My daughter and I have been going here for years to Dr. Sweetapple and have been very pleased with her. On the other hand, the staff, some of whom are very nice when your at the office, leave alot to be desired wben trying to get a response or answer by phone. This last time I and my daughter who had twenty minute appointments back to back, just to get our medications refilled, no other reason were treated in a most unprofessional way. Since my daughter and I had the exact same appointment, we didnt think it mattered who went 1st. I explained on the phone when I made the appointment that one of us had to remain in the car with my 3 year old grandson so whoever he would stay in the car with best for the 1st appointment, the other would come in for that appointment. The receptionist said that was fine, but when we got there everything changed. I apparently was booked 1st, but my daughter went in. When she was done it was my turn, they refused me. I asked what difference it made and they just kept repeating themselves like a recording. Needless to say I lost my temper. When my daughter came back to the car, she said that they would see me. She also told me something they did to her that really really upset me! My daughter has had an eating disorder for many years and has been to UNC Hosp. eating disorder program twice. She is not allowed to know her weight, that is a strong trigger. This is all in her file at Dr. Sweetapples ofc. Well, not only did they let her know her weight, the nurse laughed at her when she said she wasnt allowed to know her weight as they weighed her. It DID trigger her and for the next month or so we went back into the struggle with her eating disorder again. Finally she came around. When Dr. Sweetapple came in to see me she had an attitude toward me. I never thought she would ever do that. I didnt write a review then, I just figured I would change doctors, but not there. Im writing this not because the meds that were refilled for my daughter were not covered anymore the way it was b4. I and my daughter have been trying to get Dr. Sweetapple to change the prescription so it will be covered. Weve beeb trying for several weeks now to no avail and my daughter needs her medication. This place has really let me down in everyway. If your looking for a doctor, I recommend you dont call this office!!!

Absolutely LOVE Katie! She has been so amazing over the years of making sure my health is top priority. She is professional and a trusting human. Although I live so far away I still continue to see her and take on the drive. I feel so blessed to have Katie as my doctor. ❤️

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this entire practice is. From the ladies at the check in desk to my practitioner Katie who is amazing! I feel as if she is not only treating me as a patient but she generally cares. I shared a personal situation going on in my home and really needed to speak to a therapist, Katie got me in to see Heather that same day who was so incredibly kind listens never told me our time is coming to an end, she cared! She gave me coping skills and came up with a strategy for me and was not judgemental at all and honest to a fault about her experiences in life which she chose to share with me. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Dr. Sweetapple is good, understanding, knowledgeable, etc. Shes fun to talk to. If you are feeling down at that moment you start feeling better when you leave. Knowing that someone cares about you and your health.

Everyone is super nice! The doctor, nurses & front desk. Only reason I gave 4⭐️ Not 5 is because there have been some important issues they were supposed to follow up with but didnt. Otherwise, I recommend them. Dr Sweetapple is my dr. Shes compassionate.

Ive been seeing Dr. Baloch since I was in high school, at that time, they were Capitol Physicians Group. My experience with the staff has always been so-so...not the best service, but Ive experienced worse. However, when they became UNC West Raleigh, the service got really bad. During this transition (and after), the staff became more unresponsive, and their office hours are very, very inconvenient (their office isnt open 40hrs/week, pathetic)! This situation came to a head early last month, and I had to switch to a new office. Im a paying customer, and was tired of dealing with a staff that (in my opinion) didnt care whether I lived or died. If you want to be treated with dignity and respect by your doctor, I suggest you find another provider...these people dont know how to treat their customers! This review will probably be cleaned, but I want to get the word out while I can!

**Dr. Sweetapple is awesome. Shes very patient, attentive, knowledgeable, genuinely caring and honest. Because of her, Ive become more concerning of my health and wellbeing; taking better care of me, making time for me and being more serious about healthcare in general as Im aging gracefully. Just because I look and/or feel fine, I should make sure that my whole self is in alignment for a true healthy balance.*The staff has always been pleasant in their greeting and helpful in meeting my needs with appointments, referrals, even labs. And to have a same day appointment as an option, is a huge factor of valuing patient needs and available services.***Likewise, the accessibility of online services makes the ease of care in ALL a win win process. This, being a better way to access your doctor and his/her notes, as I like to say since the patient can see their chart and request appointments, and more.Overall, a comfortable environment, stable and growing organization with a great team, makes for exceptional quality service that benefits everyone...Rewarding and deserving of these stars. The expansion is admirable!! Keep up the great work UNC!!! Best regards.
