Absolutely horrible. DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE. They basically left my family member in bed during Covid. Ever heard of a bed sore? Youll get one from the lack of care here. Place needs an overhaul of management, facilities are disgusting (feces on toilet seats, shower stalls were disgusting, mold growing, ceiling tiles missing) Terrible, should be shut down. They basically were the beginning of the demise of my family member. Terrible communication, as I said, DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE. They will decline. Such a shame. FYI 5 star reviews on here are posted BY THEIR OWN STAFF. BEWARE

Odd fellows is a wonderful environment with such wonderful staff to assist the residents! They go above and beyond to be sure all resident wants and needs are met! The dedication and loyalty provided to all residents has been admirable.

What can I say about the Odd Fellows, I love it here, I really do. I know no place is perfect, but after living here for going on three years I can not imagine living someplace else. The staff especially is the best, always friendly, helpful, and when need be they go above and beyond.

ME MYSELF AND I , WORKED AT ODD FELLOWS HOME I TOOK TIME OFF AND WENT BACK , I HAD TO GO BACK I MISSED FEELING PART OF AND MAKING A DIFFERENCE I AM ONE OF THE RECEPTIONIST WHO TAKES RECEPTIONING SERIOUS I WORK WITH OUTSTANDING STAFF WHO ARE WILLING TO ROLL THEIR SLEEVES WITH ALL HANDS ON DECK , HERE AT ODD FELLOWS HOME WE MAKE IT A HABIT OF STARTING THE DAY WITH DETERMINATION AND ENDING IT IN SATISFACTION

I am continually astonished by the quality care staff at the Odd Fellows provide. Myself and my co-workers hold ourselves to a gold standard. The residents and staff create a therapeutic mileu.

My mother was a resident, at Odd Fellows Home, We were very pleased with the love & care that she received. The staff was very intentive to all her needs, very nuturing & friendly staff. Her room was always cleaned, good variety of meals & activities. Administration always available.

I absolutely love the Odd fellows Home of MA. The staff really care about what they do. They have made sure that everyone is safe especially during these trying times.

This place is HORRIBLE! If you truly care about your loved ones/family you will NOT send them here to suffer! This place is a living hell for residents! Staff are mean and rude and they give dirty looks to both family members and staff. They talk meanly to the residents and do not help them the way they should. People will be walking up and down or in their wheelchairs going all over the place crying and screaming and the staff do not pay attention to them but they will yell at them to stop. They are not caring what so ever. They have left people in socking wet clothes, and do not tend to the people the way the staff should. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOUR LOVED ONES!!!! THEY WILL ONLY SUFFER!!!

I would give this place no stars if I could. They have my uncle and I cant tell you the amount of turmoil we are going through because they dont want to do theyre jobs. They are trying to kill my uncle and if you put your loved one here they will go through hell.

This nursing home is disgusting. Smells of urine all the time. The CNA are lazy and do not care about the residents. I find them hiding in residents room sitting on their behinds playing on their phones. I wouldnt let my own pet stay in a place like this.

This nursing home is terrible!! The staff will completely ignore the needs of the patients because, you are getting on my nerves. Stop asking me the same thing. Go away!! The residents were never taken care of in a timely manner. Most walked around in dirty clothes for the whole day because their bath time was not until 3:00. Meals were always an issue to deal with. The trays were never right, which upset the residents, the nurse would call down to the kitchen, where they would get upset.Orientation and training nurses was to throw you up on the floor and expect to be able to pass out all the medications for the residents very quickly. The residents do not wear identification bands, so except for there possibly being a picture of the patient in the med book, you would have no idea who you were giving meds to. VERY DANGEROUS!! They also put patients with same first name in same room, or patients with same last name on the same hall. Very easy to confuse which patient you were giving meds to because you didnt know who they were as stated above. VERY DANGEROUS!! And did I mention that there would be 2 nurses in charge of 29 patients a shift!!?!!?! That is so dangerous to the patient as well as the nurse.If you are considering working there, please think again, and please dont put you family members safety at risk by putting them into this nursing home.

Absolutely terrible nursing home. Do not put your loved one here. The staff ignores patients and is incredibly disrespectful. My family member with dementia was over medicated and unsupervised. He fell several times and was left with bruises. The staff only showered him or cleaned his room when we complained. Any elder without an active advocate will be completely ignored here.
