I will continue to recommend others to this practice. The experience is wonderful from check-in to check-out beginning with staff that are friendly and truly care. Although a professional environment it is also a very relaxed setting, and feel far from a hospital setting or other doctor settings- cold and treated as if you’re just another number. Which brings me to the reason that I wanted to make this post. I recently brought my mother for her first visit to establish care here. Being mindful that she had been with another doctor for over 15 years, I felt she was just not getting the care she needed. From being rushed off the phone to the doctor not knowing her current condition even though she had went for a wellness check 2 weeks prior in person, we knew we had to get her somewhere that she could receive some individualized professional care. With all the health problems that my mother-in-law was having, I knew she couldn’t just go anywhere. So we set an appointment for my mother-in-law to see Dr. Sharon Morgan is who such an awesome doctor! She’s my primary care as well, and although I don’t have really any health problems, she still take the time to listen and make sure I am on the best road to staying in good health as I possibly can be as I get older. At check in we filled out paperwork and then we’re called back. Her vitals were checked by the nurse and then Dr. Sharon came in. I could tell that she had reviewed my mother’s chart before entering room. I was very impressed because she took the time to familiarize herself very quickly with what I had already written down, which was a lot, and to think she had no other information prior to that about her. She spoke with both my mom and I about my mom’s previous care, also went over meds, current underlying issues, etc. Although I felt we were taking up a lot of her time in just one visit. However, she didn’t make us feel rushed at all. She took her time and was very patient with us, making sure she was answering all our questions and offering medical advice as well as setting up some routine care along with other care with other doctors, including referrals to specialists. She is so well-rounded and truly a professional and knowledgeable doctor. My mother-in-law left with a bit of hope that day, because previously we didn’t know what to expect from day-to-day, with her health declining like it was. Now, we are hopeful and confident that Dr. Sharon along with the A Plus Family will get my mother-in-law back to the healthy, independent woman my mother-in-law was before her decline in health from about 2 years ago. She has hope again, just from that one visit that she hadn’t had in awhile. I can say from experience, that A Plus Family Care is concerned about the whole person- spirit, soul, and body. So glad that I found this place and will continue to recommend everyone I know that is looking for a place they can receive great healthcare. I have had 5 kids and was on Medicaid for 4 of those pregnancies. I was worried if I was going to find a provider that treated me with respect and dignity during my last pregnancy as I was on medicaid and the providers are limited. I was recommended this practice and I was not disappointed. I had great care for me and my unborn child. EVERYONE from the front desk to the provider and the phlebotomist were respectful and kind to me. I never felt treated less-than. My concerns were heard and the care was great! I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone expecting a child. The midwives are amazing!

I have been going here for more than 4 years! When I was pregnant I started going here & the treatment felt like home. The lady to do ultrasounds was not in the office & the doctor kindly asked would you like to see your baby, it was my first baby & I would never forget that beautiful little foot on the ultrasound. It is such a beautiful memory that I will always cherish. I eventually gave birth & my baby went there since a newborn, I trusted them so much & felt like all the advise as new mom that the doctor gave me were so helpful. Sometimes I felt like the doctor knew my baby more than me. My daughter is 3 years old now & I have tried other pediatrics for her since I moved to Clayton, but she won’t stop crying & feels uncomfortable. On the other hand when I bring her here, she’s all smiles & feels like home. I wouldn’t trade this doctors office for any other. Krystle from the front desk is so knowledgeable & friendly, she always goes out of her way to help her patients & make sure they are giving the care they need. I just want to thank the whole team at Aplus for doing an exceptional job for caring for your patients!

A plus family care is a great and wonderful place to receive treatment. The people always make you feel so, loved and cared for. They take very good care of people and the community. Thanks A+ you guys are the best!!

If I could, I would give Zero stars to this bush league operation. They have no medical doctors, and they can’t keep nurse practitioners, so they bounce patients around to whichever nurse practitioners happen to be available. They also put patients at risk by not refilling prescriptions in a timely manner. I am a diabetic who needs an injection pen medication daily. My pharmacy contacted A Plus several times for a refill, and they did not respond. I called them for a refill for the same prescription that should have been refilled several days before.I called on a Friday, but they dropped the ball AGAIN, didn’t reply and didn’t refill the prescription. So I had to incur the expense of an Urgent Care over the weekend to get a refill. They also do not have an emergency on-call service. Not at all a patient-first provider. Avoid them like the plague.

The staff at APlus are some of the most dedicated medical providers I have ever been to. They are incredibly knowledgeable and willing to take time and listen to the patients. My daughter loves them.

Even though my pregnancy insurance hasnt kicked in yet they still is able to make time for me and my unborn Im beyond blessed and the staff is incredible even though there was a mix up Kayla went out her take make sure I was still able to be seen this is yet the best location and doctors office Ive been too

Been with Aplus since my son was born in 2016 and they’ve been amazing for us and all throughout my recent pregnancy and postpartum care .

I love this office the staff and doctors are so nice and fast easy to reach on the phone fast appointment scheduling i didnt have to wait no more than 5 mins in lobby before my appointment these guys are great !!!!!
