Love being able to visit my mother. Looking forward to being able to include more people (grandchildren) in the visitation. Also looking forward to seeing her room and meeting the nurses, Brandi and other staff she is involved with.

The nurse manager on the 1st floor at Beaumont, Erica Souza, has been a godsend for my mother, Dee Dimitri. Erica is the epitome of a caring nurse. She brings a calmness to my mother’s daily life when my mom is struggling. In doing so, Erica also brings a peace of mind to me during what is otherwise a very stressful time. In short, she is the ultimate health care professional. Beaumont should be proud to say she is one of their own. I wish her all the best for the holidays and a very Happy New Year!

My mother was here for a short time before moving to in-home hospice. Every one of the caregivers who we encountered were wonderful. The care team had made a plan for training us to help her in and out of bed, how to record medication dosing, how to monitor certain physical and mental symptoms so that we could provide accurate information to the hospice nurse... and when she unfortunately experienced a rapid decline, made a new plan and gave us new information, and even arranged to release her earlier so she could be home.Thank you to everyone who helped care for my mom, and care for us.

My Father was in hospice care at Beaumont for a week before he passed away. I would have preferred a private room all things considered, but it was workable. He shared a room with a sweet old gentleman with a nice family. The staff was extremely competent and you could tell they cared greatly about the patients. At times they had more to do than they could handle and it took awhile to get assistance, but given we were there for end of life care we were with my Dad around the clock so we could cover. Again, the staff were great and very caring so no knock on them. But they could have used some extra hands. The hospice staff from Salmon were great as well, very responsive to our needs. They even had food service brought in for the family since we were there 24/7. I never want to be in a position to need hospice services again, but if/when I do I would definitely avail of Beaumont again.

I have spent 17 days at this facility for knee surgery. The facility is very clean and organizedA. The nursing Staff are great in general but under staffed. One negative aspect Is the food is served cold and not what I selected from the menu. The most positive aspects of my stay at this facility Were two physical therapist technician Brian Conion & Rob Ashton and one occupational therapist Cindy all three were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my recovery.

This place seems clean and the staff courteous but my Godmother who is 97 and cannot walk, is being sent home because they are telling her that she needs to sell her house if she can continue to stay there. The problem is that her home is caught up in some legal issues (a trust) and after a year and a half under the care at Beaumont, they are sending her home unless she can find a way to sell her house. It feels a bit like a cat an mouse game, but apparantly they are serious. We, her neighbors have no idea how she can care for herself, yet its been us who have been trying to get her home ready for her. The facility is being fierce about it, the director even yelling at her nephew who is 70 himself and not in good health, saying things like Well, then just sell the house then she can stay here as the state will cover the rest. It just sounds like strong-arming. Beaumont sent a nice team to come inspect her house, and make recomendations of what she needs, but nothing else. Now, two days before she comes home they are telling her that you know, if you officially refuse, they cant kick you out and they are forcing her to walk with a walker down the hall (obviously to legally say that she can walk even though both of her feet are bandaged up. Now, two days before she is coming home there is no wheelchair ramp, no wheel chair, no bed and jsut the room we all helped clear out in her living room. The entire issue seems wrong. We are all certain that once home in her home, she will fall again in a weeks time, and die because of this decision of Beamont forcing her to leave. At least we all are filming the story as its sadly ridiculous. Not to mention that this is a professional woman who owned her own insurance company for 30 years and who lost her husband 25 years ago. No 97 year old should be treated this way. I dont blame the fine staff and services at Beaumont, clearly this is a decision being made at a higher level. It just seems that some alternatives could have been proposed before driving her back to her home unprepared and left to fend for herself. Now I will be making her meals and running them over and a nurse from the Jewish Home who lives next door will help, but is this really enough? She has no family except her 70 year old nephew, but he can do little given his hip replacement. The entire neighborhood is shocked and working to get the media involved, and raising money for a good lawyer but until then, we are filming the sad story just to document it.

I’m giving them one star because I have work for this company for not even a week and they hired me full-time and they cannot guaranteed you hours at all in the kitchen so if you are going to apply I would cancel your application at this moment of time ..

I actually worked for this place and its horrible cockroaches everywhere the nurses are rude some of them actually hit the elderly. The bosses are rude changing schedules and not telling the staff so they could purposely call them and tell them theyre late. You have to pay for food thats about to be thrown away which is unnecessary when theres people dying for a piece of bread. If you speak only English good luck theres mostly Portuguese Brazilian Spanish and Africans. The boss in houskeeping is Brazilian so obviously he sticks to his Brazilian people and give them all the chances they want. To be renovating things inside the building that doesnt need to be redone is ridiculous they should be putting a trash chute and laundry chute so the chances of catching some kind of disease is less. They make the workers pickup pickh that my house poop outside of the bag pee leaking out from the bottom and dripping all over the floor or person whos doing the job at that time. Above all is just nasty and disgusting there I recommend nobody going to live there or work there.

In the area of rehabilitation they are good. The patent entered prostrate and walked out. but he came out overweight. The place should improve the cleanliness of the facilities almost always smells of urine. In the laundry area they have only one person to deal with this task, so I will tell you that the clothes are lost. I was personally in charge of washing her clothes for the patient I was visiting and I put a sign on her that said no laundromat even though they didnt have to wash her clothes, all her clothes were lost. I think they are understaffed for so many patients. It may also be that there is a lot of employee adornment, that is, in the offices and little on the floors.
