The physician Hillary is amazing! She’s so friendly, personable, nice and helpful! Definitely go to her if you can! The lady that is up front is also super friendly and she always tries to make good conversation with her patients!

Went on two separate occasions for the exact same treatment, I needed my ears cleaning due to excessive wax (gross I know). The first visit was great, although admittedly their facilities were basic for this kind of thing, the practitioner really tried their best and stuck with it for an hour. I wasnt charged anything for the visit. When I visited for the other ear I was seen by a different practitioner. This time round they simply looked in my ear and told me there was nothing to be done, despite the discomfort I was experiencing. They then wrote me a prescription for something I mentioned already having. Essentially I left no better off than when I had gone in and this time round I was charged over $50 for the privilege. I later fixed the problem myself at home.

SARA was absolutely amazing and worked on a timely manner keeping everyone waiting updated. She was professional and friendly. Ran through all of the possibilities. This was better than visiting my doctors office A+

Sarah was great! I was able to get a 9am appointment (which I suggest doing) and I was seen very quickly. Sarah was very friendly, knowledgeable and even took me out to show me the best cough drops to cure my cold faster. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone. FYI, its inside the Target next to the pharmacy.

I have been to this Minute Clinic many times and have only received the best care and service. Rhonda and Sarah Frank (who I have seen the most) are excellent. They are both knowledgeable, competent and helpful with OTC and prescription meds. We have had four shots there as well and Sarah did an excellent job with my kids! Hands down the best minute clinic in the area. You can shop while you wait or run a few errands. Would definitely recommend!!

Called ahead of time and scheduled an appointment for my 2 daughters to get their flu shot when I called i specifically said they had Medicaid and if that was ok and the guy on the phone said yes we accept Medicaid. Now mind you I’m making this appointment because their primary doctor is booked almost 2 months out. I first called CVS at Lynn and six forks rd and they told me that their location couldn’t see anybody under the age of 19 with Medicaid that the MinuteClinic would have to see them because they see children with Medicaid. Now I have been told 2 times that MinuteClinic will see them. We arrive at our schedule time no wait but as soon as she asked what insurance do they have i said Medicaid she said no no no we can’t see anybody under the age of 19 with Medicaid they have to go to their primary.Hey I get it policy’s are in place for a reason but CVS/MINUTECLINIC needs to train their employees BETTER on their OWN policy’s!!! When 2 out the 3 people i spoke to said the same thing hmmmm? I wouldn’t have wasted my time make the appointment & driving here to be just told NO we can’t do that.

Appointments mean nothing. Confirmation code or not, it’s first come first serve. Good for walk-in patients I suppose. Don’t waste your time scheduling beforehand. The staff was rude to me and other patients. Luckily I just needed a shot and was in and out. I won’t be coming back to this MinuteClinic.

These ladies are amazing!!! This clinic is always so clean and the Nurse Practitoners (Jennifer and Ronda) are so professional and proficient. This is so much more convenient than fighting for an appointment at my doctors office. This is my first choice for health care!!!

There was only one person on duty, but she was very nice and efficient. I didnt wait any longer than 15min and there was a constant stream of people checking in. Word of advice, check in online; much faster/easier.

5 stars for the practitioners, 3 stars for CVSs inconsistency in allowing online appointments. I had a 100 minute wait but you know what - its TARGET - so I got all my shopping done, put it in my car, and came back to wait 15 minutes before being seen. CVS doesnt allow the practitioners any control over their schedule, so it can be difficult for everyone. I have been here 3 times and have had nothing but fantastic FNPs who helped me feel better quickly. Waiting at Urgent Care anywhere is hit or miss and this is no different, except the staff is great once you are in the office!

Hands down the worst healthcare experience I have ever had. The nurse practitioner yelled at me. YELLED at me! I have never been spoken to in such an unprofessional and rude manner by a healthcare professional. My wait time suddenly went from 45 mins to 105 mins and the NP informed me I could come back in an hour and a half or go to another location that didnt have a wait. Given I had a fever and felt terrible, I didnt feel comfortable driving to a location any further from my house and decided to just come back. When I came back, I asked the NP if i needed to check back in and thats when she started yelling at me about how she thought I want to another location and whether or not she could fit me back in. Mind you, there was no one else currently waiting...just me. She kept saying I thought you were going to another location when I clearly said I would be back because I lived so close and didnt want to drive to another location. When I asked her why she was yelling at me, she said she hadnt had time for her lunch and everyone had been yelling at her all day about wait times about appointments. Well, I wasnt yelling at her just wanted someone to test me for strep....Again, the worst healthcare experience I have ever had. I ended up leaving because I no longer felt comfortable will the NP performing any medical services or examines on me.

Done with this Minute Clinic. Last of several events leading to this decision: My teenage daughter had severe cold-like symptoms and fever and was home from school the second day. We were still within the 48 hours that Tami-flu can minimize duration and symptoms so i came home from work to take her to get flu tested. We got to the minute clinic just before 1pm. The lobby was empty. We filled out the registration and the board said the wait would be 63 minutes. The other entry on the board said lunch 63 min. My daughter was just about in tears at the thought of waiting because she felt so bad. Since the clinic was closed for lunch, i took her home (3 min.door to door) so she could rest more comfortably. We got back with 10 min. to spare and by the time we sat down, the board said her name 5 min. and lunch 5 min. After a couple of minutes, the NP came out sighing very audibly with another girl and mom. She checked them out then looked over at us and said she was going to lunch. I explained the situation and she said well i dont know why the board does that but Im going to lunch. To her credit, she had tried to call us about ten minutes before we got back. This experience along with the rushedness and overworkedness that seems to be the normal since it went from Target Clinic to CVS has me fed up! Also, last year my husband had a visit (also for a flu swab) where they billed the caregiver as a specialist and insurance wouldnt pay. When we tried to get it corrected in store, they said we had to call Was never able get a person on the phone and ended up paying it to avoid collections. Laat straw.

When you need a flu or strep test or the flu shot or you have an ear ache and everything in-between, weve been a number of times and have had great care.
