The staff was great, but after doing the math they charge $500 an hour. We were billed $333.33 for a 40 minute doctors visit. We arrived on time, waited 15 minutes before my child had their height, weight, blood pressure and temperature taken. Waited another 15 minutes in the a room for the doctor. Saw the doctor for about ten minutes, then the assistant checked us out. Pretty par for a doctors appointment, but no way in hell that was worth $333.33. 30. Of the 40 minutes we were billed 30 was spent waiting. Wish I could keep my customers waiting in the lobby with the meter running. If a doctor is billing me for 40 minutes shouldnt I have 40 minutes of their time.

I cant share a review on the actual practice because you just simply cant get anyone on the phone to make an appointment! 3rd day in a row trying to call. Just on hold waiting for someone to be able to help me for 23 minutes. Someone picks up, sounded annoyed that I wanted to make a new patient appointment, put me on hold for 5 more minutes and then legitimately hung up on me. If it takes your office 30 minutes to have availability to schedule patients, then you need a new system. Also whomever is answering these calls needs a lesson in customer service.

We are new to the area. Scheduled an appointment for my son 3 weeks ago. Spoke with someone again 2 days before the appointment to confirm. The day of, they call and say there was a scheduling error and they cancel the appointment. The appointment was for state mandated immunizations to keep him from getting kicked out of school. Hopefully, I can find somewhere else to do this that wont be scheduling weeks out because the deadline to show proof of the shots is just a couple of weeks away.TLDR: Scheduling error may result in my kid being kicked out of school.

Both my children have seen Dr. Collazo for the last year and a half. She is very professional, caring, and listens during our appointments. She gives feedback and follows up with direct messaging through the UNC network online, which I really appreciate. Its been great to have her during the first year of my sons life. Alysia, the nurse who works with her is above and beyond professional and caring. Thankful for the care weve received.

The Cancer Center is top notch! I was diagnosed with cancer and treated by Dr. Wehbie, Dr. Anderson and the staff. Every single person was fantastic. I am so grateful to to live here and have such great physicians in the area. While cancer radiation and chemo are not fun, they made every effort to keep my spirits up and were attentive. Thank you Rex Cancer Center @ Wakefield!!!

Went to quarterly cardiologist appointment. Very little waiting doctor had all my details and test results uneventful visit. I have tried to get all my doctors at Rex Wellness because they cover just about everything from Orthopedics to heart to hearing 2 bone density x-rays my lab tests. They have a huge Cancer Center there also. All the doctors there are excellent.

I found this medical practice via a neighborhood referral. I called to schedule a new patient appointment and was left on hold for 6 minutes. The automated phone service only gave an option for a “clinical operator” so by the time she answered she seemed to be appalled that she, a human being, was caught off guard like she was and actually had to speak with another human being! So she quickly did what other humans do, she transferred me “back to the front desk” so that I would have to again interact with an automated phone service and be left on the line waiting and hearing intermittent failed promises that “someone will be with you shortly....” Well. I don’t have 10 minutes to hold and wait to schedule an appointment. I think I’ll find another family practice.

So glad I will never have to go to this place ever again! Their office staff is completely uncaring and ignorant! I would be here for days if I listed everything they did wrong. No wonder doctors are leaving them left and right. The one doctor I did see was pretty much as bad as the office staff. All the good doctors are gone. Just plain rude, arrogant, uncaring, and do absolutely nothing for you. I have to give one star, would rather give them 0 stars.

Im sad to say that I havent had a good experience with this place since Dr. Khader left the practice. The new doctors Ive seen after him were no where near as thorough or open to questions or discussion about my health. And Ive had to reschedule almost every follow up appointment because the Doctor wont be in the office anymore that day. I suggest you look elsewhere.

I was a patient during the era of Dr. Soon Kwark, who was a compassionate, and competent physician. When Dr. Kwark left this practice, so went all standards of care. The wait room times arent very lengthy, but thats the only perk. My newly appointed physician, whom despite her incorrigible behavior I respect enough not to name, has been barely sufficient at best and negligent at worst. Good luck getting through to someone via telephone, but even utilizing the messaging system, communication with the practice is spotty. My prescriptions have been lost or forgotten, outgoing referrals faxed to the wrong location or more recently - marked with inaccurate diagnoses/missing records, and appointments have been cancelled at the last minute without the courtesy of an alternative within the same month. The physician Ive seen there the last few years has failed to chart results from collaborating doctors, and been dismissive of concerns I have communicated, including those that have been substantiated by labs. From the communication I had with the practice manager when attempting to find my mother a new doctor, they also have little concern for Medicare patients. Tragedy averted. I cannot wait to get out of here.

My fourteen year old daughter had been ill for a couple of weeks. Her primary doctor referred her here for an EKG. As a parent you can not help but worry about the health of your child. The registration process was fast and the woman who helped us was very kind and helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions about billing. I had hoped the rest of the experience would be personable, but I was wrong. My daughter and I went to radiology to get the EKG done. We waited about twenty five minutes in the waiting room. We saw the tech come in with a scowl or look of perpetual constipation I do not know which. She told us to follow her to the dressing room with an attitude. My daughter changed. Five minutes went by and neither the tech or my daughter could be found. I had to go searching the exam rooms for them. I would have liked to known where my daughter went. I told the tech that it would have been nice to know where my daughter was having her test done to which I was given again that scowl or perpetual look of constipation. The EKG took fifteen minutes to perform. After which I asked if every thing looked okay. I received a snotty you have to wait for the radiologist. She then covered the results as if where a classified government document. Radiologist, really? At this point I cut her off and stated that I am an RN and I know how to read an EKG, how about a little professional courtesy? One again the scowl or perpetual look of constipation. I hope that someone would address her rude, obnoxious behavior. I do not think she understands as a parent you would be grateful for some information to set your mind at ease. I can not say anything about this organization as a whole. I just wanted to relay my experience so that other people could possibly expect.

I have only been to this practice once, but had both of my sons seen back to back at the same visit. The visit was fine with Dr. Johnkutty, but thats where it ended. Once I received the bill, I noticed that they charged us for hearing tests that neither child had. I called them and pointed out that I was in both appointments the entire time and no one conducted a hearing test of any kind. They said they would follow up about it and never did. I still see this charge pending for both kids as I didnt pay for it and only paid for the rest of the visit but they never took it off. My problem is that how can you trust a practice that falsifies information.

Had to write this review after one of the worse visits in a medical setting Ive ever experienced. Natasha Rosser PA needs to have a more personable attitude towards the patience at this facility. She was extremely dry and all she was concerned about was typing on her laptop. I left feeling like my time was wasted. She needs to act more like she wants to help people. She also asked me why I didnt see my normal doctor. Well if she had appts I would have. Please do better.

I saw Dr. Rosser yesterday, and I absolutely loved her and the staff here (and I’m picky)! Everyone I have spoken with on the phone or in person have been friendly and helpful. Even other staff I walked passed in the hallways were extra friendly, and looked happy to be at work (but maybe that was because it was Friday, too)!Dr. Rosser was very thorough, and I left feeling optimistic that we are going to discover a solution for an infection that has been reoccurring for almost two years. I especially love that they can pull up my records in the exam room from my OB-GYN in Raleigh and REX hospital. This allowed us to discuss my history and make any corrections or additions needed in real time. Knowing all my doctors can view/share my full, and updated, medical history makes me feel even more confident in the care I’m receiving. My husband plans to use this office for his primary care, as well.*Side note: For people that have a fear of needles: I want the nurse who administered my injection to be the one is see for the rest of my life!! She was amazing! No pain and completely sympathetic to my very real fear!

I have been very sick with a cold and bronchitis since Dec.4th. I called to make an appointment and was on hold for 20 min. so I hung up, ended up going to minute clinic. Then got worse and went to an urgent care. Still battling with bronchitis and catching another cold, I called on Dec. 26th to get appoint, after holding for about 10 min., the girl told me there wasnt an opening until Jan. 23rd and short staffed on doctors due to the holidays. I said I would be willing to see any doctor, I thought I had the flu. She then said there was an opening on Friday Dec. 28th, I said Ill take it. She said she couldnt schedule that for me, that I would have to call back Friday am to schedule same day appt. I said what if I dont want a same day appt., she said then the next avail. is Jan. 23rd. I told her this was a ridiculous rule. Ended up going to a Duke Urgent care, got the meds. I needed and no hassle. Testing negative for flu and strep but still have acute bronchitis. The last time I saw Amanda Watkins I had 2 things that needed to be addressed. She said she could only take care of 1 of them. She said we need to see you more so we know whats going on with you. But the point is you cant even get an appointment to see her. Medical care has really gone down hill unfortunately. I will try to find another practice. Its not right for a practice to tell an established patient they cant see them. So sad..... I wouldnt recommend this practice.

What a horrible experience. My fiancé went today and was treated horribly. He has recently moved here from out of state and needed a family doctor. They refused to treat him properly and wouldnt give him any of the medications he desperately needed. They accused him of drug seeking and he wasnt even looking for those kinds of drugs. He has an appointment with another doctor for pancreas issues and yelled at him accusing of him drinking which he isnt. That wasnt even the purpose for his visit. He was treated rudely and even abusively. We will never go back there again.
