Ive been going to Fischer Clinic for nearly 3 years, and my teenagers have been going for a year. Dr. Fischer and Dr. Lapinskes seek to understand each patients physical, mental and emotional health. They truly care about their patients and understand that complete heath is more than just physical. As a patient, you are given their undivided attention. And their nursing staff is outstanding! I highly recommend them to everyone!

Dr. Lapinskes took a chance, a leap of faith, in joining Fisher Clinic. I tell him that he landed well, because the office is in such a beautifully restored space. I knew him when he was my moms primary care physician in Benson. She loved him dearly, and in his compassionate care she lived to be 100! I recently moved to Wake County and felt no need to find new doctors since I already had such trust in Dr. Lapinskes. I truly agree with the philosophy of direct primary care. If I need a specialist, he makes a referral. Savannah is great, and reminds me of lab appointments. He and Dr. Fisher are very devoted to this innovative healthcare option. So many positives.

I can not even begin to tell you how this clinic has changed our health care. If you’re looking a Dr an you want personal care . Then look no further than Fischer clinic. We of course see Dr Lapinski, but I got to see Dr Fischer for a brief moment how he treated another patient, to say the least he brought comfort to the patient. If you don’t have insurance an wonder where will I go for great care look no further than Fischer Clinic. Insurance wants to tell doctors how to care for us. Does your insurance know you on a medical level ? No they don’t I was just told tonight by BCBS that they aren’t Doctors.... I think that said volumes. I want my Dr to take care of me like he feels is best for me not a insurance. If you want great care, feel like you’re heard, an have that time you need with the Dr an not just another number, then check this place out. I can promise you it will be the best change you’ll ever make. My Dr calls me and talks to me him self, he checks on me to make sure I’m doing ok, he will hold my hand an say we’re gonna get through this together. I dont usually write reviews for doctors or practices, because too often experiences stem from a particularly good or bad visit and it then can paint a wrong or blurry picture. And often, once its online, it is hard to revise. But I really feel compelled to write a review for this amazing doctors practice. Truthfully, I have never experienced anything like their excellence anywhere else before. We chose Dr. Lapinskes as our babys doctor on a recommendation. We were looking for a direct care provider because we simply felt that the best care happens when insurances are not the middlemen. As a direct care provider we pay them a monthly amount that is absolutely affordable. But what is amazing is that the price doesnt mean minimal contact with the doctor, but in our case just the opposite. We have never seen such commitment to patients, such individualized care as in this practice. When my little girl has a fever, Dr. Lapinskes and his wonderful wife Savannah find time to see her within a couple of hours. When my baby had reflux issues Dr. Lapinskes took such good care of her and now she is getting so much better. As a first time mom I have so many questions and no question ever seems stupid to them. I can text with small emergencies or and get a reply quickly. I truly feel that my baby is in the best hands available in Raleigh. Dr. Lapinskes and his wife are Christians, which makes this experience even more special, at least in my book. Knowing that they share my faith makes me feel even more comfortable bringing my baby to her appointments. It is obvious that both Dr. Lapinskes and his wife care about their patients as well as their families and that their work is their calling. And that means that patients become the priority. (They both also are the nicest people and while my baby is in a phase where she isnt comfortable with most people except me, she like her doctor and his wife and is even totally fine with letting them hold her.)When there are no fights with insurances, no mountains of insurance paperwork, the time saved becomes what makes the difference between good and excellent care. Waiting times are amazingly short as well. If you are looking for a doctor for your kids (or yourself) Dr. Lapinskes and his wife may be the best choice in this area. (Because my daughter is a patient of Dr. Lapinskes I cant say much about Dr. Fischer, the founder of this practice. But at a Christmas Meet and Greet people spoke very highly about him)I am certainly very happy with this practice and can only recommend it to anyone looking for affordable and compassionate health care.
