean, I just cant recommend this place more.
