Today was not my day. For the first time, I had a really hard time in the clinic. Starting with being disrespect by the front desk lady, who got confused due to her lack of ability to multitask and wanted to blame it on me. I had to wait too long to see a female Doctor, which apparently was a mistake to ask to see, so I can get my pap test. It was the most horrible and painful experience I have ever had. Nobody there seems to care for the patients but Dr. Tonos. I dont recommend you any other doctor there except for Dr. Tonos.

This office is full of incredible, knowledgeable, accommodating staff and physicians. I have seen Dr. Tonos for 3 years and have left every appointment feeling heard and knowing that my care is in the hands of a smart, capable, caring doctor. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a PCP in the Raleigh area!

Has an appointment scheduled and when I came in at the said day and time,was not attended to because I didn’t answer a call and instead of accommodating me the same day or rescheduling me within the week ,am been giving a far date.the receptionist won’t even try to look into the situation,considering it’s not even like I didn’t come in at the scheduled time and date,just cause I was not around to pick up a call an confirm.

Dr. Anthony Tonos is the best doctor that I know here in Raleigh, his team is very professional I’m very happy with The service I am highly recomen them!

Dr.Tonos is amazing. Personable, knowledgable and truly listens. Calls you back right away (not many PCPs do) . I would recommend him to anyone his looking for a solid primary care doctor.

This is a great place for a primary care doctor. I made the change to here back in 2016. Dr Tonos and Dr Libre are awesome. Appointments are usually handled on time and in a timely manner. They are good about getting your test results and blood work back quickly. Dr Libre goes the extra mile to make sure she addresses your concerns and any health issues. Dr Tonos is excellent to work with as well. I had a wellness exam completed in February 2018. My appointment was at 8am and I was done at 8:26am including blood work. I didnt feel rushed and I feel service here is outstanding.. I would definitely give it a go as a primary care doctor as a young adult or for your family.

Dr.Tonos is the worst doctor I have ever been to. He is money hungry & cares very little about his patients and staff. He is rude to his nurses and that’s more than likely the reason you’ll see new staff every visit you have. He will wrongly diagnose you & find every excuse but himself to be blamed. Expect to pay lots money for wrong and unnecessary treatments/visits. If you’re a current patient here run and go get a second opinion!!!!El doctor Tonos es el peor médico al que he ido. Es grosero con sus enfermeras y esa es la razón que en cada visita que tenga verá a empleados nuevos cada vez. I have been in 2 occasions with Dr. Clavijo, and he helped me a lot, he is very good as a doctor and very friendly.
