If you truly care about your loved one do not (I repeat do not) send them to this nursing facility. There is only one caring and semi honest nurse in the place. The food is good and delivered in a timely manner. The house keeping keeps the home quite clean. These are the only pluses about this place.The abuse, neglect an ignorance in this place is unbelievable.The photos of the resident’s rooms that are posted on their website are totally deceiving. The rooms are cramped with antique manual beds.

I worked there for a while, the place was nasty and run very poorly

So i was brought to Vero 2 weeks ago. with the inability to walk due to spinal cord injury. When i got thhere i was completely ignored. I had to ask for a wheel chair to get to bathroom. No one helped me th3me whole time i was there. The nursing department is horrible they treat u poorly. The food is horrible. Its infested with mice. On my discharge date i was lead to believe all services were put in order for me to leave. And nothing was down not a visiting nurse, rides to appointment werent set up nothing. The staff is soo lazy. DO NOT COME HERE ITS HORRIBLE. CALL THE BOARD OF HEALTH AND ELDER SERVICES. THEY WILL TELL U HOW BAD. I WISH I DID B4 I WENT

As a professional Guardian I go to more than 25 nursing homes each month visiting the people I care for.Worcester Health center is on of the best that I see. They have many long term staff that are caring and happy to be there. They have wonderful activities every day. They are always trying to improve and they are always open to feedback. They work hard to care for their residents as they should be cared for.I would recommend the faculty to anyone including my own family members.

Horrible interaction, I call to ask some questions and someone blows air into the phone really load and then hangs up, I can’t imagine how they treat the patients!

A family member was recently a patient here. This facility only has a few good caring people if you are lucky to get them. The rest of the staff is not truthful, attentive or observant when it comes to your needs. They will cover for each other if necessary. If you have an elderly family member here, it would be in your best interest to check on them FREQUENTLY to be sure their needs are met. My opinion is that you do not use this facility, it falls below any care standards I have and that is based on my family members experience there.

We are under new leadership and thriving..we now have a full time pulmonary program and are Vohra certified for wound care..Every building has obstacles from the past to overcome. All members of our management team have open door policies and would love to here directly with residents past and future and their family and friends...

This facility and its incredible staff managed to get my family member to learn how to help himself...a task many have tried, and failedHe even liked the food!I

My grandfather came home last week we have only good things to say. Especially the unit 2 staff.

Well I’m rating when worked there in 2006 the Cnas were not good most of them. The nurses were not paying attention to the floor so care giving to residents was very poor

Extremely unprofessional, major lack of care. As soon as the patient entered things progressively got worse without any explanations. No answers no communication, It was if they were trying to hurt him specifically.DO NOT send any loved ones to this horrible nightmare of a ‘health’ center.
