Ive been a patient since about 1977, starting with Dr. Bruce Wainright who is now retired and continuing with the next generation. That should tell you a lot. We (husband and I) always get good care in a friendly atmosphere. Cant ask for much more than that.

I’m always greeted with a welcoming smile. I know there are folks that don’t like going to the dentist, but I actually like seeing my hygienist, Susan Jones. I know I’m not her only patient, but she treats me like I am.

I love this dental office! I’ve been a patient since 1979. The office itself is always bright and nicely decorated, never worn or tired looking. The support staff are always friendly and patient. And the hygienists and dentists are up to speed with all the current technologies that make each visit stress free. I have recommended Wainwright and Wassel to a number of friends and colleagues over the years. And will continue to!

I have been coming to Wainwright and Wassel for over 10 years. You will not find a nicer, more competent dentist in the Raleigh area. Their knowledge is top notch and they genuinely care about their patients and making sure they get the best care possible. The dental hygienists are the kindest people. Very pleasant experience today. Debra was awesome , she made my anxiety level pretty much none existent. Very welcoming from the time I entered the front door, I have never been given a tour of any doctor’s facility so that was a big check on my list. Dr. Prettyman was also fantastic and attentive in explaining everything (so glad I found her again 🤩). I recommend anyone looking for a place to get dental care, Wainright & WasseL, DDS, IS YOUR PLACE!

Jackie is a fabulous hygienist and Dr. Wassel is the best dentist ever! The office staff is very friendly and the entire team has excellent customer service. I totally trust their decisions, and they cannot do any better. I have been a patient since the early 80s and would not consider going anywhere else. I really appreciate this practice.

Debbie was an absolute angel. She was easy to tslk to, was very understanding of my fears, and made me feel so special. I have had an intestional problem for some time, NOT COVID19, and she was so willing to find an appointment time that might cause me the least embarrament possible.As far as this emotional Rollercoaster I have been on due to having no teeth., Dr. Wainwright was angel waiting for me.

I have been going to this office since 1994. The dentists here are trained in the most up to date methods and the dental hygienists are very professional and highly skilled. I was just having my teeth cleaned yesterday 3/16. The Covid protocol made me feel extremely safe. I couldn’t come in until it was time for me to be treated. When I was called to come into the office it felt like I was the only patient there. They are taking extreme precaution. The professionals in billing and appointments are all very nice and skilled in their jobs. They will help you navigate through insurance claims. Highly professional team!

There is a lot to be said for having a dentist you like. I have moved out of state only to return to Dr Wainright & Wassel office. Two and half hour drive but worth it. The staff is professional and attentive. The entire business is spotless clean.

I should not have dreaded my crown replacement. Dr. Wassel and Sheree did a super job. It wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it would be! And they finished the whole process in 2 hours.

Ive been going to Wainright and Wassle for over 20 years. All of the dentists, hygienists and office staff are fantastic. A wonderful, honest group that are highly competent and focused on what is best for patients. If you want the best dental care in Wake County, this is where you need to go.

Great staff Very personable and caring I feel that they do a very thorough job

As a new patient, I could only get a clinical exam and a cleaning at Wainwright and Wassel if I submitted to 19 X-rays. That’s right, 19! They actually refused to provide care. They said it was a against the law to do so without all the x-rays. That can’t possibly be true. Crazy! I will seek dental care elsewhere.

My dental hygienist, Heather, is awesome! I was feeling anxious, but she did her best to make me feel at ease. She was very thorough throughout my exam and cleaning. Plus, she answered all my questions and gave me tips on how to brush my teeth better. Shes probably the best dental hygienist that I had ever had!

Dr. Mark is a second generation dentist who truly cares about his patients which is evident in both his bedside manner & top-notch dental work. Fantastic office staff as well. We were forced to change our dentist as our other dentist closed up their practice. Making a change in your dentist is a very personal and a huge decision for many. The entire staff at Wainright & Wassel is outstanding. From scheduling to cleaning to some more extensive repair work, I’ve never had a better experience anywhere else. My first crown made me feel like a king. They walked me through every procedure, the process, my own personal plan. They follow all the current safety protocols you would expect from a healthcare provider, while still maintaining a personal, comfortable environment. They greeted a lot of folks by first name, so that says a lot. I’m totally going back in 6 months!

This place it great all the staff from the front desk were I talked to Debbie Dixion then I went back and say I guess the assistant , she was very nice and gentle person and very professional. I saw Miss Patel she really knew what she was doing and they called in another doctor to look at my situation and he was a very nice guy they did the best they could with what I had to work with so I would really go back and see them they are very professional people very beautiful place I am very smart Denest. Ive been coming to Dr Wainright since I was 8 years old. I am currently 48. Between Bruce and his son, Mark, I have never experienced a smarter, more informed, better trained, better equipped, and nicer staff in my life. Mark and his team are at the top of their game. He will make you feel relaxed and comfortable with whatever procedure you are about to experience. You will always feel relaxed during your visit, and leave with an awesome smile on your face. Words cannot express how much better I feel about myself after Mark and his team have helped me find my smile again, both inside and out.

Always so friendly and explain everything to make sure you understand what is going on. Definitely would recommend to family and friends!

I love this Dental practice! I have been going to them since the 1990s. Dr. Bruce Wainright started the practice. I needed to have Nitros Oxide for a cleaning, I was so scared of dentists due to a bad experience as a child. I have advanced so much, I can have most things done without anything! His son, Dr. Mark is fantastic! He spends as much time with you as needed and never makes you feel rushed. I will continue to use them until I no longer need to!

Cant beat this staff! Dr. Kelly, Debra, Ali, the list continues. My wife has been going here for years and I followed suit after I retired from the Army. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought that I would actually enjoy going to the dentist yet, here I am. Wife and I currently do a lot of travelling and we plan to be in Raleigh for our dental appointments. We actually make our plans around them.

Dr. Wassel and his staff do a great job of being thorough and efficient at the same time. The atmosphere is welcoming and everyone working there makes you feel at home.Our entire family are patients and we have been nothing but pleased with the dental care and hospitality. We highly recommend this practice and they give away some cool stuff to patients from to time, which is always a plus!

Time for my semi-annual checkup and cleaning. Karyn, my dental hygienist, does and outstanding job cleaning my teeth with instruments instead of the pressure washer method that feels like you are being drowned. Karyn also finds some abnormalities that may need attention and also recommends procedures or products to make my teeth healthier. I have been going to Wainwright since 1985 and will continue to do so.

Love this whole practice! They are always timely, thorough and kind. Recently had an appointment during Covid and they were all extremely cautious. Even my 4-1/2 year old loves going to the dentist!!

A simple filling. The procedure was 20 minutes long including shots , drilling and filling the cavity. Clean and efficient.
