Dr. Le preformed my son’s strabismus surgery and the results are incredible after only one surgery! His vision in the affected eye was so poor when we first started seeing Dr. Le that he could barely count fingers in front of his face. After surgery he can now see pictures from across the room! Thank you so much Dr. Le! 😊

I was referred to Dr. McKillop because I heard he was very good at doing cataract surgeries. After the surgeries he said I still had cloudiness in my eyes. He recommended I get a yag laser treatment in one of my eyes to clear the cloudiness and then will do the other eye a week later. He was enthused about the laser treatment and said it would make my eyes clearer And I would be much happier. He did not tell me of any risks. I trusted him. After that treatment I developed horrible IOL lines running through my eyes and multiple floaters. I went to him for about six months and there was really nothing that he wanted to do Except run up multiple bills on my insurance for testing that was unnecessary. I guess the straw that broke the camels back was when he told me he is not responsible for this and that I knew the risks. He never explained any risks about the laser. I was scared enough getting my cataracts done. He said all this in a stern voice very up close. It was intimidating and I lost all my faith in him. I don’t think any professional doctor should talk to a patient in that manner. I cried when I left. He had recommended I see a retinol doctor In their facility but I canceled that appointment. I am now seeing another facility and doctors who are much more caring and getting better information about what has happened. I do not recommend Dr McKillop. He lacks the ability to be kind and compassionate. He definitely did not explain things to me in a manner that I could understand. what kind of an eye doctor is that? By the way several times I had to wait in the lobby sometimes 45 minutes to an hour because he was running behind. I own a business and I had to call my clients to tell them I was running late this is very unprofessional of a doctor to be running that late with his patients.

Dr. Roya Habibi diagnosed me with dry eye disease last year. For years, other eye care doctors told me that dry eyes were a sign of aging. I faithfully followed their suggestions, but they were not enough to alleviate my symptoms.Dr. Habibi is a specialist in the field of dry eyes. She uses professional diagnostic tools and treatment methods that were new to me. Dr. Habibi is upbeat and positive. I now have tools in my toolkit on how to live with my dry eyes and I am no longer in pain. I would enthusiastically recommend her to any of my friends.

[Late for appointment]No free/available parking outside. Took a long time to park, there’s a public parking right outside the building that only takes cash. (Which was of no use to me). There is also a garage to pay and park, they apparently accept card payment, so would recommend that one. All in all, for someone new to the area, it took a long while to find a spot to park. I was 7 mins late for the appointment when I reached the front desk and was not allowed to visit the doctor, and asked to reschedule.I was told to reach at the exact time, no early no later, so not having considered the extra time it took to park, I was late. Though I realize the importance of being on time, Staff didn’t seem very accommodating or flexible. Reason for low rating.

This was my initial visit to this office last Friday. I do have some mobility issues, so I was a bit concerned about the office logistics. However, after easily parking my car, getting to the office was quite easy. My greeting at the receptionist desk was professional, but still encumbered with the requisite pandemic precautions. I filled out some necessary forms while waiting for the staff member to escort me to the exam room. I did not catch the name of the lady that expertly and professionally performed the initial part of my eye exam. It was only a few brief moments after she had completed her portion of my examination that Dr. McKillop came into the room, we introduced each other. He had a professional mannerism and knowledgeable demeanor about him that enabled me to put myself at ease as he continued the eye examination. We talked a bit about his profession and my family acquaintance with one of his sudden recently departed colleagues , Dr. Alan Crandall, in my hometown in Utah. We also spoke about the referral of me by my optometrist to his practice for the purpose of improving my deteriorating vision. It became quite obvious that he was quite knowledgeable and informative with me about his plan for the requited next steps to accomplish this corrective surgery To be honest, I was initially nervous about the thought of undergoing this procedure. However, after this initial visit, I am much more at ease and certainly much more confident in Dr. McKillops skill and expertise in helping me to correct and improve my vision. Thank you.

Dr. Heffernan knocked my ptosis surgery out of the park! My right eye muscle, in particular, was so loose my lid draped over half of my eye. Other docs wanted to do a mullerectomy, another faster (and perhaps easier on the surgeon) approach going in from the inside of the lid. However, Dr. Heffernan carefully explained to me that that approach is if you only have a few mm to lift a lid. For those who had the surgery done this way, I could see that there was little difference in their patients before and after pics. The surgeon cant see as well. I needed a lot of lift and it looks perfect now. Both eyelids are even with minimal scarring after 2 weeks. Everyone was great and very patient with me, as I took several years and doctor interviews to take the leap.So glad I did this with Dr. Heffernan!!! I am amazed at how my vision has improved and my eyes are wide open again. He is a very skilled, knowledgeable and patient doctor. The anesthetist, Dr. Chau (?) was also excellent.

I’ve been seeing Dr Kelly for many years now and he is an excellent ophthalmologist: pleasant, personable, and professional. Also patient. I am a complicated case and he takes the time to clearly explain everything thoroughly and non-judgementally. Sometimes the waiting room wait is long, but worth it AND I know he’s going to be as equally thorough with me as with the patient before or after me β€” and that extra level of care can throw scheduling to the wind. I was referred to Dr. Gillette by the surgeon who botched my cateract surgery. He may be a good doctor, although he wasnt able to help me. Cant say if that was because of him or because my problem isnt fixable. But he was a whiny, petty little puke who discharged me from his practice because I had the nerve to comment on the fact that he kept me waiting, twice, for over an hour. Dr. Gillette also apparently keeps horrible notes, because he could not remember from one visit to the next what the plan for trying different solutions was. It was like starting over each time and I never had any confidence that we were following a trial-and-error based experiment through to its end. At my last appointment he wanted to try a certain prescription contact lens but he didnt have it in store so he gave me another one to try instead and said, if it didnt work, I should call in for the preferred one. That was the visit in which I said I didnt appreciate being kept waiting for an hour (his response, OK). When I called back for the other lens, I was told Dr. Gillette was sorry but he couldnt help me anymore, even though we were still trying solutions. What a baby!
