My child and I see Dr Rachel Lehman, but everyone that we have interacted with from the front desk to phlebotomy have been excellent. Rachel really listens, and when she makes a decision she uses integrity. It really feels like she communicates clearly her methodology. I feel safe going here, and thats a big deal. Dr. Lehman doesnt gaslight. She cares about hearing you out and helping you meet your health goals. We are so grateful.

I’m reading through all the reviews and those who gave 5 stars, I 100% agree. I’ve seen both Dr Joyner and Dr Briggs and both are extremely kind, straightforward, and knowledgeable. For all other doctors I can remember (and I moved around a lot so it’s a lot) the front desk staff are brusque and unhelpful. Here they’re friendly both on the phone and in person.If you’re looking for a doctors office in Raleigh, NeighborHealth is a great option.

This place is a blessing! My pediatrician Dr. Weathers is incredible and everyone who has treated me and my family has been phenomenal! I would recommend EVERYONE to this center. They are the cream of the crop!

Im giving them 2 stars because the actual provider and clinical staff met my expectations at my initial appointment. However, the ability to contact the office has been horrible. At my first appointment with them , I received my first covid vaccine. They scheduled the next one for 2 weeks later. Three days before my scheduled appointment, they left me a message stating they would like to schedule it for another day due to the nurse being out that day. When I called back, they transferred me to the covid department. They did not answer, so I left a message. I then called back several times over the course of 3 days, still never got a call back. The morning of my scheduled appointment, I called to see if I still had an appointment. The operator kept transferring me to the same person (Whitney), who never answered or responded. The operator then said she would have front desk call me to let me know about my appointment. An hour later, still no call. So I called back, asking why it is so hard to get an immediate response whether I have an appointment today or not! She transferred me again to Whitney, who of course did not answer. I left an unhappy message at this point. This is so out of character for me, because Im usually very respectful and work in healthcare myself. But this is absolutely unacceptable.**Update** Whitney finally called back and told me I did have an appointment. But boy do I wish I DIDNT have one! After waiting a few minutes short of an hour after my appointment time, I was given my vaccine by a nurse who dropped gloves on the floor, and stuffed them back in the box. And then, after realizing they never gave me updated documentation that I received my 2nd dose of the vaccine, I drove back to the office. Only to find out, I was given the wrong vaccine.

I am very pleased and lucky to have a Doctor as Dr. Briggs and his teamDr. Briggs cares very much about his patients and well being. not to forget the nurses and the smile they keep on their face.. very much recommended!

I called and the receptionist was rude to me called me by the wrong gender then when I I asked her to stop calling me a man she hung up on me

Switching doctors is a big decision, and one I made last year. I couldn’t be more pleased. The receptionist actually seemed happy to see me. The nurses who handled different steps of the process were pleasant, professional, and efficient. PA Molly Jordan was compassionate and easy to talk to. She asked more than enough good questions to get to know me. She was efficient with her time, but I didn’t feel like I was keeping her from her next patient.Make your next appointment at NeighborHealth and try for yourself!

I love this place! Dr. Briggs is the best doctor I have ever had! He truly cares about his patients. And his nurses are the best!

And extremely competent and caring staff, and I highly recommend them. My wife and I had several appointments here for a third child, and they went above and beyond to care for our family. If you’re looking for a primary care physician in Raleigh, I highly recommend you start by looking at them.❤️

They dont answer phone calls ever. I have been waiting for my covid test results for the last 4 days. I dont understand why they cant provide my results in a reasonable time frame.

I’ve only had great experiences with Neighborhood Health! Very attentive and genuine doctors. I’ll continue to go even though insurance has provided more options for me.

I was hesitant to visit NeighborHealth because I have known my GP since I was born, but he is in my hometown, so I needed to switch now that I live in Raleigh. I showed up to NeighborHealth and was greeted by kind, warm smiles. Every step of the process was well done, from check in, to my visit with the PA and doctor, to check out. Raleigh needs a place like NeighborHealth to care for our people with compassion, and we are lucky to have them!

We like all the staff !!! However we LOVE LOVE DOCTOR ANDREA WEATHERS ♥️♥️♥️♥️ My kids love her she is very thorough educated and we never feel forced to do anything we are not comfortable with ! Sometimes there is a wait but we are more than ok with it. If they are with a patient long then I know they are getting the care they need and we will get the same treatment. Long review short if doctor Andrea weathers ever move we are going with 🤗

I will never return or refer any individual or family to this clinic. Faith based? Sure! How about money based, can you pay $125 out of pocket to speak to a Nurse? My first time going to a clinic and will definitely be my last.

First visited clinic July 2019 - always competent and compassionate service from whole staff.

This is my 5th visit to the 4201 lake Boone trail location. I drive my mother who is a patient. She likes the doctors, but 3 hour visit are not supposed to happen. Each appoint the girls at the front desk says they fell behind so things are taking a little longer. If they are not doing on site testing what takes so long for a general visit. I would love to hear back from whom is writing these false reviews. My mother has complained but they have done nothing. My mother also thinks the office is to cold.

Great medical facility that has a professional staff and affordable prices based on your income. We took our 73 yr old mother-in-law there who does not speak English or qualify for any government insurance. We could not afford to buy her private health insurance at this time. We saw the add for Neighbor-health Center on WRAL news. I made her an appointment and now she is getting the medical check up and preventive health screenings that she has not had in many years. She is now taking medicine that is helping with her conditions and making her life more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank Goodness that we have Smart people who can make things like this happen. Thank You Neighbor-Health

NeighborHealth is a fitting into a great niche of medical services for Raleigh. Serving a large population of patients who may otherwise not see a provider, as well as incorporating a variety of services like pediatrics, OBGYN, and more, NeighborHealth is helping to make medical services efficient and truly a great experience for patients and their families. The staff is very welcoming and seek to help patients regardless of their situation (insurance coverage, work schedules, etc). I visited with Dr. Briggs and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of time he spent getting to know me and developing a relationship. Happy to see NHC growing!

Got a covid test here but no word back on results after over 48 hours. Theres no website to check for results, they dont answer the phone or answer emails. I cant work without results.

Im literally blown out of the water by the beautiful, easy going, well-mannered employees of this place. Like literally. Normally every doctor or dentist or healthcare place usually has at least one sour apple in the bunch but not here. I visited with Ms. Betsy, a young sweet PA wbo was make rofessional and genuine than those twice her senior! From the receptionist and the medical assistant, Ms. Yabriyah. Everyone was efficient and knowledgeable. Great place to go people

I currently do not have insurance and this clinic is a god send. The staff is very attentive and provides the most pleasant doctor’s office experience I’ve had so far.

Grateful that our city has an opportunity like this for its people. Keep up the incredible and much needed work!
