My little brother had an appointment this morning and while setting it up they had informed us to created a MyChart account to do a televisit before getting the Covid test. When scheduling I repeatedly made sure that all I would have to do was log into the MyChart and join the televisit there. However, instead I was repeatedly emailed zoom links to join from the provider. Upon joining the zoom link THEY provided, NOBODY joined the call. We repeatedly tried to reach anybody who could help and a nurse eventually told us to “wait for the doctor”. We waited an hour. Nobody told us what to do. We received no information on what to do next. The nurse finally told us that we needed to reschedule because something went wrong with scheduling. They waited an hour to tell us that we couldn’t even have the appointment. As somebody in my family tested positive and we had direct contact with them, we were in a rush to test him so we could properly quarantine.

My daughter has been a patient here for over 5 years, and until recently I was satisfied. On this past Friday 3/29 my daughter had a 2:20pm appointment. We arrived at 2:30 and waited another 5 minutes while the receptionist Josie assisted another family, which I had no problem with.What I did have a problem with however is that Josie Immediately said to me your 15 minutes late I replied back no Im 10 minutes late I waited 5 minutes for you to finish with another family.Josie then proceeded to tell me I can come back after 4pm I told her that would not work for me. We left work and school early to be here for a followup asthma appointment.She proceeded to ask me for my copay. I replied that I will only pay it if were gonna see the Doctor soon. She got up went in the back office and returned to say the doctor will see us in 10 minutes.We sat for 35 minutes at which time I asked when will we be called, her reply was would you like to come back after 4pm?I though this is unbelievable!!! Requested my copay back and left.

I have been taking my kids to Growing Child since my first son was born in 2009 and Im grateful for all their amazing service. Staff is super friendly and they treat you like family. Cant imagine taking my boys anywhere else!

Great and friendly staff. Always accommodating when it comes to fitting us in when we run into a problem. Our doctor is great, she always errors on the side of caution. Very happy to have found this location!

Good doctors, if you have the time.We usually go to the North Raleigh office, and occasionally the weekend urgent care location.The staff (reception/nurses/doctors) are always very friendly and helpful. The doctors always make me feel like they care about my kids. They never seem like theyre in a hurry and I never feel patronized or frustrated.They also seem very knowledgable and I trust their expertise.That said, this is not the most efficient operation in the Triangle. Morning or afternoon, with or without an appointment, there is almost always a considerable wait. 20-30 minutes can seem like a frustrating eternity when youre not just sitting in a waiting room, but trying to keep your kid calm and quiet.So far, 5 years in, the wait has been worth it for us.

Love this location! Theyre always willing to fit us in if something is wrong, and were never there or waiting very long. Would recommend them to anyone!

Service is great and fast better than Clayton office. Staff treat you with respect and courteous listen to you and concerns.

I love love love them! I recently had my baby in February and was referred to Growing Child by my sister n law. From our very first visit I fell in love. The staff is extremely friendly and remembers my sons name every time. Dr. Sarah is the BEST!! Id go to the office just for her alone.As a added bonus their nurses hotline has been a God sent!! They call you back in no more than 30 minutes and if they cant help over the phone they try to get you in the same day.

Threatening letters of collection for a 15 dollar copay. Theyre ridiculous. Its their job to collect the right amount of copay and then follow by ridiculous threatening collection letter. No thanks will take my business to someone who appreciates it..

The worst. They charged me $40.00 to transfer my childrens records. Dont go.
